Man, two wins just wasn't going to do him any good if he kept failing like this, Owen thought as all three of his attempts landed anywhere but where he wanted them to. His track record was bad!

Ok, so still two fish - damn. Well, time to try again. Purchasing more ping pong balls which he took careful aim with...then threw them. Maybe he'd have to purchase a fish or two at a fish store...along with a bowl and other things...

Hitch had been on his way back from work when he realized there was some carnival s**t going on, and well... hey. He had a husband. Maybe husband would appreciate a cute little carnival game date, right? He shot him a text about it, extending an invite and proudly declaring that either way he was 50000% going to present Rhys with a prize in the very near future. The goldfish came was kind of nostalgic, if a little like... ******** miserably so. So he gave it a shot, 'cause hey, why not try for Goldie the Second now that he actually had a house and s**t? Only he was a ******** failure about it, wow. "********' stupid cocky a** fish, " he hissed under his breath.

She was going to win herself some goldfish, she just knew it! Maybe she could even get one of the fancy looking goldfish. Or koi. Weren't goldfish just koi anyway? That felt like something she had read in a book once...
Raina tossed a ping pong ball in the air as she eyed the bowls in front of her. There had to be a place she could toss this that would actually get her one of those pretty little goldfish...
With that, the ball was hurled through the air.
The first ball was always a warm up anyway, and she knew that. Raina didn't let herself get irritated when the ball flew off uselessly to the side after bouncing off a goldfish bowl, even though she knew that meant she wasn't going to get one of the fancy fish any time soon. Boo. That was fine though, really she just wanted to win.
And win she would.
The second ping pong ball she used actually managed to pop into one of the goldfish bowls cleanly, a bit of water splashing out into the other bowls nearby. The third ball didn't really go much of anywhere and that sucked, but hey, she won a goldfish! That was all she wanted!
Well, not quite all she wanted but--
Raina eagerly took the goldfish and determined she'd be back later, whether it was to get another goldfish friend or maybe to try for one of the big boys...245

Pouting and shuffling about, glancing down to his two lonely bagged fish, he went to hand over more money and try again. He wanted to get them more friends....he hoped he could do it. They'd be lonely if he didn't...even though he was planning to perhaps purchase some more fish at the fish store.

Nope. No luck with snacking helping cut hunger as a distraction.
Kestrel sighed, shifting to think as she studied the game, absently studying it before deciding to hand over a sdum for multiple turns., and huffed. Maybe attempt strategy? Pro strats helped on you tube!

Brendan just realized that by the naming of the booth, someone could have thought the game was about tossing fish rather than ping pong balls. He chuckled and took some succor in the humor as he failed to get any in the cups. The day was starting to wind down...maybe he ought to take a break and get a drink before trying these booths. He swore he didn't suck this much. OR DID HE.
