Lin's eyes widened, but not at him standing straighter. She managed to keep her eyes locked on his. She couldn't tear them away because she couldn't believe that he was saying what he was saying. He was doing what they both had decided was right, but... it didn't feel right. It felt horrible.
She nodded, looked at him one last time, and turned around. She walked to the ledge. She whispered, "Yes, sir. Goodbye..."
Lin sighed, steeling herself again, and then slowly transformed into a hummingbird. It was harder for her to transform this time because her heart wasn't in it. She managed to do it, though. Then, she telepathically contacted a few other birds.
A group of about 5 small birds flew over to her and together, they all lifted up into the dark sky and flew in the direction of the school.

Watching her depart, he ran a hand through his hair, regretting his words. The least he was able to do was watch her return safely, he told himself. He bent down to pick up his clothes and walked to the cliff, throwing them over the edge. He didn't need them, not now.
Stepping back a few feet, he prepared to dive down into the currents below. As he dropped, his body molded into that of an onyx dolphin. His underside was, obviously, indigo.
His color helping the camouflage he needed with the water, he swam faster and faster to catch up to Lin. He ended up right below her the entire way, making sure she was heading the right track, prepared to defend his favorite student if trouble occurred.
As the school became visible, he changed into a Blue Fin Tuna, the colors matching him accordingly. The animal being able to reach 55 miles per hour, he reached Mystic Fountain before her, giving him just enough time to change into one of the outfits that was waiting for him in his specialized teacher's dorm. He raced to Lin's room and waited for her in the dark corner, breathing silently as he grew impatient.

Lin landed on her windowsill when the long journey was over. It had taken longer than expected, but she was safe now. She transformed back, thanked the birds, and sent them on their way. With her transforming, her clothes transformed with her. So when she had transformed back, her nightgown was still on her.
After the birds had left, she continued to stare out into the sky. It was lightening now. Dawn was approaching, her favorite time of day. She should be happy... but she wasn't. She wasn't happy at all.
She sighed when she felt a few tears fall down her cheeks. No! She was crying again, and over him again! She wanted to hate him for doing this to her. She really wanted to.
She bit her lip to keep the sound of her crying from escaping her mouth and just continued to look out at the sky, hoping it would eventually calm her.

Nex Remeo In a puff of smoke a girl: long, silver hair that was placed in a tight braid, pail skined, and dark purple eyes that were covered with pich-black sunglasses: appeared in the nurses office. She brushed off her black pants and fixed her long sleaved, gray top. 'Thanks.' She said and then a person responded. 'Don't worry about that just take care of the job!' 'Okay, Okay.' She looked around looking for a jar. "Bum, bum. Queen where are you hiding?" She spotted the jar on top of the counter. "There you are." She picked up the jar. 'Don't worry we found a way to not die when your soul is gone or goes on to a new beginning.' "Good luck." Smerking, she let go of the jar. It shadered freeing the soul to gone on to the underworld or to it's next life. Ella gaspped. "No, the jar... Valrie hold Kris..." Valrie took hold of Kris and sat down. "Valrie be good ok?" Ella said crying and started to laugh. "Myia finally killed me... I love you Valrie, Kreshnit..." She looked up. "Tell Ophiuchus that I love him, okay?" "Mama!" Valrie gently placed Kris on the ground. "Mama... don't say that!" She grapped her mother arm. "No. Mama!" Ella smiled at Valrie as Valrie cried. "Mama... please...""It will be ok." Ella took a beath fake breath as she turned to dust leaving behind the items she was wearing.Valrie looked at her hands and paniced trying to get the dust off of her. She looked over at her mother glasses and picked them up out of the dust. Cleaning them, she cried and then held them close to her as her mind blocked out her bothers crying.The unknown female in the nurses office laughed. 'Job is finished. That woman is dead.' 'Good.'

The girl looked over at Ophiuchus from behind what once was Ella's desk. "Well the Snake god." She crossed her arms. "Sorry but you little girl friend is dead." She held her head high and laughed. "Freed Myias soul and she died." A very unplasent smile came across her face. 'Ja...' 'Shut it, I am near a god!' She hissed. "Aw you had a child with her. Valrie right? and her other child is Kreshink."
Valrie's anger grew and her power flared. "Mama... I just got back to mama..." She cried and looked over at her bother. Crawling over to him, she picked him up. "It's okay, just like mama said..." Her lower lip trimbled. "Its okay, Kreshink." She went back over to the dust pile and sat her bother next to it and she laied down next to her bother. 'Mama just got me back...'

Ophiuchus had realized what happened less than a fraction of a second before the girl had began to speak, and he hardly let her finish her sentence before his eyes glowed and a shield formed around her, devoid of all air. "You will not touch either of them!" he hissed. "In fact, you won't be touching anything else at all!"

The girl laughed. "Wrong." Placing her arms above her, she called out. "Teleport." 'Get me out of here!' "Bye-bye." Then she disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Valrie felt sad as she could not move. Kris had fallen silent as if he knew what had happened. The girl appeared in front of them. "Hello." She said with a caring face.
Valrie stood up and said. "Get away!" Her eyes became slits.
"I don't think so,Valrie." She reached out for Valrie. Valrie responded by cuttin the girls hand. "Ow. You little brat!" She grabbed Valrie's wrist and then threw her. "Huf."

He watched her carefully and noticed her shoulders shudder briefly. From tears? Did he want to find out?
He stepped out into the moonlight, still very silent, wearing a black trench coat with a dark purple tank underneath.
Weekend clothes.
He stepped behind her and ran his fingers down her arms, stopping at her hands. He covered them with his own, holding them. He set his chin on her shoulder, his cheek touching hers, and softly whispered.
"Am I the cause of those tears that run down your soft skin?"

Ophiuchus was just a second behind the girl, arriving right as she threw Valrie. He was behind the girl, and with a sharp grey sword in hand, he shoved it through the attacker's shoulder.

Lin shuddered when she felt Dymetri's fingers brush her arms and then held her hands. She closed her eyes and sighed when she felt his cheek touch hers. She wanted to memorize this moment, the feeling that came with it, for when she found herself without his touch.
She spoke softly and lowly, her eyes still closed. She didn't want him to see the tears in her eyes. "What are you doing here?"

He softly caressed her cheek with his own, rubbing against it. "I was waiting for your arrival," he said in a smooth, velvet voice. His thumb circled around the skin on her hand, memorizing how her skin felt. "Would you like for me to leave?"

She sighed and leaned back against him. She turned her hands around in his so that her fingers were entwined with his. "I would like for you to stop toying with me."

He raised her own hands around, both hugging her from behind and making her arms cross to form an X across her chest. He softly rocked her as he spoke. "How am I toying with you? I believe that even if I try, you're too bright to fall for it. And I know I'm smart enough to know that. Hmm?"
His head turned, his lips against her earlobe, softly kissing it.

"Ow, you f****r!" The girls human blood poured out of the wound. She moved herself free and grabbed Kris. "Now!" She disappeared. 'I almost die back there.'
"Brother!" Valrie saw her dad after the girl disappeared. She ran up to him and said what her mother told her. "Mama said 'I love you Ophiuchus.'" She still held on to Ella' glass. "What are we going to do?" She cried as she kept the glasses close.

Lin sighed at the sensation of his lips on her sensitive ears. With all of her might, she pulled away, though. She released her arms from his grasp and walked away, toward her closet. She then turned around and frowned at Dymetri.
"You know what you are doing, Dymetri. You treat me as if you care for me deeply, you even say you care for me. You... you kiss me, and then you say that we shouldn't be together. Then you show up here, acting as if you still wanted to be with me. I am not some doll you can pick up and play with when you want, and then discard when you tire of me!"
