Spit's ego was only growing as his training with Ikki progressed. He rolled his shoulders back, and stood up straight, making himself appear taller. He could definitely handle the heat, atleast as he grew. "I won't be burned again." He said, in what seemed like a joking manner. If anyone could notice, his jaw was tight, and his smile seemed false. Spitfire didn't have any choice but to get strong and prove himself better than what his family was made out to be. He couldn't just stop and let the flames consume him, no matter what faced him. He had to do this to protect Suki, honor his mother, end the family hatred, and prove to himself that he was a man, and not a coward.

Nodding her head in understanding, Itsuki began going over her head ways she would be able to assist Suki through her journey as a genjutsu specialist. "Once this is over Suki-san, I'll be sure to search through the files and find an appropriate instructor to teach you in the arts of suiton. But for now, how about another Doton? This one's called 'Koujin Bunshin no Jutsu', its a technique that utilizes the dust and dirt particles in the ground to fourm a clone. Unlike the earth clone though, this one is more versitile and moves fairly fast but is unable to attack and will disburst when hit. This causes it to burst into a cloud of dust and dirt that will be useful in distracting the opponent. Here goes."
Performing the handseals at a decent speed, Itsuki held onto the last seal as she concentrated her chakra into the many dust and dirt particles in the ground around her. Gathering them all into one spot beside her, the dust and dirt particles began floating up in mid-air as it began molding together to form a solid form. Applying more chakra into her jutsu, Itsuki quickly solidified her dust and dirt particles into the form of a human figure, after another minute of set concentration, a dust clone of Itsuki was formed. Bowing once to Suki, the dust clone exploded into a cloud of dust once Itsuki stabbed it in the back with the kunai. "Alright, it's your turn Suki-san."
{Oh snap. I completely taught you something that my rpc doesn't know. I forgot that when I autoranked her I didn't give her the Earth Military Skill. Shoot...any ideas? I'm currently debating over editing my post to make it look like she learned it on the spot while teaching it to you as well. Think it'll make sense?}

Koujin Bunshin no Jutsu (Dust Clone Technique)
Description: A simple bunshin jutsu, using dust and small particles of dirt found everywhere but the cleanest of places, the user is able to form a clone. The clone itself cannot attack, but can pose as a good distraction, since once it is hit, the dust and dirt particles burst open, entering the enemy's eyes, mouth and nose. Also, the clone can be dismissed at will.

Kai Funkazan Kai sighed. He had taken a wrong turn, and missed the Library. Oh well, might as well get some training at the training grounds. He looked and saw a few people gathered in the place. They seemed experienced, so he may as well ask them. As he approached, he noticed how one of them seemed much more powerful. "Hello, Im new to this shinobi stuff, and I came here for training, can any of you people help me?" He spoke calmly and politely.

Smiling as Spitfire attempted to make himself look taller by standing straighter and rolling his shoulder's back, Itsuki wondered if maybe she way inflating his ego a tad bit too much. At his comment though, Itsuki stopped smiling, something about the way he said it and the way his posture tightened slightly, Itsuki knew something was up but desided not to push it. Besides, its not like she know him well enough yet to pry into his past.
Knowing exactly what might cheer him up, Itsuki smirked as she raised her right hand close to her face. "Yo kid, watch this." Concentrating her chakra to the tips of her fingers, Itsuki snapped and a small spark appeared on the tip of her index finger and thumb before fading away. Snapping her fingers again, Itsuki concentrated her chakra at Spitfire's sleeve and ignited it on fire. "Better take out that flame."

Katon: Tanebi no Jutsu (Fire Release: Cinder Technique)
Description: Basic to all Katon users is the ability to set thing things on fire, obviously. This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish. A simple cinder and no more, this jutsu is used mostly in pranks and the like.

 Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || As the ANBU escorted her to the fields, Kye quite naturally took the time to look at and observe everything she could about the village. it was so strangely different from her own, the business, the running children, the bustle and loudness of the city, all of it like foreign concepts to her who had spent so much time in quiet peace. Looking around however, she could see what people enjoyed about it... the number of headbands she saw was astonishing and ninja were using their powers in the streets. all of it showed the signs of a safe, unhindered environment that showed strength and stability... a place she hoped one day her village could attain.
As she approached the fields, the first thing she realized were that several private lessons were going on at the same time, but the teacher in each case, was the same woman. "Kage Bunshin... used simply as a training device?... this woman must be rather busy." It was a strangely foreign concept for Kye to see ninjutsu wielded in such a casual manner considering she had his her use of it for her entire life. Everything she had ever built up about herself had been designed to act as a mask, portraying only what she wanted others to see in a manner so carefully crafted, even the most perceptive of ninja would never be able to guess her true abilities.
When the ANBU guard suddenly stopped however, addressing one of the Kage Bunshin clones, Kye was even more surprised to think that this was the Hokage herself. "Out in the open like this? For everyone to know..." Again, with the concept being foreign, Kye was rather surprised, but none-the-less when seeing the woman look at her, she bowed politely to the Hokage and then rose back up to full height, her expression still blank and without emotion as she waited for the Hokage to address her first.

Intrigued as the Suki pulled out a explosive tag to place on the ground, Itsuki had idea on what she was planning but made no indication that she did. Continuing to watch as Suki flawlessly perform the jutsu once more, Itsuki heard someone walk up to them but said nothing since Suki's demonstration was just reaching its peak. Smiling and giving Suki a small applaud in congratulations on a job well done, Itsuki took this time to turn around and address the newcomer.
"Sorry for not speaking to you earlier, I was busy watching my student perform her jutsu. Now then, what might your rank and primary element be?" Crossing her arms over her chest, Itsuki relaxed her stance as she waited for the newly arrived shinobi to speak.

When Itsuki lit his jacket on fire, Spit quickly liked his two fingers, and squeezed it out. This Kage was playful. Spitfire wouldn't understand what Alkaid's issue with her was now. If this had been another woman, perhaps one that could not snap his head off like a twig, and if Oniwa Kye had not been there, than he would have retaliated, simply by lighting the bottom of her dress thing on fire. Instead, he concentrated chakra to his hand, just as she did, and lifted his hand up, snapping his fingers. The grass just next to Ikki lit on fire, it was nothing much, but the technique was a success. He had been about to make a comment, when some lady appeared, missing an arm. He frowned a bit, wondering what could've possibly happened to the lady. Nonetheless, she looked extremely capable of kicking his a**.

Kai stood there, his arm's crossed. It seemed she was teaching students. It was completely okay. If she was teaching others, he would just have to wait. As she began to speak ot him, he listened. She seemed pretty wise. "My rank is Academy Student, and my element is Fuuton." He said the first part slightly shyly, it wasn't something to be proud of. She didn't ask his name, so he didn't say. He didn't want to sound too chatty.

Adverting her attention momentarily form Spitfire, the clone attentively listened to the words of the ANBU, turning only to glance at the diplomat from Oto when her position/rank was mentioned. Upon seeing the diplomat bow politely to her, Itsuki returned it before waving the ANBU off. "Thank you for brining her here, you're presence will no longer be needed. The Kage herself will arrive soon to show our guest around the village." Stiffening slightly at the request of his Kage, the ANBU was ready to object but one look from her told him that her decision was final. Giving his Kage a low bow in respect, the ANBU immediately disappeared from his spot soon after.
Turning to face her student, Itsuki gave Spitfire some final instructions before attending to their guest. "Just the grass? I would've imagined you going for something much more creative than that but whatever. I have to go attend to our guest so be a good boy and practice with your Sister's clone."
Done with her instructions, Itsuki headed over to where the Otogakure diplomat stood and gave her a small nod in acknowledgement before motioning over to two rocks under a large tree where they could sit and have a nice chat away from the ever growing crowd. "This way please, let's take a seat beneath the shade. It'll make it all the more pleasant to discuss formal matters." Leading the way to the rocks, Itsuki took a seat on the one close to the tree before indicating to the rock next to her.

Nodding her head in understanding, Itsuki noticed that the kid had yet to introduce himself and assumed that it was probably because she hadn't either. Deciding that now might be a good time to introduce himself, Itsuki spoke in a soft voice. "Fuuton huh? That might be a bit difficult, but aside from that, what's your name kid? Mine's Tsubame Itsuki, your new Kage."

Kai was a little bit stunned. If she was teh Kage, what was she doing out here? She must be the type to like direct contact with the people in her nation. That was not a bad thing, and Kai respected that. He felt dissappointed that she would have trouble helpign him. "My name is Kai Funkazan, it's nice to meet you Hokage-sama. But if teaching me will be too troublesome, I can always find somebody else. Or I can train my weapons skills by my self. I have a bloodline the helps my skill with them."
((I may have to get off soon, don't be too surprised if I randomly poof.))

Of course, she would never have allowed herself to fall into the same situation, but it was to each their own which Kye could respect at the very least. It was after all, a Kage's job to make their village as as strong as possible, and what better way then to gain strength, then to learn from the strongest in your village. This simply was not the way the Otogakure worked however, which is why it was so strange to Kye.
Nodding to the invitation, Kye was glad to see the ANBU leave, laughing internally to the look the Hokage had to give to him for him to leave... another problem she had never faced in her home. Orders in the Otogakure were final and taken without question, but then again, she was not in the Otogakure, so how could she judge another village's ways. On her way over, she noticed the trick her student had played on the Hokage... utterly shocked that he would dare make such a gesture to her. Kye didn't understand it at all, but as she followed, she kicked up a bit of dirt directly at the Hokage's dress, quenching the flame without saying a word. Then, taking the invited seat, Kye sat in a ladylike fashion on the rock presented to her, at least, in as much a way as she could with the conditions as they were. Placing on her best diplomatic voice, her tone then softened as did the serious expression on her face.
Kye had a talent for copying other people's expressions and tones and she found that doing so often made the other party more relaxed and trusting. As such, she tried to copy the Hokage's manner the best she could. "Thank you for seeing me Hokage-sama, it is a great honor to meet you and I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me amidst your busy schedule. I will endeavor not to monopolize too much of your time. My name is Konaga Elise, and I am the Lead Diplomat for the Rice Country and for the Otogakure at large, and have come to you under orders from the Otokage. With certain sources available to us, we heard of the shift in power and I was sent her to discuss terms of a possible peaceful non-aggression pact with you and your village."
"You see, the Otogakure is a simple land. we do not wish to see war or taste it again and we strive to build and strengthen ourselves. Our terms would be very simple... we wish only for neutrality in the ninja world, a position where we can be safe from conflict, yet present in the world. That is why I would like to draw up some terms with you, if you do not mind. It would also be my hope that through these terms of peace, we could also open up new avenues of trade. Our land is bountiful and rich and we have been given plenty for ourselves, and I believe we have much to offer the other nations. It is the Otokage's wish that I work with you in these matters and try to come to an agreement between your village and our country to the mutual benefit of both." Her words were both eloquent, soft and heartfelt... all things she felt from the Hokage, at least in the brief time she had with her. Kye hoped that the Hokage would be amenable to her offer.
