*THERE MIGHT BE SPOILERS THAT TAKE THE SURPRISE OUT OF BATTLES IN HERE*
I don't know how to make a poll so just answer yes, no, or maybe. I personally think yes because he used the ground caving in strategy 2 times and it was really cheap. Same goes with the strategy he used to make convince Rolo to obey him. And another cheap one was when he ordered the guren to make a huge rock slide on that mountain.

What do you mean "cheap." It just doesn't follow the etiquette of wars. If he would be following the rules, then there would be no need to rebel now would there?

Cheap strategies in war? Everything is fair in war. There are no rules.

even if some of his strategies were considered "cheap" it'd only be because they were unconventional and not thought of by others...which just makes them "genius" and plus he didn't care what people thought. He wanted results and to reach his ultimate goals and he did that.

My response:Well, what I'm gonna say to all of those is that he sometimes uses strategies for a major or sudden advantage to the opposing enemy. True there aren't no rules on war or that Lelouch just wanted results and didn't want anyone to question his way of liberating Japan, but I'm just saying geass gives him a major advantage.

Yeah. His geass gives him an advantage over the entire military who just so happened to take over 2/3 of the world. User Image

In my opinion, it just balances out the war.

Oh yeah forgot about Charles, V.V., and Marriane. Well now I think the war's pretty balance in power not much in numbers though.

not to mention that lelouch, even though his power was great and gave an advantage, he still had a numerous amount of limitations that he had to develop strategies to overcome to be able to use it to its full extent. plus when you look at it he rarely used his geass for major war advantages. only when it came to the major points like in the battles of tokyo and when he became emperor. his geass and mind both worked in sync as a great advantage for him because he knew how to use them but not rely solely on just one

I would say that the circumstances required him to use all of his abilities and to sacrifice more than anyone would have to usually, so.

Lelouch did thins all right. with me at least.

No! Anything goes when it comes to war. As the leader you're expected to out smart your enemies and exploit all your valuable resources at the right times, what ever means necessary to accomplish your visions.

Cheap! Nothing is cheap in war, use whatever you can to win. That is how I see it.
