Ew...Volvos are icky....

I've seen the commercial a hundred times. My parents aren't going to let me get a car until i'm 18, and when i do get one, volkswagon all the way baby. I'm proud to drive my german heritage. but i asked my dad what he thought of the whole twilight craze and he said, "what's Twilight?". i wish i could answer like that. But Volvo is only using it because it is the most popular thing right now and they will make a lot of money off it. in the long run, this is one thing that would help get our economy moving again, people going out and buying stuff to get the money circulating again. You know, ten maybe twenty years from now, the twilight books will be ancient history. they will be like one of those series that is popular for a while and then the theme goes out of fashion so the books do to. plus, they won't be able to be remembered for their writing like dickins, hemingway, of faulkner's book are. those are older writers and they are still remembered by their magnificent writing, twilight will not be that way. so it is all just a passing fad, but it is a big one so we just have to deal with it.

where at in michigan are you?? I'm in Iowa right now for college but hail from Ann Arbor...my dad works up in the detroit area though.

What's the problem with fords? They make the best trucks. I so want a F-450 but will have to do with whatever cheap, working used I can get.

I completely agree. If Edward wants to go fast, he might as well run.

1. He goes faster than his car does.
2. There's no traffic when you're running.
3. He can't get caught for speeding.
4. He wouldn't be putting other people in danger; he'd have more control.
5. There'd be no risk of having his car getting beaten up, towed or stolen.
6. It's better for the environment.

And the list goes on.
