It looks pretty cute. whee Do you have a scanner though? ah...well it doesn't really matter.
Well, I think you need to work a tad on the proportions. Everything seems to be very small.
And working on shading/folds/texture will also help.
I think that's all, but overall, it's a great drawing that has plenty of potential. smile

I'll volunteer not only my avi, but I also have a bunch of tekteks in my profile you can draw if you want.

It looks like you draw SD chibi style, and if that's what you're going for that's fine, but if you want to do more serious anime you will need to work on proportions.
