Ialo looked around, before moving. "Mind the structure," he warned Kai and Athena. "Warped steel only holds so much, but I think we'll be alright."

They were not in the upper floors, but in one of the basement levels. The building was stronger underground, but there was still some fire damage from the generators. Which begged the question, Ialo had realized, of who turned them back on. Who had allowed the converter to be switched back on when it was damaged, and unable to cope with mere idling loads? Several safety mechanisms would have to have been bypassed.

The basements were dark, and hot from the heat of the damaged converter. It was also surprisingly noisy - damaged machines made eerie noises, and Ialo's quickened breathing from his anger building up wasn't really helping. Nor was the fact that air around him always grew several degrees hotter when he was frustrated or enraged.

"Athena stay close if you please." He said stepping cautiously across the floor. The machines that still ran gave an annoying scratching noise similar to a rusty gate in the wind. "I don't turst this place, something is wrong ... don't you guys have some magical system that shuts these things down?" Kai asked curiously as he stepped on a weak spot in the floor causing it to crumble underfoot. "damn I don't like it."

"There is..." Ialo answered Kai. "But obviously, it's not working." He scowled, trying to figure out how even the magical systems could have been deactivated. "Krauser..." Ialo looked almost like a cat for a moment, his back tensed and hissing the name. "I bet it was him! I wil find him and..."

He trailed off, realizing that 'find him and kill him' maybe wasn't the best thing to say with a student here. Instead, he moved forward ahead of Kai and Athena. He knew where to go.

Athena tilted her head to the side, walking carefully with Kai and Ialo. Apparently the Headmaster wanted to do some bodily harm of serious amounts to some person named 'Krauser' and some form of security system was not working. And Kai thought he'd seen her somewhere before.

Athena shrugged at Kai. "Um... I dunno," she answered.

Athena stared at Ialo. "Holy flying macaroni noodles..." she muttered. That was insane. She didn't know Ialo was that strong! She knew a couple people who were (like Adolf), but Ialo? He'd never struck her as being that strong! It was totally awesome!

"Thank you," Ialo said graciously, as he put his leg down, and walked forward. It... hurt so badly. There were the bruises on his ankles still, and the force it took to kick the door... It took everything Ialo had to keep his voice level as he walked towards the glowing converter core.

"Good news," he said raggedly. "It's not nuclear, or anything of that nature. We unplug it, and it's good. Bad news..." He looked around, at the massive cables leading from the base of the structure. It was huge, about the size of one of the generators (which had a whole floor all to themselves).

"We have to unplug the cables one by one. The converter core will explode if it suddenly loses power in this state."

'Zero, can you hear me?'

'Yes... sir....'

"Bad news is," Ialo continued, "Is that I don't know what the bad news is."

"I can regulate the power you just make sure it doesn't do some kinda exploding boom boom crap got it?" he asked as his skin changed from a pale white to a glowing purple, the translucent tendrils on his back appeared again and he gave a thumbs up to Ialo.

" This should be easy." He chuckled a new secondary voice accompanying his. It was deeper and darker then his angelic but was no more frightening then his first. the tendrils slowly crept from his back pressing softly against the core. sparks flared from where they touched but it didn't effect kai in the least.
