It's been a week since our Grand Opening Event, and it looks like the C*cktails are no longer consumable - or at least, they would certainly protest if you tried...

I had a great time reading through all the apps, and it was very difficult to choose which to take on for this round that I ended up expanding the number of slots expected. I'm going to enjoy doing every one of these. For those whose applications weren't chosen for this round, do hang on to them for the next time we open customs again - as I said, it was real fun reading through them and to have a chance to do them someday would be fantastic. Upon closer inspection, it only displays the words: RL CUSTOMSand a small text bubble below beckons you to click it for more information. There is also a small card stuck the monitor with DEADLINE 26 APRIL @ 11.59PMand a Post-It attached as an afterthought: (THAT'S SUNDAY BY THE WAY). . APPLICATION FINE-PRINT .♠ Like the HyTech RLC, we will be picking three from a pool of applications after the closing deadline on the 26th of April, 2009. It is not first-come-first-serve. ♠ Do ask for a price quote if you would like, but please take note that a price quote does not mean that your application has been picked. If your application has been picked, it will be made extremely clear in the PM. ♠ None of the currently existing C*cktails will be picked up for application. Please check our Special Menu. ♠ Classic/famous/special occasion C*cktails are likely to be used in future events, so please keep that in mind. ♠ We are looking to generally keep a higher female ratio. There are three main events to catch up with in our late update round-up:
1. The Easter event was finally concluded on the 15th of April [the delay due to an absolute cessation of internet connection at the time] - with RaiMidori beating out stiff competition to go home with our lovely Easter Bonnet - now known as Bentes Ornate!
2. On the 17th of April, our first round of C*cktails underwent a startling transformation - all now full-fledged adults!
3. Finally, exactly one week after Easter, the lovely Bentes has deigned to emerge from her glass...

Plus, I have to say - alcohol + fire = impressive way to knock someone out. Congratulations Kotatsu-chan!

SORRY JUN IS POSTING AFTER HAHAHA Maxx D Here we are, the C*cktail moment features our resident purdy flower Superman [cheer for Kent] getting our favourite meerkat Femi a glass of WATER. Traditional media and limited Copic colours make Kent look particularly virulent environmentally friendly! But there we go, and it was fun staring at Femi's inventory, Kait. wink On the other hand, with what's coming - don't listen to whatever self-depreciatory stuff Jun says. 8D Jun D Sorry we made you wait so long for the Kodak Moment Photo, Prom-attendees! [And sorry, everyone, for not hanging around the event lately - I'll be back now that it's finally done. ^^;;] It's all my fault, Maxx had the C*cktail-related Photo ready and waiting for days, but I...uh...let's just say there's a reason why he's the colourist... . 1st August 2009 .HyTech - Maxwell Apologies to those waiting about 9 hours ago - yes, like thy said, it often takes us a while for C*cktail because I am generally a lazy bugger I do apologise. But hay - thanks for proving me wrong re: lack of interest! It's very nice to know, and I had great fun looking through the entries. A very difficult, tumultuous decision, but I have to say that the entry that made me laugh uproariously that I often do not because it is unsightly behaviour is....Jeanemon's. I don't know how you did it, Jeane, and here we are, conclusive proof that it is not fail and barf.
So congratulations, Jeanemon, on winning the Cowgirl!
But thank you all muchly, for being kind to me, and entering for this girl - now named Cog Wirl. I hope you'll love her as much as I do and Jeane will [yes Jeane?].
In the meantime, I guess I'm a fibber your soothing attempts worked, because next month there will be a C*cktail, that is specifically tailored to a certain period in August because something important on this side of the globe happens in August. And that means it'll be quite soon. . 21st November 2009 .Maxx D RESULTS FOR BLEEDING HEARTAs you might've known, Jun was subsumed by essays his birthday week - but buffered by your wonderful greetings, gifts and sentiments. Thank you all tremendously for helping me enhance his birthday. It's a difficult decision, which is why I'm making it, and there were several entries that came very close. In the end though, we have to award it, and our winner for Bleeding Heart is Slanndalous! Because she bothered to include me in her gift. lollol But prease let me show you another piece that Slann had drawn in addition to the one she submitted that she PMed to Jun, because she was afraid it would offend, not being canonical. It is canonical with Julien's thoughts, which is lord why have you forsaken me?!?!?! So I would imagine you would agree, that Bleeding Heart will now be...uh...Getable Hinder. The flatsale had a good bunch of entries, and we were glad because we really enjoyed them!
Partially because of her decidedly non-bitchy look (to me), and with a fantastic entry, Bikini Martini is now Sukkubus' Biriani Mink Ti! Congratulations Sukku - send us the trade for her and she'll be on her way to you.
Offshore Raffle
This boy had a lot of unprecedented interest! There're so many ports of call for him that we really wondered how it'd go. The stars - a.k.a random.org's integer generator - guided him towards his next destination and this number means he'll be docked with Ravina Loki for good. Congratulations Ravina - let us know his name and he'll be with you soon.
Summer Night's Dream Auction
A last minute contender came in and won the lovely m*cktail like a ninja of the night: she is now AnimeEyeshime's pretty little girl! Congratulations Shimy - send us the trade and let us know her name please.
Mighty Wiener 2010 Contest
Our stupid contest sure went much better than we could ever hope for - a peak total of 70+ votes lead to this result:
Rabid Ice Weasel's Charlè de Disc Pit is the Mightiest Wiener by a narrow margin - congratulations and well done! Charlè will be the first human-sized C*cktail to kick-off the introduction of the final C*cktail stage.
The runner-up, DownSight's I Posy Vino also did a great job to make it to the final, and it was a brilliant showing all round.
Thank you owners, for participating in this contest and making it more awesome and epic than we could imagine. There's good news - participation makes up part of your RP progress for the stage if you're interested in it, and we will do up the write-up for the RP-stage soon. Again, thank you, several times, for the great success of this contest.
All in all...
Who knew that this C*cktail event would go so well? Certainly I didn't know it would go so well. It can only be attributed to the activity from our beloved customers in entering, voting, and enthusiastically taking part in anything and everything that went on in Round 2. Thank you all tremendously, we had a great time, and we hope you did too. C*cktail will continue and there will be more opportunities to get these little liquid creatures, so perhaps we'll see you around the HQ. wink Thank you.
