[ North Exit ]

She turned her head to the younger Moon and tried to give a comforting smile. "Yeah, we're okay." Relatively speaking. "I think I might have seen something, but we have to be careful--"

And then she saw the scorpions attacking Abbi and ran over as fast as she could, pulling the girl's good hand to get her away from the cabinet. How those thing fit into the cabinet handle was anyone's guess, but she didn't question the physics when they could easily take their weapons away. But who was "they"? The circle?

"It's okay, it's okay," Stormy kept repeating, biting the inside of her cheek as she examined the welts. It very much wasn't okay, but God help her she had to be determined about this. "Stick with me, alright? I'll watch out for you." She felt eyes on her and saw that Mimsy had woken up . . . and didn't look particularly friendly.

Don't make assumptions.

"I'm going to check this thing out, okay? And you can come along if you want, or you can stay nearby." With that, Stormy turned to investigate the south cabinet.

What... the hell just happened? (Or rather, should he really have expected to see things go as they were said they would?) One minute, having a delightful conversation with a few friends (and getting Ranger status, badass. It was almost like they had a team coming together or something. And his handshake was taken well), then shrugging it off with a disappointed smile that he was not a lucky winner today. And then tube. And water. And a countdown. And feeling oddly like there was a presence missing from his head (Koume didn't seem to want to respond).

It was a weird situation to wake up in really. Milo had to sadface before facing the rather dire situation. Time to swim apparently, thankfully he did know how. But even with that ability, the current that pushed and pulled was a little more aggressive than what he could handle and he was taken to the western exit.

Shivering violently, Taym was patting down his pockets after a quick glance around to assess his company. Two people he didn't know, one he knew and despite himself rather liked, and Peyton. A muffled curse followed this.

On the plus side, his cigarettes weren't waterlogged.

On the negative side, that's because they were gone.

"Didn't we already do this once? The whole coliseum thing, I mean, at each other's throats," he snapped at Kostya, his teeth still chattering. "I didn't know this was going to be a recurring thing."

Shoving his hands into his pockets, he maintained a careful personal bubble. "There's five of us here, conveniently," he pointed out. "So if we're going to do the alliance thing now is the ******** time to sort that out."

MAZE

Lucky resurfaced with a gasp of air, trailing Peyton behind him as she had latched onto his leg sometime during the near-drowning experience. He scrambled up, soaking wet and flustered, but alive, sparing a glance toward Peyton as he shook himself off. "Are okay?"

The moment the Russian began talking, Lucky made an obvious show of fiddling with the bracelet on his wrist instead of paying attention. Without looking up, he responded to Kostya's challenge by shaking his head and rolling his eyes. He almost smiled. Almost.

When he exhausted the possibilities of what he could do to the thing without proper tools or even a screwdriver, he finally relented. Without anything to distract himself with, Lucky tried to shove his hands in his pockets, only to discover something was already occupying one of them. Something curiously smooth and cold under his fingers, clearly metal. But it was the shape that sent a chill down his spine. A look of surprise crossed his face, out of sync with the conversation around him, before he got a grip on it and returned to feigned disinterest.

It felt like a gun.

The water threw Jason into a thin corridor, leaving him to cough and splutter as he laid on the floor, chest heaving with the effort of expelling the excess water. Shaky arms pushed him to his knees where he stayed until he felt confident enough to get to his feet.

Around him were four others, none of which he was familiar with. Instead of feeling assured with the added backup he felt uneasy. Already a few were quarreling amongst themselves. One of them asked who would break first.

He wouldn't be surprised if that person was himself. The flashing red text on his wrist just did more to add to the fear settling in his stomach.

"P-perhaps it would be better to focus on getting out of h-here" He stuttered, hoping his shivering body would be enough of a reason to hide his nervousness. "W-whoever put us here wants us to take each other down. I don't t-think we should give them the s-satisfaction." His hands withdrew into his pockets to see if he had anything that could be of use. For a moment he looked surprised as his hand clasped around something he didn't knew he had.

As he thought about, he realized that he did know about it.

The moon trainee was the picture of uncertainty as Taym suggested they sort out alliances. Removing his hands from his coat he tried to think of a logical plan that they could implement. Usually there was someone else that would give them orders, but it looked like there wasn't anyone here of a full hunter status.

"I d-don't know about alliances, b-but we should probably work to our d-divisions strengths. I believe Death is the best at navigating, so they should lead for now."

South Area Jumping Tiles!

Pulling himself back up Roland took another look around, he seemed to be okay for his next jump, a near by tile matched both red and circle. Surely since the one he started on was safe this one would be too... right?

Scooting to the edge behind him he took a few running steps leaping to the next platform thankful for a lack of trap arrows shooting him up this time.

South Area Jumping Tiles!

The next tile was a circle but it was yellow. Clearly something unpleasant was about to happen but he had little choice less he wanted to jump on a tile that was the entirely wrong color and shape. Diving for the platform he felt another arrow graze his shoulder as he scrambled into the middle of his makeshift safe zone.

He wondered how long he could wait on a platform before they simply, that is whoever was running this, just shot him full of arrows anyway.

South Area Jumping Tiles!

Another tile lingered near by, a circle but this one was blue. He wasn't going to cut a clean break again. Taking another leap he landed on the tile, only a few arrows whizzed at him and only one managed to land a blow again. He was getting better, or maybe it was luck. The exit had to be closer...

South Area Jumping Tiles!

Standing up he saw it, the ticket to the exit, it was just past another tile that matched the one he had started with. Red, circle, a chance not a single arrow would be shot in his direction. He didn't even hesitate with this jump, he booked for the edge leaping with a shout.

"LET'S GO!" He hit the platform rolling over his shoulder dashing for the exit proper taking a dive into the gate out. He lived, he lived, but someone else might still have to die according to the voice and the bracelets.

[ SOUTH EXIT - TILES ]

The bracelet's warning was ominous.

Up ahead, and somewhere to his left, Ian could see the back of Finn's coat disappearing, heard a shout - a name called. There were a few others around as well, Cass and the one called Ro that Ian recalled from his first meeting; but like Finn, they too disappeared, leaving Ian to navigate the course on his own.

Which suited him just fine, as he hardly felt like talking lately.

Ian maneuvered himself carefully, but the very first tile he stepped on - square, like his own - was not the same color, and he felt something (or rather, several somethings) whistle past him, an arrow grazing his arm. Ian have a little hiss in pain, but continued forward determinedly.

He tried moving again - another batch of arrows shot towards him as his foot landed on a square tile, but Ian kept walking, ignoring the stinging pain reverberating up his arm.
