Personality: In a way Keahi doesn't like to show her feelings. Most of the time will put up a mean and rude mask on to hide that she truly cares. She mostly just wants to be left alone, so she can do work in peace. She also has a strong sense of protection, because of what happen when she was young. Since Keahi bonded with Firemoon, she started to ease up. You will see Keahi the most happy when it is just her and Firemoon. There will be time where you will see her to make fun of Firemoon to make her lighten up.
With a deep love for nature, Keahi likes to try to understand things. Since she tries to understand, Keahi doesn't hate the centipedes, she just realized that they are trying to survive just like the humans and wolves.
History: Keahi would have never thought about becoming a wolfrider, if her parents didn't keep nagging her about. Their dream was to have one of the children to become one. Sadly, Keahi was their only child. She didn't know what to think at first about it. It wasn't until she was 6, when decided that she didn't want to go. It was because she had found a couple boys and girl beating up a cat. Without thinking Keahi stepped up and punching one of the boys to get them to stop. She ended up getting lots of bruises and cuts, but she was able to chase the other kids away. She did her best to help heal the cat, but the next the day he had died. She blamed herself, since she did know enough about medicine. After that, she refused to even talk about becoming a wolfrider. She never did tell her parents why, but she didn't like the feeling of not being able to help when she was needed.
When she turn 17, her parents somehow was able to trick her into going to the Academy. Saying that she only had a few years before she would be too old, plus she like the wolves. If she didn't became a wolfrider, she could see if there was another job for her. Now that she was here she just figure she would stay here until they kick her out, then her parents would stop bugging her.
Since she never really tried to do well in her classes or training, she almost fail out. Keahi would have too, if the Drill Sergeant didn't keep pointing it out to her. That just got on her nerves, and she had to prove him wrong. She was just barely able to stay in. Now that she has been at the Academy for about a year she is starting to wonder if becoming a wolfrider is a good thing.
It took Keahi another year before she prove herself ready for a chance to bond with a wolf. As she stood there to see if any of the pups would pick her, started to think if it was the right thing for her to do. Just as one of the pups was coming over to her, she decided to let faith tell her if she did make the right choice. That was when she bonded with her wolf, Firemoon. Things went as normal once she was bonded, she moved to the fort and started as an apprentice, until Firemoon was a year old. RIght now Keahi is just tryng her best to do as she is told and do her best to help protect the people within the wall.
