In my opinion, Lelouch never used a cheep move. If he did may I be deep fried in bacon grease for 10 to 15 minutes for a crispy, delicious taste.... Just kidding... Kinda. THERE ARE NO CHEAP MOVES IN WAR!

Actaully it depends,sometime he does, and sometimes he doesn't like for example he could have told the japanese to evacuate before turning theri base into a giant landslide, another example is exploding that ship, but whent they first met he didn't at all,so it depends on many thigs like the location, timing, and many others

yeah i never thought his tactics were cheap....and some of the time he tried to keep civilians out of it even....that's by no means cheap.....
