I think it's possible, Maybe the Doctor went to the past, and picked up Rose then, before she technically knew him. Then, at the end, he brainwashes everyone with something and continues on his way.

There's a hint of a rumour going round LJ... there's THAT Casting Spoiler which is obviously Rose, but then there's THAT Tate Spoiler, and I've not a clue what that's about... :/ any ideas, anyone?

Catherine said in an interview that David was leaving after this series (which is not true, because she said the end of Series Four, but he is confirmed to do next year's specials) and that it is definitely her last. That might be what it's about...
