So...
I was caught with this question the other day.
Would I rather be a Demon from Heavan or an Angel from Hell?
Well?
What would YOU rather be?
And, give a little bit about why.

I'd rather be a demon from heaven. I'm partial to demons and I'd prefer good. I'm not entirely sure why that is. Besides, it probably describes me pretty well...in a sort of way that I would prefer not to appear nice, but I really am (mainly towards my brother I think).

I'd be a human from Earth, as I don't believe in a heaven or a hell.
And, theologically, aren't many of the upper echelon of demons simply angels who fell with Lucifer when he attempted a takeover of heaven?
Hypothetically , I'd probably side with the hell-angles. Descriptions of heaven make it sound rather boring.

While I have to admit, being an Angel from Hell would be interesting, and probably would have its perks, I'm a pretty earthly person. It's where I was born, and such, and I've no intentions on leaving it any time soon.
Being Athiest also restricts my views on the whole heaven and hell thing, as well... but I still think I could think up some pretty interesting ideas for the Angel from Hell look and the like.

Being a demon in heaven would mean that I would make nice people suffer... if I was an angel in hell, i was surrounded by bad guys and tortured... therefore I prefer to be from earth. We have good and bad people here and I make some suffer and help some. I guess that is the best of these choices.

Angel from Hell, Hell's Angel, Fallen Angel... those are all pretty familiar terms. (That I do not find attractive in the slightest.)
But Demon from Heaven sounds like an oxymoron. What would exactly a demon from Heaven be? What would it look like, and how come that it would be a demon, if it'd be from heaven? I really don't understand the concept.
Anyway, pretending you're an angel or a demon... seems childish to me. No offense to anyone. It's fine if you're like... 16. But I think it's a phase you need to get out of. We are all humans. Just humans. Whether we like it our not. And I believe that our human weaknesses are what makes us valuable.

He was, after all, once an angel til he betrayed god, and was tossed from heaven and banished to hell. so really, a fallen angel would pretty much be a demon from heaven.

A demon from which layer would you rather be?
Anyways, there's no differences between angels and demons, except that demons where damned during the establishment of christianity. Both is the same being "servant of another higher being", old greeks believed in demons, too and their constitution ranged from good, to neutral, to evil...
Therefore, I'd rather be a demon, demons have a cooler style...

I think that earth is the perfect balance of Heaven and Hell... there are good times, and bad times...
So I prefer Earth... because it is a taste of both.

I think an Angel from Hell. A little perfection in a place of turmoil sounds like a breath of fresh air and shows that the secretaries messed up in the filing. A Demon from Heaven just sounds like someone causing turmoil in paradise. Just not fun enough for me
