Agent Eve was nearly asleep on her hand with her elbow to the table when MD walked in and spoke. Sitting up quickly she and a not so attentive Tesla look to the accepted application, silence filling the break room as Eve seemed drown in deep thought. After much consideration and self arguing, Eve finally looked to MD with a light gaze.
"This means I have to have an exam, mm?" She let out in a sadden tone as she held Tesla close, who curled into a tight ball within her mother's arms. Under this light, the two's features were a bit more... Noticable? Once past the blinded excitement of her return, which, still she had no idea of her impact those three years ago..
Their bodies were sickly thin, with Tesla's belly poured quite a bit. Eve's vacant eyes had no shine of sky blue, but a fogged grey that seemed to tired to really show excitement.
"Its been a while since I've seen a doctor.." She let out in a rather blank tone as she looked down at the toddler in her arms, who'd skin seemed much darker than it really should have been. The zurgling's large black eyes erre half closed, line with a crusted fluid that Eve had just noticed, using a napkin off of the table to carefully wipe away as Tesla fret, pouting and pushing Eve's arm.
"Oh, oh I knoooow, it's the end of the world..." Eve would coo playfully, in jest to Tesla's reaction.

"Yes, an exam would be good. We'll just perform a basic exam for now, so don't worry. Stress is clearly something you don't need right now," MD said as she sat down.
"Whenever you're ready, we can head to Section 6 for your exam. After, I'll get someone to take you to your quarters," she said, a small smile coming to her lips. She knew Eve was having a hard time coming back to the GIB and it would take some time for her to become comfortable with everyone and everything again.

"MD!" Toki cried as she burst into the room, clutching her forearm. "Ginji did it again, he shot me with that stupid gun!" She gingerly lifted her hand to display the angry red wound across her arm, which now had a greenish tinge along the edges. "He keeps saying, 'oh, sorry, accident!' but I swear, it's not an accident! He has it in for me! And he was using infected bullets!" She paused in her rant as she noticed the new agent and her child were there.
"Hi." She greeted them awkwardly. "So, um, could you inject me with whatever thingy you did last time?" She asked MD, her tone slightly lower.

"Honestly! How many times do I have to tell all of you to point weapons AWAY from each other?" MD sighed a bit and ran her right hand down her face. "I know your section has a bad habit of this, but you need to be more careful. I don't have any H-36 or syringes on me, so we'll have to head up to my office to get some." MD then turned to Eve, "Feel free to come, we can perform your exam after and then we can start you off with something easy to do."
She then stood up and headed towards the door, waiting for Toki to follow.

Toki tied a black ribbon that had previously been on her wrist above the wound, to prevent the cut from bleeding and/or infecting all of her blood before MD could inject her with something. She followed after MD, a little light-headed.
"Do me a favour and chastise Ginji for me, 'kay?" She asked, stumbling a little as she walked. "I'm glad that bullet had painkillers in it."

Eve was silent, but her eyes... Those wide eyes showed the shock at the other agent's blight. Why doesnthe agent not cry? Was the shot not bad enough? Eve knew what being shot was like. Maybe the weapons here were different... Or have dome sort of coating to not harm them as bad? Eve did not know.
When offered to join and maybe learn, Eve nodded silently, standing as she took a cloth with a shoulder strap, a baby carrier one could say, and stuffed little Tesla into it as she walked with the two hands free.
"Good opportunity to get to know fellow agents a suppose." She let out with a smile.

Agent Ginji came running into into the room, somewhat in a panic to find MD before Agent Toki did. "Doc! We have a problem! A certain agent known for shooting down weather balloons is rigging the weapons to make it look like I'm shooting at people! And Agent Toki got hit by one and is blaming it on me! We need to sedate her before she starts telling people I'm responsible for things I didn't do, or Agent Dalvar will have me stuck behind a desk doing paperwork for the rest of my life!"
