(poll added for the simple fact I haven't done one in a while)

So... I'm going to be in Utah for Halloween visiting a friend of mine, who is NOT mormon and who also hates Twilight.

But I'm probably going to be around a lot of people who are into it. I wanna perfect my Anti-Twilight argument so when I get there all my facts and examples are accurate.

Anyone wanna help me get my stuff together? I don't really know where to start. sweatdrop

o.o;; I'm Mormon-- but Twilight kills me.
Just remember the biggest plot hole. Vampires going to a High School where teenage girls are going to be on the rag sometime-- yet somehow none of them die (especially Bella). Also, point out Edward being creepy and watching Bella sleep. That would be considered abnormal and stalker-ish if a human man did that, so it's most certainly not okay for a vampire man to do it. Really, it doesn't matter if he's a sparkly vampire, he shouldn't do that.

o.o I'm sure there are plenty of other arguments as well. It being a badly written 5th grade reading level book (maybe lower?). Teaching girls that it's okay to have a stalker boyfriend, and teaching boys that it's sexy to sparkle and be over-protective over your girlfriend.

Oh, the many ways you can make an argument.

Put yourself in the zone. You've got to remember the guild, anti arguments you're read online, but most especially key words. Such as: necrophilia, *****, mary-sue, purple prose, stalker, abusive, sparklefairy, disgrace, etc.

Try to steer any Anti-Twilight topics to one part, like saying that Edward is abusive. That way, you can clearly focus and make good points.

Also, tell them that men are supposed to be at least a little bit manly.
