Satomi was staring off into space, not even casting the occational glance at Deity. She shifted slightly, legs stretching out in front of her, knees bent at a ninety degree angle. Her attention was elsewhere, mind on something else. She;d been silent for the past while, not having really spoken since she had told Drity, besides speaking to Keno. The young woman was not normally quiet, nor withdrawn. It alone was a worry. It seemed to have been caused by many things.

After a moment, she sighed, gaze shifting as she turned her head from her left. Her gaze settled on Deity, face growing sad from the blank expression on her face. Lips parting, her voice drifted quietly towards where he was pacing. "I'm sorry.. " It was for many things, Saotmi was apologizing for. Everything she felt she needed to.

*Raven nods.*

"Thats good to hear. I think we will need to have ourselves a little fight sometime."

*On that note he mysteriously vanished.*

Letting her body fall after the kiss to her should, shifting herself only a bit. Her head came to rest on his left thigh, hands tucked into her body. Her legs curled in slightly as she lay on her side. Staring across the room for a moment, the young girl slowly let her eyes flutter shut with a sigh. She didn't want to be like this. Satomi wanted everything to be okay again, for her to be happy. Unable to figure out how people stayed like this all teh time, she struggled to pull the pieces of her heart together.

Part of her wanted it to be Tali, though it was a hopeless thought. She had thought that maybe, just maybe she'd been a bit more to him. Though she was nothing, just like the rest of the earth. As much as she cared for him, the young woman was not going to allow herself to be used as such. A momentary flicker of anger invaded her heart at the memory, part of her wishing she'd punched him to inflict damage. It faded quickly.

"I knew he was like that. Yet, I hoped." Satomi wasn't sure Deity knew she had started to fall for his bother, not mentioning that little piece of information. It was only recent that she'd started to realize it. Eyes opening once more, they gazed across the romm as the girl didn't say any more.

Dad did, too....so did Deity...

::He says that softly, knowing, to an extent, what Satomi is going through. Taliman is Deity's own brother. Tali has attempted to kill him, on more than one occasion. He enarly succeeded once. It is what brought Deity to Earth in the first place, and what haunts him to this day.

Nonetheless, it is as much Tali's fault as it is Deity's. Brushing loose strands of Satomi's hair from her face with his right hand, he continues rubbing the girl's shoulder with his left. He sighs softly, closing his pale red eyes for a moment.::

...not sure what's going to become of the situation...but Tali isn't one to change....

: biggrin eity opens his eyes gradually and looks down at Satomi as he feels her hand around his, He blinks a few times before cracking a soft smile, and nodding gently to her. He knows how young she is, and that she hasn't experienced as much as her body has aged. So she still has so much to learn.

However, he also knows that Satomi is very strong, even if she doesn't realize it. She's part of the reason the red-eyed Tonepian decided to stick around a while longer. She gives him the hope that he needs. It's the least he can hope for, to return the favor. Lifting his right hand, his gently runs his thumb across her forehead as he speaks, just as quietly and softly as always.::

....you're gonna be al'right.

The smile grew, a light laugh escaping her. "Yeah, I wouldn't Satomi, if I wasn't going to be al'right." And she meant it. No matter how muhc Tali hurt her, she would pick herself up. Not only that, she had her friends and the people she cared for to support her. The smile lingered, Satomi feeling better with Deity's comfort. The love she once had for him was still strong, though it had faded into the kind for a friend. He was the first person she ever got close to, and that would never change.

Eyes closing, the girl sighed contently. She was feeling better, more comfortable. The troubling thoughts were gone, temporarily scattered to the four winds. Satomi as tired of dwelling on them, and was too tired to really ponder on her troubles. Sitting up, the girl supported herself with her left hand, body twisting. Leaning forward, Satomi kissed Deity's cheek in a silent thank you for everything.
