"It can't be helped then," Keno replies as he waves his hand over the table, producing red curry chicken and rice. "That empty plate is for you. Eat as much as you want, but be sure to practice cooking as well," he says as he fills his plate. "After we eat, you undergo physical training."

Ichi nodded. She wasn't really hungry, but if she was going to train, she might as well. Ichi took her portion of food, filling half the plate with curry, and the other with rice. She began eating, standing up, she wanted energy since she doesn't work hard very much.

"What have you been meditating on?" he asks between bited, eating his food quickly and filling the plate a second time. His eating pave was surprisingly rapid, almost as though he weren't chewing.

Ichi stared at Keno as he ate, she want even half done with her plate, and she ate pretty fast. She finished chewing and swallowed, about to reply.
"What we did yesterday."
She took another large bite and began to chew it.

"Have you come to any conclusions?" He eyed her carefully as he placed his plate on the table. "Have you guessed the meaning behind what I've told you and what I told you to do?"

Ichi shook her said slowly and spoke with her mouth full.

Keno sighed. "We'll worry about it later then. Let me know when you're done." He flicked his wrist at his own plate and it vanished.

Ichi was nearly done, and she quickly stuffed the rest of the food she had in her mouth, chwing it quickly and then she swallowed, hard. She coughed, she didn't choke, but it the food slid down her throat pretty roughly. She patted her chest and smiled, not knowing she had some rice around her mouth and on her cheek.
"Okay!"

Keno glanced at Ichi, and without a second thought rose up to her, and licked the extra rice off of her face. "Okay now we can go." He turned around, not breaking a his expression and walked towards the ring. "I hope those clothes are good for battle."

Ichi blushed as he licked her, but she just wiped off her face with her hand as soon as Keno turned around. Ichi follwed him, looking down at her clothes as she walked. She hoped they were. She lifted up her head, finally realizing what he said. Battle?!

Keno entered the ring, stopping ten feet before the center. "You stand here." He then proceeded to the center where he turned around, his shirt and shoes vanishing. He fell into his original battle stance and simply waited for Ichi to do the same. "Do you know anything about self defense?"

Ichi obeyed, standing exactly where Keno stood before. She tried mimicing him, but it really would work out. She's heard of self defense, stuff like Karate and Akido and stuff, but not really.
"N-not... really..."

Keno approached Ichigo and lifted her onto his feet and took her hands in his. "Are you right handed or left handed?"

Ichi looked up to him as he lifted her up and held her hands.
"I'm... Uhm... Right handed."

He grunted in acknowledgement as he shifted his left leg behind his right, pointing the front of it at a 45 deree angle to the left. His right foot was in front, about a step away from his left facing straight ahead. His left arm dropped to his waist and his right arm was held before him, bent slightly forward.
Unfortunately for Ichi, this was likely to be uncomfortable since she was acting like a shadow for Keno. He released her and tuned her body so that she looked exactly the same as he had, but the perameters for her body designed to her size and build. Stand like this for three minutes and study the way your body is situated.
