Whenever I try to buy NX via Paypal, cuz there are no targets, 7/11, etc. in my country, it says the following.
This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location.

uhh
prolly you're computer antivirus program (such as avast which i have or w/e other people have) is probably blocking popups or things from nx website or yeah.

That happened to me too.
I couldn't find a way around it, so I just used bpay (which is like a bank transfer).
But if anyone knows a way to solve this, I'd like to know too~

I've had a similar error. Mine says:
"There was an error during login, please log out and try again."
Or something like that >.>
It's annoying; cause now every week I have to go to 7Eleven. But hell; at least I have one place for NX where I live. It's a 15 min drive. But what the heck; it's worth it.

I'm sorry you can't get NX, you should try making a new account; and buying from that one. (Unless you have high level characters.)
If you have a character in Windia; next time I get NX, I could gift you. ^^
