I have an idea for a new subforum; a sub forum for game tips/guides. I think it'd be a nice way to get some hard-to-find Pokémon tidbits in one place. I'd be interested in using it, at least.
But what do you all think?

I'm not so sure a new subforum is what we need. As I've experienced in another guild that I'm a mod in, when the mods before me tried to organize their threads like that, the subforums actually stifled guild activity. People were just too lazy to click around, as we've found whenever we moved threads to their appropriate forums. confused So after some discussion, we decided that everything game-related, plot-related, etc. should just be left out in the main forum of the guild. The only other subfora we needed were for roleplay, fan-works, word games, archives, and off-topic chatter. And of course, a private mod forum. xp
The way I see it, this guild is covered in terms of all of that. Maybe one of them could be turned into a non-Pokémon-related chatterbox. :3
Anyway, just my two cents. ^^;;

I don't think a subforum would be wise, either. At least, not for game advice. There's tons upon tons of other sites who specialize in that sort of thing; I don't think Neth would want to waste 5k echoing them. :C

Understandable, to both of your responses. But, Tippy, they cost 2.5k last I checked.
Regardless of cost, I just suppose I'm the type to CHECK subforums, but it makes sense that not everyone would be. Especially since we're just getting this Guild back off the ground.
@ Azura - On that note, while a new subforum for non-Pokémon-related threads would be nice, if we're taking into account the same fact that the Guild is just getting back onto it's feet, then we would want to put those threads in the main forum as well, to stimulate Guild Activity. 3nodding
@ Tippy - I realize there are many sites on game help and info (I trust Serebii), but they don't talk about EVERYTHING, or sometimes are even wrong (I've noticed several times in the Game information that Serebii was wrong, at least by a little). In those circumstances, the threads could be made.

I'd like to learn to EV train my Pokémon. I have the 'rus and everything...
BTW, this thread can be deleted if you want, the topic is finished being discussed, IMO.

Fox Demon Shippo I'd like to learn to EV train my Pokémon. I have the 'rus and everything...
BTW, this thread can be deleted if you want, the topic is finished being discussed, IMO. I'll lock it. As for EVs, just make a new thread and I'll be happy to teach you everything I know. 3nodding
Edit: Or hell, I should just make an EV training guide for us.
