The hair is silky and smooth looking with edge layers and naturally spiked so it's got a weight to it. Not just straight up gelled or anything. A few long thin wispy strands from the front reach to about his chest in length. Tail: Midnight blue/black withe bright blue highlights that get brighter towards the tips. Custom variant of a kirin tail. It's going to be long, holding up in front of his legs, like in the ref. I want the scales to reach all the way down to the tip and the hair to go from tip up the underside of the tail. Hooves/Fetlocks: Fading lightly from bright toe to slightly darker heal Teal Kirin hooves. Fetlocks should be custom feathered, and colors to match with the body. It does affect her, because while it is in your name, the Soq belongs to her once it is made. Thus, technically, she has two chances of winning; once under her own name, and another under yours, thus is breaks the whole rule of only being able to enter once.
