We might make 1 mil in an entire year, perhaps...if we're really lucky. ^^;; But that's from all the seasonal Collectives combined (the Celebration Collective makes so little that it hardly compares >.>; ), and there are different artists that participate in each one.
But I think that giving part of the profits of the Collectives to the guild should be the artists' choice. :3 Each artist should be able to choose whether they would like to donate to the guild and how much.
As long as we mention that we're trying to raise gold for something specific, I'm sure there would be people who would chip in. ^^
However, I like the thought of having art (perhaps customized art) as a prize for the raffle a bit better. :3 As long as we gave the artist(s) a portion of the profit from the raffle, I'm sure there would be someone willing to do it. xP
I also like the idea of changing the front page layout every so often. :3 With Lemon's design contest, people will (hopefully) make several layouts, so although only one or two will actually get prizes for theirs, we can use the other ones that didn't win, too. ^^

Yes, that's what I meant, though it could be of an OC or something, too, depending on the artist. :3

Well, I have a comment about the website.
Especially when there are a lot of artist with, it is quite a drag to click through all the artist names while browsing.
If it were possible to have more artist on one page...
Just my opinion.

Hmm...well, we do tend to have the artists grouped by name alphabetically, so we could probably put those groups on an entire page. :3

Hmm...
Is it too late to start a Secret Santa Event for the guild this year?
If we started it now, people would definitely have to get on and sign up quick. ^^;;
And it might be difficult to get all of the presents ready and sent by Christmas. >w<;
Should we still try, or should we just wait until next year, when we'll (hopefully) have more members and more time to prepare?

But maybe it'll be easier if it's only for the staff ;]
Cause doing with all the customers will be a little bit hard right now
So a Staff Secret Santa will be fun, don't you think?
I mean, we should get all rewarded for our hard work
[ even if we get payed xp ]
If we get on it efficiently, I don't think it'll be so hard

I really think it's too late to do it now, though, unfortunately. ^^;;
Most of the shop helpers and such are busy with the Winter Collective and I doubt that two weeks would be enough to prepare everything. >w<;
There's also the problem with getting people to even check on the guild...^^;;

A staff SS event would be lots of fun >.<
I have an idea for it as well. We could have everyone who wants to participate sign up and then have their names listed 1-whatever # and either the mule could randomize for each person (probably in a seperate thread) or each person roll their own after the signup is closed. Then the # they roll is the person they get a gift for... (kind of like drawing names...? )
But it might be better to let the mule do the randomizing so no one deletes their post and does it again because they got someone they didn't really want to get.
AND if someone gets a # that has already been randomized, then they will get a re-roll.

Hmm...that is an idea.
Well, okay, if we did go ahead and do a SS event, then it would have to end after Christmas. Would that be okay with everyone?
I suppose this should probably be posted in the thread so people actually see it...^^;;
