At long last Mercy issues a NEW challenge!!

The title of this challenge is, Regretfully Masochistic
You thought it might be fun to light up a whole box of matches, to show Tommy your brand new whip, or to convince yourself to play Santa and not wear any head protection...whatever the situation or the circumstance you smartened up and sought healing help. Now you're all bandaged up and have a few stories to tell.
Show Us! I want to see your gnarliest battle scars and the greatest abundance of gauze you can wrap your broken little self in.
This sadistic showing will run from January 1st to the 14th!

I picked up 'belay' from reading a lot of Redwall books. I used it because EVERYONE says 'avast,' and I'd put 'avast' in my other show-off-the-pirate posts anyway.
