The Guardian snarls"NOR DOES IT MATTER! THE CIDETAL IS UNDER THE PROTECTION OF THE LEGION" he screams the one thing didn't take from him was his blood. His blood ran hot.. as his mouth seemed to catch fire inside."You will give that card...." he stepped back getting ready to attack. (Oh head up, it would be black not read. Because Guardian's are all black not red)

Verideathul Erth’azar Anima | Dark Avenger | Trainee |The Citadel 6/6 (8/8 when using Exodus)

”If you thought Hell was frightening….”
*Kinetav stood by and watched as events unfolded, a wicked grin coming to his face as Gerdane smacked teeth out of the Guardian's mouth; his steel-grey eyes darted as the card was smacked onto the floor and moved over to a guard. Just as he thought, there was a small electrical circuit on the bottom, just like the crimson card he held in his hand earlier; it had to be valuable as when the card was handed to Gerdane the Guardian snapped. In a moment's hesitation, Edge was snapped out of its sheath as the Draconian snarled and prepared for the attack. Kinetav knew only of the Citadel, but not of this Legion, and if the guardian was going to be this aggressive over a card then their intents had to be rather bad as the Anima was about to dart forward before a familiar mental voice echoed through his mind:
Don't worry...we've got this one more than in the bag, you've trained me well thus far....
Edge took on a will of its own for but a second, fragments of shadow coalescing as the Exodus bubbled and twisted; eventually Kinetav was staring down at not a dagger but twin daggers. The markings on the daggers had changed, the red slivers pointing towards the center of the blade and the red markings turning into an oddly shaped eye around the core; Kinetav smiled at the thought of Edge growing just as much as he had, but then noticed that the twin had no core...could prove to be a great throwing weapon, actually...
Good to know...Let us begin, Edge.
He started to focus on the guardian as he rushed forward a little bit, not yet entering a battle rhythm as he hadn't any knowledge on the guardian other than he was a journeyman aura and a marine. Fortunately, this one was fully disarmed, and once again not wishing to dishonor the tribesmen he stopped a 5 feet short of Gerdane and 10 feet short of the cage, ready to engage if something happens:*
"Is THIS how the Legion conducts peaceful negotiations? You're supposed to be a GUARDIAN, not an agressive tactful person. Keep your calm, Guardian, and maybe the tribesmen will allow you to keep your head a little longer." ”….enjoy eternity in my Edge.”

((Noted))
As The Draconian stepped back, he moved further into his cell. The rumbling continued as his cage's gate fell shut in front of him. It was locked in the same moment, and laughter sounded in unison from the guards as The Draconian's rage came to nothing. With his cell secure the guards lowered their spears and stepped back, looking to Gerdane as he growled through the cell bars, "Sleep it off, Drakul." He turned, pocketing the black ID card as Kinetav approached and reprimanded the Guardian. Gerdane grunted at the words, and moved back towards his Lord.

Verideathul Erth’azar Anima | Dark Avenger | Trainee |The Citadel 6/6 (8/8 when using Exodus)

”If you thought Hell was frightening….”
*What a bore...and here I thought we were going to see some action. What an idiot Draconian to step back into his own cage.
Kinetav chuckled mentally at his Exodus' words as the Guardian literally walked into his own cage in preparation for the attack, the door slamming back on the Marine as the rumbling ended. The twin blade evaporated into shadowy wisps of air before the true Edge was resheathed, and Kinetav began his walk back to Krayth as well; although his eyes did not show it, he had seen Gerdane pocket the ID card. It did not worry the Anima, however, as he had seen the bond of honor among the tribesmen to be strong enough to be trusted.
It probably wasn't even worth it then, Edge. You know how we like a *good* hunt, not a pitiful play around. Do not worry though, something tells me that this Legion is more connected to the Citadel than we think...and that means that if indeed do get on the Legion's bad side that we will see action eventually when we return to the Citadel. I still want to hear Srin's explanation for this, and worst case is we shadow step out of there.
Hmph...this is true, brother. We really do let our curiousity get the better of us in these cases... You know me, obviously... I always want answers, one way or another.
Upon reaching Krayth, he saw that other blind woman unconscious in his arms and Liliana beginning to call it a night as well. It was indeed getting late, and Kinetav began thinking of where to bed for the night...the shadows in the arena itself would be good enough for him considering the amount of guilt he felt for the emotional stress he most likely put on his fellow Voidsworn that day. He was determined to make it up to the Void Lord, however, as he walked straight up to them. His gauntlets were clearly somewhat damaged and his emotional turmoil for the day had made him clearly tired, although he knew that the stress on everyone else was most likely higher. Giving the woman in Krayth's arm a lookover, and remembering Liliana's words the Anima offered:*
"Hey...would you like some help with this blind woman or really anything for that matter?"
”….enjoy eternity in my Edge.”

The Guardian snarls at the boy."We have tried peace! We have tried peace many times. Peace isnt what these people want! One gets sick of these games, when you have a child to look after you look for peace! BUT these people will not" his eyes glare at the tribesmen."Just let us free now and we go unarmed. In peace we will leave... Next time this place gets attacked the Legion will not support your cause for defence if this how your treat us." he slowly crosses his arms and spits out a small spark of fire. His tail swiped back and forth as he looks at his Knights. They needed to leave.... this would be reported. But he would keep his word.. But Marcus would be another story

Gerdane did not humor the Draconian's words, though he turned to the guards and said, "Let them out one by one. Make them strip of their armor and empty their pockets. We'll handle finger chopping later." The guards nodded, and before proceeding one descended further into the dark paths through the cages to another trio of guards at rest. They rose and returned to the others, who then proceeded to release the other Legionaires one by one, stripping them of their armor and searching their persons for all items.
Gerdane noticed Kinetav moving to his Lord before he reached him, though he was not far behind. "Lord Valdiir, we are stripping the men of their armor and possessions. This one-" He gestured towards Kinetav as he produced the black card from his side and offered it to the elder Anima while keeping his eyes on the younger, making sure the fledgling had no plans to swipe the article in its passing. "- knew the Drakul carried this. He says it's a security card, and that he can unlock its secrets."
Adellos had also returned, a large bundle of oiled torches under his arm, and had begun to light each with its dying elder and replace them in their bone sconces. his eyes returned to Krayth and those around him after setting each torch, and he continued until each torch was changed and there was a warm ring of flickering light around the Arena floor.

Liliana's offer of help fell on most grateful ears. "Thank you, Liliana. Please, teach them what you can while I find a place for--" He turned to find Kinetav standing directly beside him, speaking. Gerdane was not far behind, speaking. Beyruun soothed his aching mind, and helped to ease the anxiety that continued to grow inside of him. He responded to Kinetav first, "You can help me by remaining here. The four of us have much to discuss. First, I must teach you what I know. Adellos!"
The Void Lord turned to call his Guard Captain as he took in Gerdane's own words and Beyruun coiled up his forearm, leaving his hand free to take the black card he was offered. He said nothing as he studied the item and Adellos jogged to him. Before Krayth could tell the wilder what he wanted of him, Adellos seemed to know as he gently shifted Rivkah's weight off his Lord's shoulder and onto his. "I will find her space to rest. When she wakes, I will return." Krayth nodded, and set his hand to his throat in a traditional gesture of gratitude. Adellos returned the gesture as he turned back towards the Arena's main entrance, and carried Rivkah away.
Now that the Seer was taken care of, Krayth turned set his eyes back to the card in his hand, then to Gerdane. Then to Kinetav. "What of their weapons?""Left at the Causeway, but Telara collected them soon after." Krayth's eyes went Kinetav's gloves. "Good. Take their armor and what else is found to the armory. Our smiths will find a way to make use of them." Gerdane's eyes followed his Lord's to the younger Anima, then he nodded and left to supervise the search of the other Legionaires. "How long would it take you to decode this?"

”If you thought Hell was frightening….”
*Kinetav was amazed as the Lord seemed to take everything in stride, subordinates flocking to him everywhere and asking him answers....the young Anima included. Fortunately, Krayth had Adellos take care of Rivkah and Gerdane went back to his normal patrol over the Legion members. He was thinking of how to word his thoughts best, and found it easier to explain with visual stimuli; reaching into his belt, he removed a small memory chip from it, waving it slightly as he explained:*
"Decoding and adjusting a system takes only a few minutes, during which there can be complications which arise and make me detected. Fortunately...it seems like I'm among friends here and even if something did occur that I can continue my work. It's downloading the system from this chip to which the information is initially sent to my gauntlets that takes an entire night...if allowed to begin tonight, tomorrow morning I will show you what this card holds."

Speaking lightly, the woman let a single word slip from her mouth. "Training." Leaving it at that, she nodded hoping the others would understand that she wished to receive strength. A slight agitation had built up within the woman due to the fact that her training had been cut short like it was, but she had learned much from the last bit. This was something to be thankful for as she lacked much knowledge that would be needed. Lady Liliana of Ernya, Sage Elementalist ███████████████████████████████████████
Liliana smiled. It seemed Kinetav was finally getting it. She looked to Areth, eyes reading the information about her to be able to teach her. "Let's have a look at your black blood abilities first," she said, recalling the information she recently dug up regarding such people. "First, we'll look at Bloody Slicer and Bloody Bullet." Her mind opened int Areth's to show the young woman how to perform the tasks since Liliana herself couldn't do them.
[each takes 1 post to learn]
Bloody Slicer E To initiate this attack, the user must firstly cut himself/herself in the wrist, exposing the Black Blood. Then through a simple flick of the wrist or flinging of the arm, the pooled blood is sent flying rapidly towards the opponent, while the Black Blood exerts its control over the itself forcing itself to harden so as to create a crescent shaped projectile blade
Bloody Bullet E When the user's finger is pricked, they are able shoot out a hardened bullet of their blood at the opponent, though, it can only come from 1 finger and the number of fingers rise as the rank rises as well by two, though once you've reach all of the fingers on your hands, the number will raise no higher.

The woman gave Areth all she needed to gain strength, so she set to work. The first of the two skills Areth would need to learn was Bloody Slicer. Facing herself towards the wall, where she was sure her attempt would not hit anyone, the woman picked a stone from off the ground, and dug it into her wrist. Immediately, thick black blood pooled out of the wound. Areth concentrated on a section of the wall that had a delve, and chose that as her target. With a quick flick of her wrist, she willed her blood to take form of a projectile blade. Much to her amazement, it did, and damaged the wall where she intended it to. Next up to learn was Bloody Bullet. With the same stone as before, Areth pricked her left index finger. From her skin came black blood once again. Aiming for the same spot on the wall, the woman willed the blood to fly through the air, picturing a bullet in her mind. In an instant her blood shot out from her finger, and buried itself in the wall. Content with herself, Areth turned back towards Liliana, and thought to herself, hopeful that Liliana would hear just as easily as she gave the woman the information before. She knew Krayth needed to train her a bit but Blood knew he would need to rest first, and since she never rested, now was a good time for training. "There is only evil in action,
Lady Liliana of Ernya, Sage Elementalist ███████████████████████████████████████
Liliana nodded. "Yes, Areth. You're doing quite well." She mentally cycled through the skills she knew Krayth knew as a Dark Avenger for what to teach next when Blood walked over. "Blood, It looks like you haven't learned some of the remaining avenger skills. I will show you both what you need to learn." Into both minds she showed the entire low ranked skills for their class.
[each takes 1 post to learn for both characters]
Soul Sense RANK: E SKILL TYPE: Passive A trademark skill of all Dark Avengers, Soul Sense grants them the ability to sense all souls in their visible vicinity. Soul Sense shows a Dark Avenger each soul's distinctive characteristics -it's color, aura, size and power. Soul Sense reveals a character's Primary Element, and their Rank to the Dark Avenger. At the rank of Master, Soul Sense extends to a Dark Avenger's sense of smell and spans the breadth of a nation, and by Hero a Dark Avenger's every sense can be used to identify a soul throughout Rykros.
Soul Mark RANK: E SKILL TYPE: Active By focusing on a creature that he/she can sense in the area for 2 posts, a Dark Avenger can mark their soul, enabling the Dark Avenger to track them with ease. Once a soul is marked, a Dark Avenger can see it through walls and sense its location over great distances. By the rank of Master, a Dark Avenger needs only focus on their Mark for one post to see it anywhere on Rykros. This skill requires no energy. Only one Soul Mark is permitted at any given time, and Marking another soul while a Mark is currently active replaces the old mark with the new.
Precision Strike RANK: E SKILL TYPE: Single Attack Using their agility and dexterity, a Dark Avenger makes a single surgical attack against their target. If the target is currently the Dark Avenger's Marked Soul, it does damage as if it were one rank higher.
Track RANK: E SKILL TYPE: Active Like all skilled hunters, a Dark Avenger learns to track their prey based on sight, scent, smell, touch, and taste. A Dark Avenger must take one post to focus on their targets trail before they can effectively track them, and cannot do so while running until they've reached the rank of Master. If a Dark Avenger is attacked while they are tracking a target, the trial is lost and they must take another post to get back on their quarry's trail. Tracking a Marked Soul is easy for a Dark Avenger, and requires no post to pick up their trail (if they have traveled nearby). If a Dark Avenger is attacked while tracking, they must spend two posts after the encounter to get back on the trail.
Move Silently RANK: E SKILL TYPE: Active A Dark Avenger is a skilled fighter, but most effective when he utilizes the element of surprise. By moving carefully and distributing their weight from the heel to the ball of their feet, a Dark Avenger can move without making any noise. While Moving Silently, a Dark Avenger cannot run, jump or perform any similar acrobatic feats, and when they make an attack the skill's benefits end. If a Dark Avenger has been detected, Move Silently has no effect

This cycled of flight and descent continued unabated as Krayth's mind raced at the possibilities; the potential; the taste of triumph in his mouth. He flipped the card in his hands, wondering at the knowledge entombed in its sarcophagus. The grave that was about to be robbed. Then came the dread revelation.
Amidst all of this death and loss, he had only ever thought about himself. While his people struggled to grieve over their dead, he piled their corpses and sent them to The Void. While Azur's body remained in the dark, he conjured up demons to slay to escape the reality of it all. The inescapable truth he tried so hard to escape.
Krayth held out the card. It trembled subtly in his hand as he found the breath to utter words. "When you take this card from my hands, it is not a gift or offering. It is a choice for you to make. If you take what's inside, you betray The Legion. You make an enemy of your own... and while you may find sanctuary here, I will make no choices for you. This is your fate. Take it. Tell me nothing of its contents."
Krayth did not give Kinetav a choice. He pressed the card into the young Anima's chest, and let it go. As he turned away, he wiped one black sleeve over his eyes. "Nox'Sala Blood, I will teach you to open the dark gifts you are given. Kinetav, if your wish is to learn then stand beside her." He pointed with Beyruun to the space beside his protege.
