Who I am Inside
My name is Melly, and if you're looking to get to know something useful about me, get lost. You're not going to. I am going to tell you now that I am a little reserved when it comes to new people. I seem social on the outside, but really I'm not letting anyone see what is on the inside. I don't like to feel that vulnerable. Don't ask about what is bothering me and expect to get the truth. I will evade the question and side skirt the answer without really lying. It's who I am. I don't like people knowing me better than I know myself and I will prevent it.
I am a writer, which may account for some of my withdrawn insanity. Every decent fictional writer has proven themselves to be a little mad. As for myself? I was like this before i discovered my love for pen and paper. If you want to get to know me on a more personal level, read some of my stuff sometime. It will show you a lot about how I think and how I feel; authors such as myself (and Stephen King) use what they are feeling to characterize what goes on. When we are happy, they live. When we are angry, it's a massacre. I am not a horror writer, but the concept still applies.
I speak in a round about fashion when something troubles me. Mind you, my speech isn't exactly the same as everyone else's. I prefer to expand on my vocabulary when it suits me. People say I'm intelligent, but I say I know how to b s my way through anything and make it seem like I know what I'm talking about.
