B'lin and Xanthoth would be a sympathizer.
B'lin is mostly on board with a lot of the older riders in that he can't honestly see a bunch of newbie Werylings making one leading to anything good, but if someone is going to go about rallying for one, this would be the method he'd support.
He might be convinced to join in time with some RP if Kesslan handles herself well and depending heavily on how she'd present the cause to him if that ever happened. B'lin believes a cause is only as likely to succeed as it's leader, after all.
Xanthoth could be more swayed in time as well if he was somehow promised a wingleader position (or even just suggested he could get it). He doesn't share B'lin's common sense and as he gets older he'll be more and more convinced he could handle things just as well as any older bronze.

Hrm, very good to know. Kess doesn't intend on being the real leader when things come to head, though it will be many turns before they do, she just saw the need for an organization that wanted cooperation and a strong force rather than overconfident, underskilled weyrlings. -will add B'lin as a sympathizer-
We'll see how it develops in RP!
