They are nice pictures... But you really need to work on the hands. The hands look too flat.

It's very nice, but the hands unfortunaitly kind of ruin the drawing. It's ok, I myself and many other artests have a huge problem drawing hands. One of the reasons is because our hands have the most bones. And with most people, the hardest things to draw is the head and or hands, the head having many complicaited muscels. It just takes some time and practice. Well, I hope that these links will help you.
