Everybody, I need some help. I love writing so much, but I need topics. I have a hard time brainstorming. I would love some help and advice please.

maybe you could try writing about one thing, but from more than one point of view. like an event or even a day. try to make it so it seems like what they all do effects the others.

LindseySoBlue Everybody, I need some help. I love writing so much, but I need topics. I have a hard time brainstorming. I would love some help and advice please. topics i like are, the supernatural, scifi, fantasy, you should read the thing i wrote for the first contest, its dark, but good. maybe it will spark something.

Thanks,hon, that really helps! Not a problem, I'm currently working on a dark Red Riding Hood story. It's fun throwing your own spin on things.

Im glad the day is saved!Im working on the PowerPuffGirls Story.It is fun to make a tiny twist or two.Im quite wordy.

Here's what I advise some of my friends to do. Get a bunch of little papers (ripped up or post its work just fine) and put them into a bowl, hat, jar, ect. Make sure that you write on half of them a genre (romance, humor, horror) and on the other half a major event that could happen (gets killed, break up, drug addiction, ect.) That's my brainstorming advice.
Well, if you want a story idea:
There is this person (name your choice) who goes out on her own after high school. S/he has a few problems, the friend they plan on staying with is having some strange things happen to them.
Either works as Horror or Adventurous Fantasy. If you need elaboration, say so.
