i wrote out my frustration...strangely enough, I wanna make a cartoon about it...it involves a kid that grows up happy and feeling good about himself until he grows up wanting to kill everything and everybody...I'm conitinuing it but I don't know if he's going to be the hero or the villain..

The only time I've felt like that it was called PMS... Other than that, I can't stay mad for more than an hour. I used to be a very angry child but I found that if I write, draw, or sing it'll all be fine. Or I just think of why I'm mad and decide if it's important enough for me to not be happy and enjoy myself.

it's great that your cartoon is helping. i also suggest running a mile or two, just something that will tire you out so you won't have the energy to be angry.
i sing, listen to music, write, or watch a romantic comedy(i love those types of movies) to relieve my stress. when those don't work, i go out with my friends.

It really depends on who you are, how old you are, and what's going on in your life. I go through being angry at everyone once in a while. But I have a pretty good reason; Family is screwed up and stuff.
If you find something to do with your time, to ignore these angry feelings, it really helps. I find that if I talk to my best friend about it, write, read, draw, sing, anything really, it seriously helps to take my mind off of it.
Like I said though, it depends on who you are, and what's going on. You could just be PMSing. I guess.

dude, that'd be a great comic. there's always stuff on how people become heroes, but to have one of a person becoming a villain?! i would totally read that! and i suppose in the last episode/season/book (if it's a comic) you could make him turn good or make him die or something. dude, that'd be awesome!!!

I used to get upset over any little thing, but I found out why I was doing it though.
Maybe you should try finding out why every little thing upsets you...
