Ichi sighed quietly, her eyes still in a blank haze as he touched her cheek. Her eyelids fluttered open and her eyes went back to the pale, shiny grey they were before. She nodded, smiling in accomplishment.
"Yes, I've been practicing up in my room every night."

"Good girl." Slowly, the master rose before his servant and gestured she move to the arena. "Show me." Before she could move, he had already begun stepping forward. "Five steps. Remember."

Ichi took a deep, fast breathe, closing her eyes. She quickly found the "wind current" within her body. She quickly opened her eyes, a small, weak gust of wind blowing her hair back.

"So that's where you stand," Keno said blankly as he stepped into the ring. "How long has it been Ichigo? You should be able to at least keep a current going...explain to me what you have been doing. Do you understand your own body rhythm yet? Your heart beat, your lungs?"

Ichi blinked cluelessly. Understanding the rythym of my body?? She paused, thinking. If she could summon wind then she pretty much understood it right?? Ichi just nodded.
"Yep!"

Keno waved his right arm as a plain red dodge ball appeared in the ring. "Then you should be able to roll this ball around the entire ring. You should only be using one wind current for this. Understand?"

Ichi swallowed. Well... She never thought of it that way... She could probably do it in some gusts... but not one. She frowned and shook her head.
"Nope. I don't think so..."

"I'd imagine at your level you'd have to do something like this..." he extended his hand and a wind follows his gesture to push against the ball. "So long as you keep you direct the wind with your hands, it'll follow. But if you're acting so nervous, I'm guessing you.....can only do small gusts still?"

Keno approached Ichi sterny, holding a serious countenance as he looked down upon her. He lifted his left arm up quickly, as if about to strike her, but instead merely untidied her hair. He then knelt down so that he could look at her face to face. His eyes had that menacing look in them, accompanied by a deviant smile. "Show me."

Ichi cringed as Keno's had came up, but then she slowly opened her eyes as he touched her hair. She was a little afraid of the look on his face. She nodded and stepped back, taking a deep breath. A gust of wind blew the ball to the left, quickly, then Ichi turned, another gust of wind turning it to the left. It nearly flew off, but Ichi quickly concentrated, making the ind blow the opposite way, stopping it. Sge coninued, rolling the ball using gusts of wind, one at each corner the ball arrived at.

"Okay then. Start meditating again. A wind current is as endless as your bodily rhythm. Until you perfectly undertand every aspect of your body in and out, you will always be limited." The raven haired warrior takes a seat and a mysterious wind pressure pushes Ichi to sit as well. "The reason I tell you to listen to your heartbeat it to find the beat, the basic component of rhythm. Your rhythm is centered around the beat of your heart, speeding up or slowing down with it. Your lungs let the air in an out. Because of them, your heart is able to continue beating. When you harmonize with this, you can meditate upon your body pattern. If by the end of the night you are able to comprehend your heartbeat, you'll be able to produce longer gusts of wind without trying as hard." Without even moving, another wind was summoned and spun the ball as though it were on an axis.

Ichi nodded, determined to try harder. She tried to understand and at least remember the instructions Keno gave her. She took a deep breath, closing her eyes. She tried listening to her heartbeat, it was... beating faster than it usually did, her breathing was faster than usual too.
