Getting there, I don't want to open it before I know I can take care of the workload. Going away for a week and then starting university, I might not get to draw a lot till I settle in a bit.

I cleaned up what I dare touch without OKing it with anyone but some of the rest I rather disscuss it with the rest of the mods on how we can make this more efficient and go over some ground rules for making stickies.

Well, I got quite a lot of stuff cleared out. It think I'll look at it again tomorrow morning and see if I can add/delete/fuse anything else.

Ok, to help get the list of people awating approval down, I am going to PM ~zzang~,ogre7, pandah Boy, and x.tora.x . I will state in my pm that they must either submit an essay, or request an interview. I will also tell them they have 1 week from this message to reply or their request will be denied.

ok, again before I do anything in this case do we then decline her request to join? x.Tora.x I'm sorry but i am not interested in having to write an essay for the fun and enjoyment i have in writing, this is but a hobbie for me, and i do not wish to indulge in work for fun, i work hard enough for my fun. Thank you but no thanks.

Just out of curiosity, can we make a rule that newly accepted members must post within a month of their acceptance, or else they will be dropped from the guild? Because there's a few members who have been on about as long as I have, I think, and haven't made a single post. I don't really see a point to them staying in here if they aren't going to contribute anything in any way.
