I was saying hi to the people I (used) to work with and someone came in and I kinda forgot how even but mentioned Doctor who and the three of my (ex) co-workewrs just looked at me instantly and did a kinda "Oh no...." face when they saw my face light up... so we had a little fangirly squee about 9,10, The Master and Captian Jack (me not so much 9...) and i showed her the Doctor Who 2008 storybook I'd just bought from Waterstones (book store) for £1... It ended with her actually dragging her boyfriend out the shop towards waterstones... I felt so proud. mrgreen
and woahhhhh... Thats alot of dialogue.... *is reminded of Ten....*

last year, for my birthday, a friend of mine made me a tinfoil hat in the shape of a TARDIS. So I was wandering round the school and hey, it was my birthday, so I wasn't particularly caring about the uniform code and had loads of stuff on I shouldn't have, including my hat. And my physics teacher/head of key stage came along and told Philippa to take her earrings out, hair up, necklace off. And then he moved along to me and you could tell he was making a check-list of all the things to tell me off about and then he just stopped and went "oh, so you're a Doctor Who fan too then? What'd you think of Saturday's episode?" xd I may live in England, and most of my friends watch Doctor Who and Torchwood, but most of the people in my school don't for fear of being labled "geeky". Oh well, we're having a Torchwood party tomorrow in the boarding house, and they're going to miss out on popcorn and John Barrowman-y goodness! ;P

La Fantome de le opera -agrees as well- I only have my sister to talk to, and since she's in college most of the year I have to go to Gaia to talk 'bout it. You're lucky, I can only talk to my parents, and they go 'huh? I don't understand...' That's EXACTLY what I get every time I ask anyone... crying crying

I have a specific friend who I go and rant to after watching doctor who, and then a few days later go and tell them that although the episode was awful I loved it and can't wait for the next one. People at my school are all annoying though. They watch it, but they're jsut like "meh"

My sister says her history teacher once wrote on the whiteboard "VOTE SAXON". For some reason, she didn't say anything about it to him.

I am sure my english teacher is a secret Whovian, we were doing Media and she put a picture of the Radio Times front cover on the interactive whiteboard it had the tardis on and i sort of... shrieked with delight, punched the air and high-fived Jenny, the girl who sits next to me who is a Who fan, eveyone else was just like stare
and the time when we were doing heroes and villains and there was a dalek picture on the board... ah good times.

I'll do those three things tomorrow at school. I'm a student, but my Science Teacher is out of the room usually before like 5 minutes to the bell. (1st period)

I keep finding random people who watch it... I mean, I know my Mum used to (it started when she was 13, and re-started when I was 13, coincidence much! xD) but then a couple days ago my Dad mentioned he'd watched it back in the good old balck/white days. I was so shocked, seriously. He also pointed out that it's currently on telly in Germany (in German xD) so while I'm here we're watching it. And I made some friends watch it too, so that was a lot of fun. The weirdest recently was probably when I found out my friend Fish watches Torchwood. I mean, I made her watch Doctor Who (although she's on the other side of the world) but I was really surprised she watches TW!
Oh, also I had thought I was the only one in my year who watches classic who at all, but no,there's another girl. I can't realy remember how, but somehow that conversation got distracted into deciding the world would be a better place if it had Barrowman's face stuck to the sky... :/

I know I've mentioned him before, but my physics teacher's really fun to chat to about Who... we were doing an ISA last week (basically an assessed experiment and then you have to answer lots of questions bout it) and me, my friends and him spent the whole time discussing the merits of various companions and which we preferred with 9 or 10. We're all agreed - 9/Rose/Jack was the best Tardis-Team.
