AriaenMine, you missed a spot, said the small, but bulky green dragon in front of her. Ariaen gave her a blank glare, as Sikacuath fidgeted in front of her in the shallow water. They'd gone, once again, down to the shore for a wash. It was quiet today, and Sikacuath had been good with avioding exploding at the other greens and the girls. It was Ariaen's treat.
"If you would stop fidgeting I wouldn't miss a spot, Sikacuath," she said, rubbing between the green's swirling eyes, which were a combination of blue and green. Ariaen shook her head at the weryling, and scrubbed the spot she's missed. "Better, love?"
Yes, AriaenMine! So much better! said Sikacuath, rubbing her head against the blonde's chest. Happiness spilled over into Ariaen and she couldn't help smiling. She really did love her other half, even if she was as angry and short tempered as she was.

"She's a squirmy one too, huh?" Kess's easy smile was relaxed as she spoke up to the girl washing her dragon just a short distance away. Condoroth loved being bathed and oiled, and she'd also quickly discovered she loved the feeling of water, so here they were.
The soft-spoken blonde wasn't the type to ignore those around her, so she gave a friendly greeting, tapping her own teal-colored green on the nose, quite gently.
"Sometimes I'm quite sure she must be ticklish. I'm K'lan." A hand, stretched out for a shake.
Condoroth's blue eyes whirled as she peered around her weyrling to Sikacuath, crooning at the other girl and her dragonet.
I am Condoroth! Yours is quite good as scrubbing, I see!

Sikacuath's reaction was to be expected. Ariaen kept her away from the other greens for a reason. But somehow, she still came in contact with them. Ariaen supposed that when she was grown and they were in a wing, she'd calm down a bit. Hopefully.
Sikacuath's eyes swirled to a muddled green and red color, not totally angry but quite annoyed. Ariaen wrapped her hand around Hers' head, just in case. Yes Mine is, she said curtly, nostrils flaring a bit. Ariaen rolled her eyes at her green, her delight from earlier drying up in a moment. Her face took on a look of pleasantness, but her eyes were tight.
"Yeah, she is. Dunno 'bout ticklish though. I'm Ariaen and the viper behind me is Sikacuath," she said, shaking the hand given. She felt awkward, and almost tense, waiting for her green to either maul her leg to get to the other green, or for her temper to explode. She hoped, Shards she hoped, that it wouldn't happen. But... she was talking to a girl, and it tended to happen whether she wanted to or not.

"Well enough, then." An easy shrug from K'lan and she nodded toward the shore, Condoroth immediately trotting that way with a head-toss to sun herself.
"That matter-of-fact filly is Condoroth." Despite the clear tension in Ariaen's body and Sikacuath's animosity, the blonde appeared perfectly relaxed, stretching her lean body as she subtly put a bit of distance between them. "A pleasure to make your acquaintance. I saw your impression, but I didn't get the chance to introduce myself."

As K'lan gave some distance between them, Ariaen inwardly breathed a sigh of relief. Well at least she wasn't close enough for Ariaen's temper to attack her. Sika might, but not her. Ariaen followed her toward the shore, still tense, and holding Sika by the head.
"Eh, that's fine. I'm surprised anyone would have wanted to after the whole mauling incident," she said with a bit of a sigh. Sikatcuath wiggled her head out from under her arm, clearly displeased and trailed behind Ariaen, eyes forever on Condoroth.
