"Why Im here...heh...There are...excuses for it, but the real reason I have no idea. Im just here...no true real purpose, at least one that I cant do elsewhere...life can be so pointless at times..."

"Life is a mystery, even to those who have lived long lives." Layna said in a slight ruffled voice.

"70? Wow, that is abit much, but I assume that physically the guy isn't too old, problely in his late teens to late twenties, right? One of the great thing about not being human is the slowed ageing. It really shouldn't matter eventually, some people become ageless you know. And love...well love is blind and so long as you two work, then age be dammed."

Layna growled loudly, reverberating angrily. "That is not a joking matter." She muttered. "It's not funny, it's not even one bit humorous."

He shrugged, and turned around, looking at her as he continued to walk. "Not everything is meant to be funny." He said simply. "But really Im going to smoke unless I get a decent reason to stop, and so far I dont have one."

"No idea why people do it either, but its hard to quit. That's why I need a good reason to give it up." He said, stopping now and looking at her "I know its odd but that's the truth. And no my life isent a good enough reason."
