Anyone else play the game? Thoughts on it?
I just started a new online campaign with a few friends. This time I'm a half-elf Bard. We're all disciples of Sune. =) I'm going to be making an elven cleric of Sune soon. Should be loads of fun.

Ooh... I've been a NWN fan for a good, long time. It is probably the most accurate Dungeons & Dragons game system on the PC. Plus, it takes place in the Forgotten Realms campaign, which is my very favorite!
If you ever come across Neverwinter Nights 2, definitely pick it up. It uses the 3.5 D&D core rules as opposed to 3.0, which the first game uses.
There are several expansion packs available for NWN, too, and I can't possibly recommend one over any other, because they are all extremely well-done and supply hours of entertainment.
All of those achievements are really something, because NWN is a relatively ancient game... I'm pretty sure it's older than Everquest, which has been around forever.

Oh, I totally have all the expansions for NWN, and I have NWN2 as well. As far as I've noticed it's older than Everquest. I remember watching my fiance' play NWN all the way back in 2002. He still plays it (he's the one that got me into the game in the first place).

ch0me Wait really? NWN 2 is good?? I had no idea! I loved the first one but my uncle said the second one was a big disappointment. It follows the same formula as the first, how could it be bad? heart
There's way more customization and stuff, too! Like, setting your party members' strategies is way easier! AND... there are a ton of prestige classes, and all of them are so cool. 4laugh

ch0me Wait really? NWN 2 is good?? I had no idea! I loved the first one but my uncle said the second one was a big disappointment. In some ways, I think it was. When it comes to spells its set up alot different. As a sorc you can't change up all of your spells after every level. I used that to experiment and fine tune my skill set. And you don't have as many familiars as the first NWN. Every action you do has influence on everyone in your party. This is really hard if you're neutral neutral or is some in your party is neutral neutral. My sister is having alot of issues with the final battle because of that. She's a druid and Quara, I think she said, is the same. Personally, I didn't get into the 2nd one like I did the 1st. Actually, I'm trying to find another copy of the first so me and my sister can play together.
