Ninja Crayon I personally love vampires. But you see the Cullens Are not vampires. Vampires don't ******** sparkle That's so true! Another thing I find very weird, is that when I go to Hot Topic, they sell shirts that say "I heart Boys That Sparkle". How in the name of everything that is normal and sane do people find that attractive? The first thing that goes through my mind is "Wow, he uses a crap load of glitter!" or "He's gay."

Keiva Som Ko You're right, but I think True Blood is doing a good job of bringing vampires back! From what I heard from my friend, True Blood is a terrible sex-filled-fest. Lame. Pathetic. Vampires don't need this "love" and "romance" going on. Humans are prey... food... nothing more.

The Anti-Twilight Riot One book-movie I will be looking foward to is The Vampire's Assistant from the Cirque Du Freak series (13 books and loved em all) ZOMG I can't wait for that movie whee But it's actually twelve books sweatdrop Oh, Jerba, a Vampire's Assistant can go out in the daylight because they are only half vampire, so they go out and do things Vampires cannot during the day, as well as protect them while the sleep, cook for them, probably laundry and such (lol at a vampire at the laudromat, sorting through whites/colors and giving fangy grins at old ladies folding their clothes xp )

Salem Jones can go out in the daylight I am also sick of this stupid fictitious novel idea. Vampires can go out in the sunlight, it's not "wrong" or "unnatural."

Cameron Edgewood The Anti-Twilight Riot One book-movie I will be looking foward to is The Vampire's Assistant from the Cirque Du Freak series (13 books and loved em all) Hey, somebody lost that book in my science class!My teacher propped it up next to the chalk so whoever lost it can claim it. I love that series. I was sad yet happy at the end. But I've always been a vampire fan,and I know what's just teen girly girl material and what's the good stuff.

I'm staying away from True Blood and all the new vampire s**t.
Real vampires didn't have romances or sex. Well they did but so they could breed and make more not to ******** get pleasure.

Honestly the only way I see a vampire story turning out right is if a vampire wrote it themselves.
And who knows, maybe they wouldn't "pity" themselves with such a "mundane" task.
All in all we won't know until then...
