Cabron the Swan Hashire Kazemeijin Cabron the Swan TtheHero You know, one must wonder if a Dream World Seaking (which has the ability Lightningrod) will be of any clear use in a battle, aside from being a patsy in a double/triple battle. Doesn't Lightningrod draw in and nullify all electric attacks, or did they change the nullify part?
The nullify only comes from the fact that Lightningrod is mostly known from Rhyhorn's family and their /Ground half. I'm pretty sure in the third gen that the electric attack was nullified. Granted, it was on a /Ground type, but I don't remember getting an 'it doesn't affect' message or anything.
Gen 3 and 4 are just "Draw Elec attacks"
Upcoming Gen 5 alters it so that it nullifies the attack and raises the Sp.Atk of the absorber (provided they aren't part Ground) so it has a version on par with Flash Fire.

Zephyrkitty I think I've mentioned my love of children's books before. I'll probably be calling the pig 'Wilbur'. xd I'll probably stick with 'Smugleaf' and 'Derpderp' for the other two. MGS or not, I can't make myself like 'Oshawott'.
And I don't nessecarily have nicknames for the rest of my team, except Chevrolet, my Dark-Crocodile one, and Dr. Fetus(From Meat Boy), for Rankurusu.

I like Oshawott. Tepig and Snivy are terrible names... which fits cause they're stupid looking pokemon.

LightsideDarksider I prefer to call the pig "Hamlit" or "Crispy Bacon." I'm still going to call Tsutarja "Smugleaf." As for Mijumaru, I actually really like his english name. I'm keeping that one.
