Tortuga of JupiterHP: 06-12= -6/75HP Action: Direct Magic Damage - Rage zapping with Electric Ring while plagued by ghosts Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 10 + 6 damage = 16Boss HP: 35/2500 He was tired. Tired of the voices. Tired of fighting. Tired of life. So very tired. But he was also angry. The anger ragged against the lethargy. Tortuga just continued sending magic through his ring since it was the only thing he could do. It was all he was able to do. The knight knew if he stopped he would break down. He wouldn't want to go any further. But he also couldn't not fight. He needed to keep fighting. Why fight? Why struggle? What was the point? There was no point. Fighting was pointless. it was useless. He was useless. He had always been useless. Even more so now when the nightmares made him hesitate or when the thoughts swarmed him and made him wonder if death was a better choice. The sweet silence was always so tempting.

Eternal Deep Space Selinur.HP: 35/100 Action: Going to help Alastor, doing physical damage with nails and hands. Damage/Healing/Buff Done: physical damage Boss HP: 31 Finally the voice of his mother faded out, as if carried off on the wind, and he was glad to not hear her anymore. That wasn't to say he didn't miss her, her did indeed miss her terribly, but he did not miss something using her voice to try and manipulate him into doing something which he did not want to do. Growling he turned towards Alastor in time to see the other being smacked and grabbed by a tenticle of some substance which he really didn't want to guess at - it looked vile and unsanitary.
"Let's handle this." Spoken more to himself than the other he dove for what was wrapped about the other senshi, using his fingers to try and either strangle the tenticle till it retreated or unwrap it - whichever worked best it seemed. As was on the ground the blond was unable to avoid a tenticle coming his way and hitting him. It sent him tottering on the ground and landing on his side, laying there with his hands still gripping what had hold of Alastor. "I'm not pleased with this. I'm already dirty and in dire need of a bath to get the stink out of my fur. Than the voices..." And now this, he was not a pleased individual and that was putting it mildly. Growling he as he sat himself up, slowly, and turned to bare his teeth towards the monster they were still facing down. His nails, dull and blunt as they were, dug into what grasped the older senshi.
He would, after some rest head up to his homeworld to grab samples for Alastor, but first they needed to get off this planet and return to Destiny City. "Koeia, after a rest from this I'm thinking we should sp[end some time together." Once he knew his own homeworld was safe he might also take her up as well. He knew he would have to keep an eye on whoever he brought up...keep his peoples secrets just that - secrets. His people might be dead, and he was the only one left, but to admit to what his p[eople did - that the rumors were true. Yeah, he wasn't going to be doing that. He'd let both of them onto his planet but not to the library.
"Someone take that thing out!" He shouted, hoping someone would finish it off.

Anakeion Squire of CastorHP: 22/75 Action: GET ITS a** Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 10 Boss HP: 5 "Get its a**," Anakeion mumbled under her breath, mostly to herself, and proceeded to do her best to get its nonexistent, metaphorical a**.
She felt so so so so ******** bad, okay, and also awful, and like she'd been run over by -- not a car, okay, but maybe a tricycle, maybe a really intense hardcore tricycle for adults?? Emotionally she was drained, physically she was bruised, and spiritually -- spiritually she was fine, actually, probably.
She couldn't do a lot of fancy or interesting things, but she could hit the monster again, especially when it looked like it was about to dissolve into a fine mist and maybe grant Daedalus a +50 EXP // LEVEL UP popup or something.

Character Name and journal link Super Sailor Rhea of Laughter HP: 16-11-12 = -7 Action: Using basic attack on the monster ... Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 10+ 4 = 14 Boss HP: -9 She had experienced a lot, but nothing quite on this level, from the smug so thick that she choked, gagging in the polluted air, barely able to see her own limbs let alone the monster before her. She thought she could see it, but as far as attacking it went, she could barely speak and she couldn't risk hitting someone else. "Rhea, rest chibi ... you need to catch your breath. Just lay down and close you eyes for a bit." It was Aaru still beckoning to her and she shook her head hard to try to clear the thoughts. That wasn't him, it wasn't ... it wasn't him and it wasnt his cousin. She was home and she couldn't even be here. "Rhea, rest lil cuz, look at your eyes, theyre are so red." Mu was smiling at her, sweet ... no that wasnt her cousin, she more likely chew her out for getting into this mess and tell she'd better get home in one piece. It didnt matter what she believed because moment later she had a tentacle slam into her side and grab hold of her dragging her. "No, no, no no ..." she cried scrambling for purchase in the before she blindly through her magic toward the offending tentacle, just in time to see her younger brother. He looked so disappointed, "Leah, youre supposed to be resting, look at you."Rhea was momentarily horrified ... no how was he even here. Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Little Giggles She moves her arms in an arc outward from her center and causes a gust a of wind that rushes at the target blowing over them and causes the person to burst to giggles whenever they move for 30 seconds. It can only be used on one person at a time, but can be used 2 times per battle. *The attack has a four foot radius in front of Rhea and can be easily dodged by simply jumping two feet to either side of her. The closer Rhea is to the target the harder it is to avoid.

Character Name and journal link Viminal, Page of Venus HP: 20-11-12 = -3 Action: Mostly defending self from flailing tentacles Damage/Healing/Buff Done: 4 Boss HP: N/A
When the smog thickened, Rose started cough, the thick pollution burning her nose and throat. It was two thick and to breath in felt like a slow death. She snatched on the bows from the side of her outfit, something she surely should have done earlier, but was imperative now. She couldnt breath well and she could barely see, but there wasnt much she could do for her eyes ... it wasnt as though she had goggles.
The cloth did little to help, but it eased every so slightly the sting, acting as a meager filter, however lacking it was. It was better than nothing.
"You wouldnt have to worry, if you would just rest Vimi ... come you dont need that mirror, come and rest."
Rose rolled her eyes, suddenly very irritated with this imposter, "she would never ... so get lost." Her ire did little to deter her sister, who continued to beckon her as did her brother.
"Come now, don't be so stubborn, youre so tired and it would be so much better to rest."
Rose turned again, away, away from them only to come face to face with her husband, her son slumbering on his shoulder. "Babe, come on, the boys are waiting for you, love."
No. No. This wasnt happening. NO!
Viminal was suddenly knocked off her feet, hitting the ground hard as a tentacle connected with her torso. It was certainly one way to clear her head, grabbing her weapon and trying to knock away the flailing tentacle that lashed out.
Her family still wanted, all of the, called for her to rest, but she'd been smack three time with tentacles and her pickleball paddle sized mirror wasnt the best piece of equipment for defending one's self.

Character Name and journal link Palmrya, Page of Castor HP: 9-11-10 = -12 Action: tripping balls ... er hallucination Damage/Healing/Buff Done: N/A Boss HP: N/A
The smug rolling in, so think he could barely see what painful. He couldnt breath and his outfit gave no extra fabric to protect him from the onslaught. He coughed, choked by the thick smug, his eyes stinging and watering and leaving him mostly incapacitated. It was a hard blow to thing one could be so easily taken out of the game, but he couldn't see and what could he honestly do if he couldn't do.
His wife was still there, still calling to him, even in the dense fog. Was it possible that he seemed better able to see her than anything. "Come on Cass, your struggling so much, I can see it. Just come rest with us."
His head snapped, eyebrows borrowed in confusion was his sons stepped out from behind there mother with twin shouts of, "Papa." They were happy and energetic as they ran around him.
"Nap ... nap ... Papa take a nap," she spouted giggling.
Palm reared back, because there was no way they his son's were here. He had to snap out of it. Why was he seeing this? Was it the smog?!? What was this ...
"No ... no naps for me. I have to fight bambino's." He wasnt giving in to whatever this is, no matter how badly he wanted to be home, his lungs not suffereing, his eyes not stinging.
The other's were fighting, he could hear them, that was real right. Someone was shouting to about the monster weakening. Suddenly the smog was clearing and he was so grateful until he was smack in the torso with a tentacle causing him to double over from the blow ... barely able to dodge another that barely missed his head.
"Fuuuuckkk," he groaned.

BOSS HP: 0/2500As the relentless assaults hammered the monster, dark clouds began to gather over the battlefield. There was a change in the air—slowly, as more and more damage was done, as the monster began to flake and crumble and melt apart, the smog started to clear, and Daedalus almost felt as if he could breathe again.
And as the monster began to collapse in on itself, began to melt away like so much grime, the sky opened up.
And it began to rain.
At first, Daedalus tensed—prepared for acid rain, like his world had produced for years even before he fell into stasis.
But it wasn’t.
It was cool, clear, pure rain. A torrential downpour, to be sure, but one that was already washing away the results of the battle and the remnants of the monster.
And on the ground where the core of it had been was a small meteor—and Daedalus wrinkled his nose, disgusted. That, it seemed, had been the source of this nightmare all along. And he could see a crack running down its center.
Full of purpose and surety, Daedalus strode forward, brought his boot down, and stomped—and the meteor shattered under Senshi strength and the damage it had clearly endured from the battle.
”We did it.” Daedalus said, and he turned to face the group, smiling broadly—and he no longer looked pale and ill, no longer looked like he might collapse on the spot. ”Thank you, everyone. I can’t express how much this means to me.” A soft laugh passed his lips.
”I’m normally better at speeches than this, but all I can say is…a thousand times, thank you. You’ve saved my world. And me in the process, I suspect.”
Perhaps that was a little more vulnerable than he needed to be with nearly two dozen people, most of them strangers, but it was true.
”I won’t make us linger. But this is the first clean rain on Daedalus in….a very, very long time. And you all did that. I know I can never repay the aid you’ve given me—but if any of you ever need anything, you only have to ask, and I’ll do whatever I can to provide.”
He hoped they held him to that. It would feel good, to be able to help his new and old friends.Quote: This is it! Thank you so much, everyone, I loved reading all your posts and I really appreciate you all coming out for my silly little event! Sailor CernunnosIt took time for Cernunnos to swim up out of his misery enough to be able to register that someone was touching him, shaking him to get him to get his attention. He lifted his pale head to blink large, unfocused eyes at the stranger. She wasn't anyone he recognized... and the star on her forehead said she wasn't one of his people.
So it was all a dream? Not that he really cared... he wanted to sink back into the comfort of it, let it swallow him up again. Let him return to a time where he'd been comfortable and, mostly, happy. Cared for. Not alone. Coming back to the waking world meant embracing the pain and he quailed at it.
"I want to go home." He managed through lips that felt heavy and like they didn't work quite right. Tears welled up as he blinked at them, too exhausted to feel embarrassed for crying in front of a stranger. Everyone was trying so hard, making that last desperate push fighting the monster, and he just... couldn't. He didn't have anything left...
The soft, cold wetness that began to patter down his body was what finally pushed away the last dregs of the visions, silencing Bron's voice in his head. Cernunnos tilted his head back to let it fall on his face and took a shakey breath, tasting air that was already miraculously clearer. He turned to see the monster gone and the others coming to a stop with nothing left to fight. He felt... hollowed out, empty and tired, and he didn't like it.
Scrubbing the rain and the tears from his face, he covered his inner turmoil with a grin for the Mauvian who had stopped to try to help him. Without that haze, he could recongnize her for what she was now, even if she was still a stranger to him.
"Thanks for trying to help. I'm fine now, I promise." He said as he rolled onto his knees and then pushed himself to his feet, wobbling a little as he did. "Can we return to Earth now?" Cernunnos asked of the group at large.

Botein of AmuletsHP: 12/75HP Used second sailor attack: 1/2 She was ready to fight more. Ready to face those shadows and murmurs and down right hallucinations of her parents begging her to stop. Luckily she didn't have too. She didn't have to tell her crying mother that she wasn't real. She didn't have to tell her stern father that he was just a figment of the chaos around them. Botein didn't have to because the oil monster collapsed upon itself and it started to rain. Unbearably tired she sank down until she was sitting in the dirt, quickly turning to mud, and just turned her face up to the sky, letting the rain wash her of all the filth that had accumulated. It didn't really help with the smell that emanated from her uniform but it wasn't anything that a shower, or two, wouldn't fix. Her blue gaze turned towards Daedalus when he started to talk, she just smiled tiredly and closed her eyes, ready to go home and crawl into bed.... but not before a shower. A shower really was required first. [Exit for Botein]

Sigiriya of IdaHP: 23/75HP Sig wobbled on his feet while the chaos creature dissolved like the pile of mud it was. He was breathing heavily but when it started to rain he didn't do much more then just run his hand through his now wet hair. His hand came away covered in gunk. He was going to need a bath or several before he figured Antares would let him back into the apartment. He nodded at Daedalus, glad to have actually gotten first hand knowledge of just how bad Chaos could mess with someone. It was quite a wakeup call. With that in mind he slowly made his way over to the pair of fiery redheads, absently noting just how ragged Tortuga looked. He looked pretty bad really. "Think Shang will be ok with us hosing off in his yard?" He asked absently as he sat down in the mud, more then ready to go home and sleep. "You ok big guy? Looks like you got run over by Jabba the oily hut." He didn't even resist when he got shoved over into the mud, he just giggled a little bit as the adrenalin wore out.

Tortuga of JupiterHP: -6/75HP It was over. It was finally over. The shadows were gone, the sludge monster was gone, even the choking smog was dissipating. It was all gone and yet he still felt horrid. He still felt the darkness pulling at him. Doing his best to follow the tricks his therapist gave him Tortuga sat back and started to count. He counted to get get his mind onto the here and now. He counted to center himself. He not only counted physical things but also intangible things like his blessings and his skills. He was so focused on this that he didn't really react when the rain started or even when Sig came over. It wasn't until the younger squire was being an a** that Tortuga looked over at him, and promptly pushed him over. "Smart a**," He mumbled, realizing he was doing better at least somewhat. He wasn't completely back on even keel but he didn't expect to. Not after what they just dealt with. "Lets go home," He said softly to his little band of misfits, more then ready to sink into a hot tub of water. Tortuga just hoped his apartment's hot water heater was up for the task.
