Okay! So just two things! The wording needs to reflect that this is a passive effect so instead of saying what you pay for each tier just add that the rank of the Jutsu is what determines what tier is it! ( E - D = tier 1, C = tier 2, B - A = tier 3, S+ = tier 4 ) That way it doesn't read like a custom Jutsu since PA's are sup[osed to be passives ^ ^ Oh! One last thing! Just by its nature simple can't have chakra applied to it since it's just your muscles doing their 'thing' and that adding chakra would make them 'complex' so that part would have to be removed sweatdrop

Description:With a snap of her fingers, the room looks completely the same. If there's two people in the room, then they are in the room. Say they are in the kitchen so they would be cooking like normal kitchen guests. If they are scared then you would see them fidgeting and trying to get ready to leave/get out. If the people in the kitchen get harmed/killed, the results are real. THe sounds of blood and guts being spilt. The iron smell of the blood. Bones cracking.
Imagine you are a villain attacking a village. You entered into the room and see people scrambling and packing as they had heads up they are under attack and needed to get to safely. You kill them all. You can smell the blood, hear the screams, hearing the body fall to the ground, etc. Nami enters and laughs while snapping her fingers, they were never there. The room is exactly the same. The villagers already went to safely while 'decoy' was in their place. The goal of that is to obviously minimize casualties and cause confusion. Mental stress would be T3 under once revealed.

Not sure if it's too much but I also thought of that genjutsu decoy thing be a way of 'tracker' if they revealed their bloodline, she would know. If they reveal one of their elements (like maybe burning a body) she would know.

Description:The location suddenly start to fill up fast with water, it would seem like she's using Suiton technique. There would be hints of pearls here and there. Meanwhile, the targets would be paralyzed with fear as the water was thick to keep them trapped and unable to move as the pearls are rapidly growing to attach to their legs. As the water reaches to the hips, the pressure of the sea would be noticeable as their legs felt like they were being compressed by the steamroller. Their legs would be covered by pearls. The moment the water reaches to the neck, the compression of water could be felt as it would be hard to breathe. Once it reaches to their nose, they will start to suffer the effects of drowning. The salt water could be felt on their eyes and the water would be cold. And dark as the void. The target may be knocked unconscious due to lack of 'air' and the realism of being 'drowned' under the water.

Combining the substitution technique, with the explosive tag detonation technique the user is able to prep an explosive tag just before using a substitution jutsu, leaving behind an explosively tagged log, rock, etc in their stead. Exploding with damage equal to the rank of chakra utilized.

The Pitch Clans' way of brewing was old and founded in just what 'sake' is at its root. Rice wine. However, when the harlequin cult invaded this took a strange turn. The Oni fermentation process was manipulated in such a way that the alcohol they produced was more akin to champagne, but not simple champagne, champagne that was ungodly sweet comparable to soft drinks and sodas. The sweetness in combination with the alcohol itself made for an INCREDIBLY SHITTY drink. It was essentially a disgustingly sweet, carbonated, alcohol which tasted absolutely horrendous and would almost guarantee the average person would upheave it upon consumption. Simply picture someone pouring heaps of sugar into a bottle of Everclear only the sugar failing to dilute the proof of the alcohol. White Rice Carbonation was the parent technique that gave way to this special brew. Its almost a requirement in Pitch Tribe conversation to get the opposing party to drink your 'GOD AWFUL DRANK' and if its enough to knock they a** out it was permissable to cull them. It is often referred to as the 'WICKED ELIXER'

The three primary effects of Hakumai Tansen-ka are
* BuBbLe BuDdy: Allows for the augmentation of saketon by paying an additional amount of chakra up to a maximum of half the rank of the parent technique to have the saketon perform a carbonated explosion on the following post. I.e An A-rank Saketon is used up to a B-rank of additional chakra can be spent to detonate thereafter.
* STANK SluRRy: Reconstitutes the sake, sake in of itself comes in the more common clear filtered state for most. Skarpm using this method creates the unfiltered byproduct of sake production making his Sake milky colored like rice and containing clumped fermented rice. This allows for free manipulation to be treated as it would normally for collisions in exchange for a 1.5x increase in chakra cost. Smells awful. Many comparisons to bodily fluids have been made. They are all correct.
* MuThaFuGin NazTeA: Brews made with this method induce extreme nausea. A combination of Vertigo and Disease. Typically inducing vomiting, shakes, and stomach pains. Applicable as a Sake Augmentation.

A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. Strong Limb Massacre takes advantage of the Hojo's extra limbs to their fullest. The Hojo will unleash a single blow per limb each respectively. This process if any of the eight limbs connect leads then to a vicious beatdown and alternatively can be used as a counter-offensive against technique's that would also utilize multiple blows. The technique may be made complex by empowering the limbs with chakra. Even when blocked will impart Tier-1 Trauma if the technique defending was not minimally [overwhelming].

Strong Limb: Massacre [ Ashikoki:Gyakusatsu ] | Rank | Taijutsu [ Simple]
A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. The user readies all their chosen limbs at once that are capable of extending. Simultaneously all limbs strike and aim for the following points dependent on the number of limbs available. The speed at which this happens is almost shunsin level comparable to bullets fired however, it has a significant tell where all the limbs reel back as if preparing a punch and the user taking a deep inward breath. Throat/Neck, Left Shoulder, Right Shoulder, Left Wrist, Right Wrist, Left Ankle, Right Ankle, Spine/Stomach. The technique is designed to simultaneously dislocate all the major joints located in these areas. If successfully doing so the opponent will almost without fail, fall to the ground immobilized and in some instances of lucky spine strikes completely paralyzed [Tier-4] Paralysis. This only proves useful on lightly armored targets or lower as the blows themselves have very negligible impacts.

Strong Limb: Imprisonment [ Ashikoki: Tōgoku ] | Rank [X] | Taijutsu [ Simple]
A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. When a target is grappled with the Hojo's tentacles, if the target attempts to escape using Kawarimi, Shunsin, or other spatial manipulation the grapple tightens, and the ensnared is overwhelmed by a rush of the user's chakra and the chakra for the escape attempt is deducted from the user. The target does not lose their limited uses if they have them, they are merely denied this escape. The chakra to deny the escape attempt is immediately deducted and is equal to the body rank of the target attempting to escape.

Strong Limb: Slaughter [ Ashikoki: Tosatsu ] | Rank [B {+1 Per Sustain}] | Taijutsu [ Simple]
A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. The user takes a deep breath exhales and in that instant the target is barraged by multiple several hundreds of thousands of strikes from the multiple limbs, not unlike a gattling gun. The [Rank] of this technique increases by [1] per each activation it is sustained and striking a target but this also increases the sustain cost respectively. The limbs have a radial range equal to their level of extensibility. If dedicating all activations to this technique all three are allowed to be Offensive.{Sustained}. If the technique ends at any point the technique reverts back to B. The Hojo has the benefit of maintaining this offense while also remaining mobile.

Strong Limb: Disdain [ Ashikoki: Keibetsu ] | Rank [X] | Taijutsu [Variable]A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. It is used to counter multiple attacks responsively equal to the number of limbs the user has available. The limbs will tense and when faced with multiple attacks the Hojo will use their limbs to reactively defend against the attacks in a dismissive and powerful manner. Can be made complex or spiritual by paying costs appropriately. The cost of the technique is equivocal to the amount of techniques needed to be defended against. This, however, consumes all the Hojo's activations that post.

A technique that on its own does nothing. for Tobichiru to take effect the user must have used a bone technique prior to this jutsu. Once the bone jutsu is activated the user will follow up and any point with a single hand sign long as the bone technique is still around. Upon activation the bone will show visible cracking all over its surface before it will suddenly explode from a sudden and great amount of pressure built up from inside. the explosion scales to the users strength stat. The brunt of the damage comes not from the explosion but rather the countless shards of bone flying all around damaging a large area.

A jutsu that requires seals to be placed throughout a forum. up to 20 seals must be placed withing a broad area in a dual diamond formation. once activated the used will have dust from the area gather making multiple earth eyes no bigger then a normal eye. each eye functions as one would think a eye could, gathering information and sending it to the user. requiring a mind able to process such information is required to use sure a technique lasting 5 posts before deactivating or requiring 5 chakra and 5 stamina to maintain and up keep the jutsu each additional post. destroyed eyes can repair if dust is available. in addition this jutsu has no offensive capabilities but excels in support

Mark of Kurama:
The mark of Kurama was acquired in the Southern Forests of the newly established Konohagakure. It remained dormant for some time while it acclimated itself to Kotori Hyuuga's fiery fighting spirit and competitively violent tendencies. While actively in use, her mind becomes obsessed with combat and she is compelled to engage against anyone who seem like they would be a challenge- no matter how small.

Dormant Stage
Provides the host with 400 Natural chakra. This chakra can only be recovered while the host has their seal in its dormant stage. In addition, the host gains a passive chakra and stamina increase of +50 per body rank. Natural chakra when the forbidden seal is not active passively gathers natural chakra. In a non-combat situations, the seal regains 50 chakra per post and 25 chakra per post in combat situations.
Training:
• Requires the user to write out five posts of the user training to activate the Mark.

Awoken Stage
Kotori's hair changes color to a bright red and the smallest of flames flicker atop of various markings that grow from her left shoulder. Occasionally, flares of dark red-orange katon chakra give visages of long, flickering fox-like ears and/or a fluffy flaming tail.

Effects:
• Increases [ Stat 1 ] and [ Stat 2 ] to [10] and [ Stat 3 ] and [ Stat 4 ] to [8] automatically.
• Overwhelming Basic Ninjutsu (Elements & Maruton)
• Cost 25 Natural Chakra per post used to maintain.

Unleashed Stage
At the Unleashed stage of Kurama's curse Kotori becomes feral in an appearance which very resembles a demonic fox. She becomes wreathed in dense flames during this transformation. When the fire (mostly) disperses she is seen wearing a different outfit; her equipment remains on her person, but her clothes were burned away into this form. The markings spread across her entire body, while her physical anatomy shifts in a few areas. Kotori's hair becomes/remains a bright red color which can also be seen in patches of fur along her limbs, body and face. She grows about a foot in height, her human ears become fox-like and generally stand at attention toward the top of her head, her teeth become sharper (the canines become more pronounced in her mouth), and her fingernails grow into two inch long claws. This whole transformation process is completely reversed in another fiery cocoon upon returning to the Awakened or Dormant stages.

Effects:
• Increases Endurance and Strength to [12] and Speed and Agility to [8] automatically.
• Overwhelming Basic Ninjutsu (Elements & Maruton
• "Curse of Kurama" PA: While using either the Awakened or Unleashed stages of Efreet's Seal, Kotori's body becomes wreathed in twisting arcs of flame that set fire to anything she touches. This inflicts Tier 3 burning damage on contact and ignites any flammable materials/substances she comes into contact with. All abilities/techniques that utilize chakra in their function become fire release while Efreet's seal is active. The affected technique's extra effects are simply replaced with or add a burning effect according to that technique's rank.
• Costs 50 Natural Chakra per post used to maintain.

For Now You See Me just add a duration to the mental stress since you want to apply after the genjutsu ends! (Usually, the status effect is on for as long as the gen is) The general rule of thumb is that it's a max of two posts per rank.

As for Pearl Mask I vaguely remember this being in the guild somewhere so you might get more benefit out of turning it into an augment. that said, as is it only needs a duration and it's good!

Curse Marks grants keystone PA's which are supposed to be at least on par with bloodline pa's and thus I allowed it circumvent the usual restrictions on having access to the elemental ninjutsu status (burning) since we have bloodline PA's that do the same!

A derivative of the Mind Power technique, the user is able to create a powerful barrier of chakra using a sealing formula. Causing any sensory techniques gazing into the area around the user see rapidly-changing nonsense. Which results in Tier 4 blindness and Tier 1 deafness for as long as the victims sensory technique is active. Or until the barrier is broken.

Tanigakure Secret Techinque: Village Hidden in the Valley Jutsu [ 谷隠柔術 ] | Rank S+ | Class [ Funinjutsu ]| Cost [ Complex ]
An ancient technique passed down from Tanikage to Tanikage, Tanigakure no Jutsu is exactly what is sounds like the Hidden Valley Jutsu. Using an exceptional amount of chakra the user is able to create a powerful barrier with the intent to shield it's target by making them nearly invisible.

With the target being an entire village, the amount of chakra to cast this technique is doubled, and this technique is still subject to being destroyed by a barrier shatter of equal or greater rank.

A unique seal based off of the Telescope Technique. The user places a detailed sealing formula usually within a hidden spot. Primarily used for espionage the seal allows the user to eavesdrop on said marked location. The technique follows the same guidelines as the Telescope technique, which means the user requires a crystal ball in their inventory to actively use the technique.

The ferrets hop in the air, twisting it’s flexible body away from incoming attacks, rolling with them if unable to complete my avoid them as a result gaining a +1 to agility and endurance in respect to said attack, if successful In dodging they can strike back with a basic attack(a bite) as part of the original activation for no additional cost.

When performing a bite attack they will often latch on with their teeth and spin their body to drag their target violently into the ground, this attack gains +1 to strength per rank of Jutsu used and + 2 if used from a jump and ends with the opponent in a grappled state and inflicts tier 1 bleeding.

By moving with the wind and covering its claws in a unique manner of chakra manipulation the Kamaitachi can ride upon the wind. This means that as long as their is a notable gust of wind or even tornado force she can passively activate this Jutsu that will allow her to move within that flow of wind, being capable of changing the winds direction and making attacks secretly from within the technique as the TA “Wind sickle weasel” causes her to vanish from sight when using this technique. In short whenever she uses a wind technique or an ally does so she can use an activation to use this technique and leap into the attack as it initiated and take an attack action or use any scythe oriented attack she possesses for only one additional activation regardless of the techniques original requirement. Any attacks when made from this technique lower the opponents agility by 1 to react even if able to see them with doujutsu due to them being blended into a ninjutsu. These attacks do not cause the opponent to bleed or even hurt but cause tier 2 paralysis in the body parts struck until treated. This Jutsu works with wind techniques up to two ranks above the paid cost.
This might be considered a Korabo when used offensively...?

This technique builds upon the other high powered raiton jutsu in the Chidori tree by coursing raiton jutsu through the very veins of Nava, allowing her to, with little warning, besides a sudden build up of electricity around her and a mere thrust of her hands, fire off a steady stream of electricity from her very fingertips. Obviously such a skill is flashy and loud, and it deals damage equal to the rank of the technique. Being struck by this attack is highly detrimental at all ranks, burning the impact zone as well as shocking the body and blasting it backwards. Similarly, it carries with it the ability of the chidori to break through defenses as if they were a rank lower. Lastly, instead of inflicting paralysis, it applies burning at a level appropriate to the rank this technique is used at, as per the custom technique guideline. The range of this technique scales as per normal custom technique rules.

With the seals completed, this skill causes the earth to suddenly roll over itself and churn in a circle at the same time in a 25m radius around the user. Ninja that don't use one activation and equal stamina or chakra to stay on their feet are picked up and thrown about, being bruised and having any attacks that they are using interrupted. It lasts for 3 posts before it has to be repaid for, and the technique itself requires it's chakra cost to be repaid each post. After the initial amount of chakra or stamina is used to stay on your feet amid the ground shifting, thrashing and churning about around the user. It should be noted that Nava is immune to this effect, and is simply shifted around her atop the ground.

This skill creates a mass of water the size of a kyuuden seemingly out of nowhere that forms into an orb over the course of three posts above the caster. After the final post, the water remains suspended twenty feet in the air for 10 posts. While it is forming and in the posts after it can serve as it's own location for battle and a vector for any rank of water ninjutsu as well, after which point if it isn't defeated it simply reforms the next post.

On Kya's Wings | Rank S | Nin [ Fire ]| Cost [ Spiritual ]
With a simple set of seals that deceive the power of this technique, Kya's eyes will immediately both bleed and a pair of flaming black wings erupt from her back immediately alongside a flaming Halo. From a bird's eye view this halo has an equilateral triangle on the inside of it with an upside down crescent within. These wings stay attached to Navaa's back for a total of 12 posts, and give the following effects. The area within ten feet of Nava heats up such that scorch marks appear on anything nonflammable. Ninjutsu that don't outrank the wings are simply burned out before they reach her. Ninja who are unprotected within the radius are subject to first degree burns for getting too close. These flames bypass any fire resistances that aren't equally ranked. For an additional A rank cost, the wings can be reapplied at the end of their duration, or should an attack of equal rank strike them. The wings are completely malleable, and appear as several black streams of flames extending from two long, jet black streams six feet from her back. Nava can turn down their ambient heat so as not to burn out nearby allies and merely protect herself. Can also create flaming wings on the Susano'o to the same effects.

I just need you to make a few small changes for me and they should be good C:
The first one is easy! Just replace the word tamer with taijutsu! Just cause we classify tamer based attacks as taijutsu here, unless you're inuzuka clan!

Second, for twisting counter, I think that you meant this already but just add in combat after the word basic since it's referring tot he basic combat system yes? ^ ^

Thirdly, Bestial slam will need to follow our guidelines for ranks = giving stats! A custom by itself can only add stat increases/decreases by [1] at E-C rank and [2] at B-S+ rank. Also for this one, this is for casted ranks. Meaning you wouldn't get the stat increases of a B-ranked jutsu if you cast it at C and used the strength stat to boost it. You'd have to actually pay to use it at B-rank!

Fourthly, for Ride the wind I think that you'd benefit with some word changes here C: So what I would do here is write the technique as whenever there is a wind technique on the battlefield (that you or an ally have used) you can pay the cost of this jutsu to 'ride' or become apart of the wind itself. While within the wind opponents are considered to be under the effects of the blindness statues when trying to find you, as well being under its agility reducing effects for any attack that originates from Hasakis while in this state. The level of blindness is determined by the rank this jutsu was cast at. The resource cost increase for Doujutsu techniques is not applicable here.

You can find more information on statues here! But this will just make it stronger ^ ^ Deafness will need to be a separate thing though. Maybe its own custom or just create a PA that allows your wind Jutsu to apply the deafness statues because they are so loud!

Let’s try strike two XD

I think I covered every base

Yeah I was gonna write taijutsu then I saw the word tamer on the first place and made a wrong assumption aha! I’m definitely not an inuzuka

So I changed the stats on bestial slam and instead of gaining +2 strength if performed when airborne I made it lower targets endurance by one to represent the additional force and although I can’t learn it yet I made an augmented form of bestial slam to learn when my character ranks up.

I added one new jutsu

Ah my Kamaitachi has a Trainer attribute that’s I will edit so as it’s effect in wind Jutsu cause deafness! Thank you that info helps!!

Ohhh boy making Jutsu for a Kamaitachi is quite enjoyable! Next one ima make shall make not offensive wind Jutsu include offensive aspects biggrin “sickle in the wind” or summit. And I’ll make a different technique for redirecting wind Jutsu I’ve become a part of.

Also I know taijutsu styles are off limits but can a custom technique be used for training type bonuses? I’m intending on making a mob pinning technique where the modifiers increase by number of them attempting to pin you. Or would I have to make a technique based around them attempting to mob pin someone instead? Or would that be more a PA or Trainer attribute thing lime make one good at coordinating trapped so when the others help there’s ground bonuses. Either way with what I’ve got So far if my corrections fit then I’m happy.

By moving with the wind and shrouding its body and claws in a unique manner of chakra manipulation the Kamaitachi can ride upon the wind. Meaning that whenever there is a wind technique on the battlefield (that you or an ally have used) the user can pay the cost of this jutsu to 'ride' or become apart of the wind itself. While within the wind opponents are considered to be under the effects of the blindness statues when trying to find you, as well being under its agility reducing effects for any attack that originates from Hasaki and/or companion while in this state. The level of blindness is determined by the rank this jutsu was cast at. The resource cost increase for Doujutsu techniques is not applicable here. These attacks do not cause the opponent to bleed or even hurt but cause tier 2 paralysis in the body parts struck until treated. This Jutsu works with wind techniques up to two ranks above the paid cost. If still hidden in the wind next turn(in the case of sustained techniques) must pay the techniques cost to sustain but does not cost an additional activation.

Whenever a wind technique or a weapon/attack the user is wielding that is augmented by wind, or if wielding a sickles or scythe the user can pay the cost of this technique. As long at the attack that this is paired with would originally cause the target to suffer the bleed condition they instead suffer the paralysis condition in that body part, these attacks do not cause pain and thus any pain effects as ignored. If the technique does not cause the target to bleed the this will still make the attack cause tier one paralysis in the area wounded, this cannot he used to augment techniques that cause paralysis instead of bleeding like with attacks from ride the wind.

Alright! So I also forgot to ask a few questions last time so sorry for that xD For Ride the wind, your last bit saying that your stack inflicts tier two paralysis? Do you mean that they deal no damage at all to the target and apply that status instead? Oh! and also a note about the bled effect we have in the guild! It actually doesn't have tiers "tries" but deals cause an additional amount of stamina to be drained from an opponent who is suffering from the trauma status. (Trauma in this guild is just what happens to you when you don't defend, block, or run away from an attack) Which is why I needed to ask you about the last part of ride the wind ^ ^;

This effect does not happen immediately, however. Instead, once the dome is placed all targets have one post before this effect is activated, allowing for escape or destruction of said barrier. After the post timer is up this jutsu will continuously deal its rank in damage as bleeding based trauma to each target.

The lines will then lead out to what will be referred to here as "end points". Destruction of this lines or endpoints only requires an E-ranked chakra and no activation from an opponent however, meaning it is best to only make use of the effect within an area that is under the user's control.

Requiring the touch of a specialized Scholar, Seal Input in a unique funinjutsu that allows for the creator to create a system that is able to preform limited sealing related tasks. It is important to note however, that this seal has no chakra to do so. Meaning either another seal with chakra must be placed nearby for it to draw from, or a chakra battery must be used.
