Christy wasn't long for this fight. She looked over at Finn, he was already thinking the same thing. The supercombo. "SUPER COMBO IS GO!" She ran behind Batsu, dragging up 9 more kunai from atop her scroll and ditching the swords. She threw the ten kunai out, but they weaved around aiming a few at Batsu, then they weaved around and aimed for Masa.

Finn nodded and ran behind Masa, doing a few handsigns on the run as the ten kunai levitated into the air. He tossed them at his opponents, all but one destined for the blue chick. And Christy was doing it too ... this was not the supercombo. This was only half of the supercombo.

Batsu felt a couple of kunai hit him in his back and he felt his eyes roll into the back of his head. The boy had run out of energy and as he hit the ground, he groaned in pain. Batsu landed on the ground with a thud and just lied there barely breathing.

Masaraku Attacked the Finn kid, he was really a thorn in her side, but she had to give the guy props for being good at ninjutsu. She tore into his flesh with her blade time and time again. Hoping to take him down for the count. Leaving Christy to Batsu who seemed to be struggling between the realm of consciousness and death. Something had to happen fast.
Her last attack missed, but Finn fell to the ground nonetheless. That left Christy. Her body untouched, but her mind was a wreck. She wouldn't last long in a fight at that rate. "Hey Batsu, keep up that effort. I've got faith in you." She ran up and readied herself to shield her teammate.

((I intend to take on any dmg Batsu may receive should I pass the save.))

She was going to take at least one of these two out with her. She dropped her weapons and did some handsigns. Then blew into her hand and sent Masaraku spiraling off across the battlefield. One more runt left.

Batsu slowly arose from being on the ground and wasted no time. The boy HAD to heal himself in which case he did before he took another hit and was SURE to be out. But now he had another obstacle... Christy. He had done so well with genjutsu and he hoped it would take her out.

Batsu blazed through the necessary hand signs and locked eyes with the girl as he muttered the jutsu. "Mugen... Kuro Ikkou no Jutsu..."

Conclusion:
Of the original 108 candidates, only nine made it to the final portion, a written exam.

Shinzu Akara Passed his test with a perfect score. Thanks to a study session with Batsu beforehand and his general ingenuity. Despite his failures in the combat portion, he passed and was awarded the rank of chunin ... granted, had he gotten a single question wrong on the test he would still be a genin, but we won't tell if you won't.

Batsu Watanbe also got a perfect score on the written test. His adamant spirit in the team battle made up for him throwing in the towel in his second match. Batsu passed the exams by ten points.

Masaraku Hoshigaki only scored a twenty out of seventy five on the written test. Her answer sheet closely resembled a picture of a shark. Because of her awesome combat performance, she too passed the chunin exams by a mere 6 points.

Bono, the ninja who had beaten Shinzu in round two, was the only member from Sunagakure to pass the exams. He left with the highest score in a long time. 285/300 This ninja was destined to be great, you could just feel it.

Gorihime Hanso was disqualified for the seventh year in a row. She is currently being sent back to the academy.

A few others passed, none of them noteworthy. A guy from Konohagakure scored a 272, but everyone else just barely passed. And so it came to pass that another chunin exam was over. The next one would yeild an even larger crop of ninja.
