[At Thirteenth Division]

Seth barely regained himself when he tripped over a large pile of wood he had chopped recently for his own personal fire pit he created just outside the commoners barracks. Somehow he had forgotten where he had placed it. While he retained the ability to stand, his toes were worse for wear, but he couldn't allow it to hinder him. The small petite boy who didn't look a day over eight, was running with a purpose, he needed to get to his Captain. Seth has just witnessed a few of the smaller buildings around his own on division and of some other surrounding places explode, fire loomed towards him from the north, east and west, while he was heading in the only direction where battle didn't strong, at least to his soft eyes. Seth was rather green when it came to battle, and, being a newer recruit, he hadn't spent much time with his Captain or any other of his division members. It wouldn't have been off to say that Seth was terrified, he hadn't seen war before, while he wasn't stupid on history, in fact, he knew nearly every battle that had ever taken place, both in the spirit realm and in the world of the living, he also knew that taking place in an actual battle was far different than the stories he read in the books he so dearly held onto. A large explosion took place just as he was exiting the corner coming near an already destroyed building, it came to him quite a ways ahead, but still, that showed signs that it was spreading like crazy. He stopped, he wasn't sure what he should do, he didn't know where to look. All of this had happened when he was asleep, he was taking a nap when a sudden trembling came, screaming, fighting, he sound of fire crackling so close he feared he was on fire.

He had being staying in his room for the majority of the time now, so much had happened, but he knew that eventually if he had stayed where he was it was cover his location like wildfire, and his life would have been a waste, at least maybe now he could be of some assistance, maybe, but he doubted himself entirely. Seth wasn't fast, his body moved slowly, so he wasn't covering much ground very quickly, he was, at this time, unaware of what he might run into and when, or how often, but he was sure that if he ran into anything even once that would be his undoing. Seth had only recently learned his Shikai, and his abilities were not trained, on top of which he had only learned two of them, he couldn't handle his new abilities, so, he wasn't sure how much that would really do for him. Using a Shunpo, he appeared atop the wall he was running alongside. He scanned around, seeing whatever would be in his sight. What he saw made him gasp. He had never seen such devastation before, pictures never did the real thing any justice, seeing a first hand view of what was really going on made anything Seth had ever read about seem like a children's bed time story. He eyes began to water, his stomach ached and his body began to shiver, he didn't feel like he could move at all, he wasn't sure how he would continue, what would he do now? Where was he even going? Doubts and questions filled his mind and paralysed him, or it seemed.

[Heading Nowhere In Particular]

It was during this time that he saw strange beings passing by a few feet off. They looked like... ghosts to him, he freaked out immedieately and jumped down from the roof of the building and continued onward with the path he had been travelling on, though, it seemed as if his shaken demeanour, he was headed towards Rukongai now. Eyes watering and mind scrambling to try and figure out where he was going to go, he soon saw just exactly where he was now, he was outside the court of pure souls and in the nearest section of Rukongai, he stopped and looked around, it seemed abandoned, not a breath was to be taken except for his own, that was when he heard a small voice, he turned, from one of the doors a small dirty girl was peaking out, along with an elderly man. "Here, over here." He man said, sticking a hand out, ushering for Seth to come forth, he thought for a second, but soon rushed over to the house, the old man gently scooted the small girl out of the way and opened the door quickly, letting Seth in, then closing it quickly but without making any bit of noise. Seth looked around a bit, there were tons of people in the small building, they all looked scared, huddled together.

[Outside Of Eleventh Division]

Seth wondered now just what was happening. He turned around to face the old man, he was comforting the young girl, before standing and looking to Seth. "Shinigami." The aged man spoke, he was very tall and very large, he towered over Seth like a giant, his hair was a winter snow, with a long full beard. "You look like you just saw a ghost." Seth couldn't help but see some sort of humour behind what he just said as he was thinking the same thing only a little while ago when he first spotted the enemy. "Ye-yes. I don't know what's going on, I was sleeping, then suddenly, everything was on fire, I.. I don't know what's happened." Seth fell to his knees, then either of his legs slid to his side, so he was now sitting flat on his bottom. "Mm. I see, I can shed some light on things then, or rather, tell you what I've seen anyway." The man sat down on a lump of crates, his stroked his beard and growled a little. "There are very strange white beings floating around, unlike anything I've ever seen before. Their attacks are monstrous. From what I've seen they can explode themselves on contact and regenerate after wards, with a duplicate of themselves present. Also, they can regenerate their wounds, or so it would seem, I'm not sure what they are exactly. But they attacked a good number of us... one survived..." The man looked away, almost with a grieving look. "We've been trying to keep out of sight, but we don't know how long we can hold out in here before something happens, our lives are in the hands of the Gotei Thirteen, and many of us don't put much faith in them to begin with, no offence young sir." The man smiled slightly at Seth, who took no offence, after all, who would put their lives in the hands of such a young person? The old man seemed more prepared for situations, Seth wouldn't have handled anything right, he would have been killed, at this thought he looked to the ground, eyes heavy with a invisible burden that weighed on his shoulders.

Seth slowly stood to his feet, he knew that he needed to buck up a bit, he needed to start acting the role in which he was supposed to. "I have no idea as to what is going on, but I promise that I'll stay here and help fight off whatever may come." While his voice was rattling out of nervousness, it would be clear he was convicted to this cause, however it should work out. He was coming to the realization that he might not be seeing another summer day, something he longed for all the time, a blissful time in the sun, reading and run, laughing and playing, it was all about to end, or rather, it was what his heart was telling him. The old man could tell how scared Seth was and how much he was masking it, he stood and patted him on the back. "Rest assured, we are all counting on you." While he intended it to be a confidence booster, to Seth, it sounded more sarcastic and as if none of them were really expecting him to do anything at all, except run away screaming, nevertheless, he nodded with confidence. The old man gestured Seth to the back of the room. "I would like you to meet with someone who.. has come in contact with one of these creatures, while he cannot talk very well due to the seriousness of his injuries, he may be able to relay to you some more detail. The old man led Seth into the back room. It was small and dark, no windows hung on the walls, and in the middle laying on the floor a man wrapped in bandages and covered in blankets, his face was covered completely, Seth stepped back at the sight of what he was seeing, he didn't want to approach any-more, he had suddenly become afraid again, too afraid to move, but he forced himself, he knew he had to.

Moving towards the man's head, he knelt down, he could only hear a whisper at first, but soon it became more audible. "They are... they are... beings without thought, they attack without reason, they kill anything and anyone. They are the ghosts of our si-sins..." The man grovelled in pain, his head lurched back, blood seeped from his bandages, a few older women rushed in to tend to him, Seth stood and left the room in a hurry, his mind was trying to wrap itself around what he had just heard. Appearing again in the other room now, the old man was following after him, but attempting to not seem threatening, he assumed anything might upset Seth at this point. "I can't do anything, I need to get to my Captain, if he knew... if he knew that you were in danger, then I might be able to help more, but I can't leave." He was communicating with himself how he could not only uphold his obligation to these people and still get a message to his Captain, he assumed the only way would be to use a Jigokuchō, but he wasn't sure if it would make it without getting destroyed. Seth had a love for animals, and therefore, he had kept and named a Jigokuchō of his own. "Luna." Reaching into his robes, he pulled out a beautiful little black butterfly, it was being held on his index finger, it flapped its wings several times. "Luna, I need you to get a message to Captain Hideki for me."

At this point Seth was only acting on fear, there wasn't any actual emergency at this moment, however, if it should arise, he wouldn't be able to support himself. It was at this moment that a high pitched scream came from outside, Seth had no choice but to erase the thought of sending a message at that moment and to go and see what had happened, or what was happening, rushing out blind. When he appeared, he saw a girl, running, her skin was torn, she was bleeding. She was older than Seth, in height appearance anyway, but what caught his eye more than that was the thing that was chasing her, or things, there were several. "Hurry, please! This way!" Seth screamed aloud, not really knowing what he was doing exactly, the girl ran past him, he drew his sword, his hand unsteady, he nearly dropped his sword at one point. The three creatures halted and looked at him, his face grimaced in fear, head lurched back, wanting to back away slowly in hopes they would not follow. It was then that Luna appeared again, he took her quickly. "Captain Hideki, I'm trying to fend off a group of these invaders, I can't handle them, there are civilians here as well, men women and children, my location is.." He looked around frantically, he honestly didn't know where he was, he didn't travel around, and while he was adapt in knowledge, the mapping of Seireitei hadn't been something he had gotten a chance to really explore, at least, not this area. "I am right outside or near the eleventh division"

Just as he said that, one of the creatures rushed him, Luna flew off his finger, just in time, it battered itself directly into his stomach, rushing him hard and flying him into a wall of an empty building. The wall slightly cracked and he fell back to the ground. He held his stomach then, feeling as if he was going to throw up, he couldn't stand, he was too dazed, or to afraid. He shivered as he looked up, his forehead dripping with sweat from the anxiety he was now feeling. The one that had attacked him rejoined the others, he wasn't sure what was going to happen, but then, all three of them attacked, it was at that moment, when there were inches away from hitting into him that he was pulled away hard, and just in time, the three creatures exploded, sending Seth and the elderly man flying in the direction from where the three intruders had come. "We need to draw them away from everyone else, come on boy." Stopping for a moment, he shook some sense into Seth, he needed to calm down and think rationally. "Ye-yes, I..I sent a message.." Seth's voice trailed off, this experience was making him feel his usual emotions, he needed to get to his Captain. "We need to go!" The old man said ignoring Seth's blissful moment as he noticed six of the intruders now coming to pursuit.

[Heading Towards First Division]

Snapping back, Seth nodded wearily and the two took off, heading into the eleventh division grounds and heading straight towards the first division, or in that general direction, he was sure that his Captain would find him even if he wasn't going to be in that vicinity any-more, that was if, the message even got to his Captain. "Are you okay boy?" The man asked Seth, looking a bit concerned, but not wanting to get too distracted, if for a moment they slowed at all, they'd be at the mercy of those things, and seeing as they had none they'd be dead, however, it was good that they were still following them, that at least meant the others were safe of this danger. Seth didn't answer, he didn't know how, he could hear words, but he had none to exchange. But, Seth did notice four of those things appearing to their right, which meant they had to take a left towards the third division, they couldn't risk having to deal with ten of them, and then possibly twenty, it was insane! How could anyone fight against such creatures! Seth was thinking this and showing it outwardly, grasping his head in confusion and disbelief, it wasn't possible, it just wasn't possible. Sure enough, the other four joined, ten now were chasing him and this old man he knew nothing about, he didn't even know his name, what was he doing? Why did he say he could help? Why did he think that?

[Heading Towards Third Division]

Seth was continuing to destroy himself, while the old man was continuing to watch what was going on. "If we can find a Captain, we will be sa-" "What do you mean?!" Seth interrupted half sentence. "Look what they can do! They can destroy themselves and regenerate with a buddy.. there isn't anything anyone can do, we're..we're doomed." He closed his eyes and sunk in his heart, he let himself believe he was going to die, and at that moment, one more of these creatures appeared, however, it was lurking just ahead and too close from them to avoid, it intercepted and exploded, Seth and the old man were caught in the line of fire, directly, it burned Seth badly, sent him flying high into the air and landing hard on the ground, he was unconscious and hardly breathing.

The Aîné never returned words with Hibiki before her assault. She could sense his tone of words had a displeasure to hearing what she had to say, but she could not help with her formality of speech, nor the truth of which she spoke. After her initial release of her reiatsu, she noticed something grimace with the Shinigami. She outwardly took note of this with a slight fringe of her brows. Seeing a resolve that came over him to fight made the fight exciting for her, even though she knew the outcome of the fight would be in her favor.

Gritting her teeth as her Forte-Paume hit air, she quickly turnabout to see no one there. Quickly scanning the surrounding area near her, she did not see Hibiki anywhere in the few feet from her. Suddenly hearing his voice off in the distance from where she had came from, she quickly deduced his abilities to have something to do with teleportation and his attack from earlier. From her longevity and sheer experience, it was easy for her to come up with this; as seeing she had not since a hyper movement of his body, but an actual disappearance of his presence. As his finger snap's echo reached her ear drums, the attack had already be unleashed. Literally feeling a vortex of wind form from within her left arm and completely severing it and spilling her blood every which way including herself; she became trenched in her own flesh and meat and bones of her once assembled arm. Squinting with her eyes as she started to be drug off the ground by vortexes immense velocity, Aceline reached over her body with her strength and was barely able to grip Épée de la Déesse so she could control it to use its explosion properties. With the vortex taking the lighter and more willing neutronium particles, she was able to make them explode just moment after her arm got ripped off. She angled the blast to encompass her and bring her no harm, but to also encompass her to bring shrouding. As she landed from the six feet fall she had been forced off the ground from, she quickly ignored her gashes all over her left side, including her missing left eye and partial breast. She had sustained some leg damage, but not enough to make her adrenaline not push through the pain.

With Hâte, she appear just mere feet away from the Shinigami. With her gruesome appearance only possibly affecting her opponent, Aceline lunged forward with a formal rapier stab to Hibiki's throat. A helpless trail of blood would follow her sheer mind-boggling speed. As she was moving, her hair would move and revel an eyeball back in her left eye socket. With her middle finger extended -- and not for purposes of curing -- she concentrated Ruine Nulle and fired off projectile, which was aimed for his face. "You are even more annoying, you folly-filled man! I outmatch you!!!" With the stab at his throat Aceline had left behind neutronium and exploded just as she finished exclaiming her last work. With a deep inhale, she -- with ease -- reversed the damage of her bosom and left arm, without even bothering to look over her reformed parts, she flicked her wrist and fingers once more to bring forth two Lame D'air aimed at Hibiki's current location -- where ever that may have been.

What!? It didn't affect her in any way at all. What is her true po- Vide's think was cut short from Rei's offensive counter that was more or less more devastating than Vide had imagined to happen. Just before her feet hit their mark, Vide activated Peau en Acier around his chest area, reinforcing his already superb endurance, saving his sternum from shattering. The force behind the attack in general, however, shoved Vide backwards, his feet carving up earth beneath them until he finally stopped some 10 feet from Rei, two rows of cleared earth leading to his position. Sensing a peak of energy behind him, Vide moved to flip upwards, shoving his right hand down and his feet up, only to see a bolt of lightning headed his way. His eyes narrowed as his left hand gripped his left arm at the elbow and crushed the bone in a splintering grasp before he ripped it away from his body, the bolt striking the arm rather than his body.

Coming full swing in his flip, Vide landed on his feet, oddly enough as he was a wolf at heart. His left hand reached into his coat pocket and procured a small golden pocket watch. Pressing the latch button, the forward side popped open with a small snap causing a small tune to play. The soothing air of its harmony calmed Vide to the core. His eyes closed and his breathing was soon slowed to the point where it seemed nonexistent. As this occurred, his right arm was reformed with his Contre ability and once its existence was back, Vide snapped the watch shut and opened his eyes, letting out a slow breath. "Your power perplexes me fox-girl. I don't believe I've truly pegged what it is you hold sovereignty over. That in its self is bothersome but in due time, I suppose." Lifting a small eyebrow Vide silently summoned forth a Barrière Fleurissante de Salle de Vent withing the lining of his coat for future use if he so needed it. "Now then..." Vide threw his hands up toward Rei and quickly formed two Ruine Nulle that shot forth toward her. No later than they had left his hands did Vide begin to snap numerous times over, sending Lame D'air over Lame D'air toward Rei and the two Ruine Nulle. The Lame D'air were the key point in this offense, as they would cut through the Ruine Nulle and separate them into many more smaller ones that would cascade toward Rei with the Lame D'air themselves. His offense was not over, however, for as soon as he was done launching the blades of condensed air, Vide gathered a large amount of his golden energy into right hand until it was roughly 6 feet in diameter, or the size of a human hamster ball. "Pistolet Meute." Swinging the large amount of energy forward, the orb took shape into a large wolf that shot forth towards Rei. Being such a small gap was present it was upon her quickly, its maw gaping wide.

As it descended upon Rei, the wolf seemed to glich like a computer before breaking down into around 12 smaller ones that swarmed around Rei, aiming their maws to grasp a different part of her body and explode simultaneously. Soon after his attack, Vide grasped all the mind messages he received and simply shrugged them off.

"Do as you all will please. In form us only when you are in need, however. The information would be pleasurable if needing to intercept and aid."

It seemed just after Senka's Bakudo faded away that Emrys left too in a shunpo, to appear in front of Lee. Though suspicious of his intentions, she relaxed when she reconized the healing spell applied to Lee and simply watched as he transformed from Elisia's shape to what she could only assume is his normal form, a rather appealing man to say the least. However, his physical beauty was instantly ignored when he proceeded to punch Lee in his solar plexus. Concern swept over her as she rushed to his aid, though it seemed his words stung more then the actual blow. When he rose, more attentive then ever, she too stared at the enigmatic man, as he began more on their situation. While she listened in, only the last part mattered to her. Until this Aikagi arrived, nothing they did to these creatures mattered, so all these battle that she was seeing throughout Soul Society now were simply to occupy the enemy until this object comes and makes them vulnerable to damage.

As he finished speaking, she couldn't help but to notice another newcomer arrive in a circle of runes, apparently the way to travel through time. She knew they were hard pressed for people to fight, but were all these people necessarily? As she listened along with Lee, she wondered on how he felt. Though she knew he would never cause this intentionally, it really seemed he was the root behind all this chaos, and she wished there was a way to soothe him......other then killing all these beings. Looking about, her eyes wandered to Senka and was reminded that she was just a mere hundred years old, and yet holding that much strength. The small blonde baby that cried just hours beforehand, this was the results in the future? Almost made her wonder if she herself taught her anything of worth, which led to small fantasies of her own future, something she probably couldn't ask the man about, in case of some sort of chain reaction. "So when is this Aikagi going to come? By someone from the future or?" She couldn't wait around and just waste her already tired energy buying time for these creatures.

[At Fourth]

Rin only made it up a little ways to Kougji when he saw the attack commence with both the Captain and the Lieutenant. Rin stopped to watch the spectacle. At first, Kougji's attack hit, he thought that alone would have ended it, however, Kazuhiko planted, not only an ability from his Zanpakutou, but a powerful Senka move, the woman was in pieces after this, he was surprised, from what he could sense from her she was powerful, but she got torn apart so easily. Rin advanced then, up towards Kougji and Kazuhiko. "Kougji taichou!" Rin yelled out, hoping his legs would allow him to make it the short distance, though it seemed like miles. He eventually reached near him. "Kougji Taichou I-" His words were stolen from his mouth by a sudden surge of power, then, seeing on the ground, what he had thought to be a horribly mutilated body that had no chance of returning in anyway, it started to assemble, Rin drew back a bit, stepping away, this was something he had never seen, sure, he had witnessed regeneration with hollows to a point, but what was happening here? His question was soon answered when the body parts and pieces merged into an odd looking object that hovered menacingly near, it burst with power, surging like a storm, and, eventually, a figure appeared stepping out, it was none other than the woman he had thought the two had just killed, Eden appeared now, looking as if the current situation had never taken place, as if the powers in which either of the two combatants meant nothing. "Taichou." Rin's face became twisted with disbelief, his pupils had gone completely dilated, he was taking in short breathes. Then, the woman spoke, almost in a poetic way, this struck him odd, just what was she? And what the hell is she talking about?

As she initiated an ability, Rin covered his eyes from the light, the woman looked morphed, sickening but beautiful all at once. Rin held firmly onto his sword now, his intent was to aid the others in the battle soon to follow, but without warning the woman hurled down an attack. At first Rin had no clue as to its direction, but moments passed and he saw its true direction, it was coming at him head on, he was too late in realizing this and the attack hit him, however, he did manage to cast up his sword and use it to deflect what would have been a killing blow. He fell back on his bottom, and squinted his face a bit, he was in some pain, but luckily his sword had taken almost all the damage, it was cracked slightly. He brought it up to his face and almost stroked it like it was a pet. "I'm sorry old friend." The sword was still useable, but another attack like that would put him in some serious trouble. He stood slowly, out of breath, each one quite heavy. "Damn, that was too close." The ground where he stood was still smoking from the attack, he wondered what would have happened if he would have taken even a little bit more of that attack directly. He wobbled back near Kougji. "Sorry Kougji-Taichou." He gave a bow. "I wont be that stupid again." Referring to his inability to at least detect that the attack was coming for him due to his already being slightly weak from previous encounters, but he didn't intend to let it impede him any more. The fight was on, but orders would come from the Captain before he rushed in and did anything, he still wasn't sure how much use he could be in his state, but he wasn't letting that bother him too much now, he hadn't had a good fight in quite a while, so he'd enjoy this quite a bit, even if it was highly possible that it would be his last.

As the doll exited the cloud of mist that Emiya had hoped would melt part of her chassis away and shock her to the core, Emiya looked slightly worried. Whatever she did didn't seem to work all that well on this doll, and since she had already used her blood to fuel Shisui, she was weaenking, and using Fuyōrei to keep herself airborne was not making it any easier on her to stay conscious. When she got up close to her and prepared the nozzles, Emi could feel them sucking the air away from her body and moved her left arm over her face to protect whatever was about to come at it, and extended her right hand outwards to emit a strong electrical current to fill the doll as she tried to attack her, in a last ditch attempt to ruin her by magnetizing her torso to make her limbs stick to it. Then, just before the unknown attack came, she felt someone grab her and then heard the distinct sound of teeth clicking together and then felt the intense heat of flames in front of her. She lowered her arm to see that a girl two years her junior was holding onto her and breathing flames towards the doll.

Ehh?! She sounded surprised, and for good reason, but didn't have any time to say anything else before the girl grabbed her tighter, pressing her breasts into Emi's arm and making her cheeks turn red, and jumped off the air to relocate them to some building's roof. Her savior set her down seconds later and Emiya looked up in wonder as she watched her pull out a container from her hip pouch and hold it out for her to take, which she saw carried Japanese writing for styptic on the top. It was quite obvious to her that this girl was a friend and not a foe, so she had no problem accepting her gift, and took it from her hand after studying her face for a moment. "Thanks... For saving me and stuff..." As Senna moved away from Emiya and erected a barrier around them, she thought about how much she resembled Kuzumi, like she could be his sister or something. They had the same eyes, that much was for certain, although, due to her knack for seeing through people, she could tell she was hiding something deep beneath her otherwise cheerful exterior.

However, she felt no need to delve into the girl's life after just meeting her, and instead unbuttoned her shirt shamelessly and began applying the cream to her wounds and wiping away the excess blood with her fingers like it was nothing. Most girls would freak out about blood being on them, but Emi was far from normal so it didn't bother her a bit. Then, after closing the container and setting it down next to her, she looked up at the girl and studied her attire. It was pretty obvious that she was a Shinigami, and her attire screamed second division, especially the way she wore her sword on her back and the fact that it was like a full body suit rather than a set of robes. The iron mesh reminded her of ninja from the shows she had watched with Kuzumi on occasion, and she wasn't sure, but she thought she could make out tattoos on the tips of her fingers, her palms, wrists, and forearms. Odd places for some of them, but she wasn't a judge-r of taste. Standing up, she dusted off her clothes and unhooked the water bottle from Yuunagi's saya, and prepared to pour it on Shisui while looking at Senna. "So, who exactly are you?"

Fuyu felt the girl erect a barrier around the group he had launched his attack towards and instantly knew this girl was as skilled, if not more so than he, with Kido. This annoyed Fuyu, though he didn’t let it show on his face. The girl then began to speak to him about how she highly doubted he came with such noble intentions. Fuyu sighed as he felt the spiritual presence of the girl relocate to just in front of him, though her image that was standing back still moved. ‘s**t.’ was the only thing to run though his mind as the girl appeared in front of him with her attack readied and instantly she swung at him. Fuyu wasn’t quite as fast as her, but he wasn’t so slow that he was going to take all the damage the attack was capable of inflicting. As the girls hand shot towards his abdomen he reeled back just enough so that the orbs just missed his stomach, at the same time he brought his right foot upwards towards the girls wrist, placing the same amount of strength required for an Ikkotsu behind the kick. As the kick should have connected with the girls wrist Fuyu felt five beams pierce his abdomen, though they did not pierce into his stomach thanks to his Hierro, even though it was somewhat degraded by Tsukikio’s Cero.

“For such a small girl you talk big, but you also have the power to back it up. It is no surprise though since you are the other Hakase child..” Abruptly stopping what he was saying an ethereal mass of purple energy formed around his right arm, the energy being a Kurohitsugi, double stacked onto his arm through his Bankai technique Kanzen-sho no Hoki. In essence he was using the technique twice, though there would only be one attack, carrying double the power. Fuyu disappeared from his spot, moving behind Senka via Shunpo he threw his fist forward, combining a Ikkotsu into the attack, at the point where the punch should connect he would release both Kurohitsugi. If the attacks connected they would weigh the small girl down, reducing her speed. Though at the same time the girls attacks combined with the fact that Fuyu had already been fighting and used a great deal of energy as well as taking damage meant this fight wouldn’t be lasting much longer. Fuyu used Shunpo once more to move above where the girl should have been, when he appeared his arms were crossed in an ‘x’ in front of his body and instantly he swung his arms downward making an ‘x’ of white energy in the air, at the same time 8 crescent blades shot forward, followed closely behind by hundreds of White Cherry Blossoms.

"Truth is simply a conception..."

[Arcane Science Research and Development Laboratory, Outside]

Being left to wonder only slightly more by Emrys's movement in front of Lee, somewhat left Hideki's mind to ponder further upon the subject matter at hand. The fact that both he and the future Senka knew something was amiss or the reason as to how to handle it, meant that they had a motive for coming back to this time to aid the captains. This was based on the fact that they are who they say they are, or that he says he is, and that Senka truly is from the future. Hideki wondered what could possibly happen to cause such a stir in the future that would need a travel back in time to fix. It was a question only a master of probability and the mass of millions of information that could possibly have happened with the result of the Intemporal showing up, which they themselves had even less knowledge about. Hideki's ears caught the words that spun from Emrys's mouth and stored the simple word in his memory to bring up later. It was a good thing his ears were mechanical sometimes.

When Emrys reappeared near then Hideki was eager to hear his explanation that was long with held in his mind. Hideki was incredibly interested in Emrys's power as well. He could do many things with his 'bookmark' and it intrigued Hideki to no end oddly enough. When he was finished, Hideki started back. "Senka is much like her father in terms of genius, it seems. So who is the Junibantai 100 years from now? Tsukiko or is it still Hei-sama? Also, this Aikagi. Its obvious what its use is for us, however, how is coming to the past going to fix anything if it has been made in the future? What happens that is so drastically in need of a change in the past?" Hideki's mind was racing with thoughts and ideas, yet again, and it nearly thrilled him to think of them. No sooner than his questions flowed from his maw did a dark butterfly flutter toward him. He lifted his left hand and allowed it to land upon it, transmitting the drastic message from his Goseki. Grimacing slightly from his peril, Hideki silently retreated into his spirit world while still standing near Nu and Emrys, if only momentarily.

"Datenshi. Materialize and aid my Goseki. He is in need of help, but I cannot leave Emrys and Nu to fight Fuyu alone. Senka has him occupied as of now, but that, I feel, will change." The image of Datenshi seemed to mirage itself in the monotonous world that was with Hideki, his long silvery hair flowing behind him effortlessly. "As you wish, Hideki-sama. I will aid him until it is not necessary." Datenshi then seemed to fade from sight in a mass invisible waves, akin to heat waves as Hideki left his inner sanctum. Materializing just behind Hideki, Datenshi took a foot hold on the air and shot toward the 11th Division.

-------Datenshi

Quickly reaching Seth's position, Datenshi dropped down to find the boy missing. Following a trail, however, he found Seth collapsed near the 3rd Division. Rushing near him, Datenshi swallowed his body into his dimension before releasing a make shift holding bakudo using his 'Haijo' technique and making the kanji for Rejection before shoving his palm into it. Being that he is the Zanpakuto Spirit, his effectiveness with this technique is much higher than Hideki, and is able to all of the Intemporal that littered the area with its single shove. Releasing Seth from his dimension, Datenshi set the boy down on the ground and looked towards the old man. "Bring medicine. He needs aid. I can only give him so much." Holding his hand over Seth's chest, Datenshi began to transfer a small stream of reiryoku into it to give a small bit of strength to the boy. Relaying a message mentally to Hideki, Datenshi divulged the situation to him, "Seems the boy is hurt. I'm giving him some supplementary reiryoku but I can only do so much. An elderly man was sent to bring some supplies, but we may need to move him to the 4th. He'll be safer there." Hideki simply nodded to Datenshi's words, whom he felt no need to respond too. He would make the right decision should the time come. He instead paid attention to Emrys while still keeping an eye upon Fuyu and Senka.

Ηakase Senka
博士雪
Ichibantai Taichō

[Arcane Science Research and Development Laboratory, Outside]

Senka merely stared in his direction as he spoke of her being the second Hakase child. The way he worded it made him sound like he thought he was special for knowing who she was, but the fact remained that the name was being tossed around like a ball mere yards away by the spectators of their fight. Truth be told, she'd be rather worried if he didn't know who she was by now, but it was still kind of annoying that he felt the need to point out the obvious, as if she had no idea who she was in the first place. No facial expression came over Senka as she watched Fuyu attempted another attack, she had no feelings for it. She simply could not be amazed by things she already knew about, just like Vide's abilities, she was well aware of what Fuyu could do as the information had been passed down to her through notes she had written herself in this time for herself in the future. As soon as she had been old enough to read, she was given such things, and was thus well versed in these things by the time she was already training herself. She took note of the energy surrounding his arm and surmised by the color that it was a Kurohitsugi, it obviously wasn't difficult to determine, it being the only Kidō in existence to hold a dark purple color.

With the idea of what it was in mind, she still had to wonder just what it was that he intended to do with it, although in the back of her mind she already had an inkling, but wanted to dismiss him as being so stupid as to engage her of all people in close-quarters-combat. She had surpassed Zenos in hand-to-hand combat by the time she was eight or so, and he was even better at it than her mother. Of course, following that, she had developed her skills in other forms of martial arts to boot, so she was a very dangerous un-armed fighter. However, he chose to do what she had hoping he wouldn't, if only so she wouldn't have to annoy herself with defending against it. Senka raised her eyebrow at his disappearance and lifted her hands up, and put them on the back of her head, lacing her fingers together to hold them there. As he moved behind her, a ploy she could see right through by the movement of his body, she sucked her teeth in annoyance before activating Shunkō and lifting her left foot off the ground to meet his hand, using Hanki in that instant to negate the Kidō he had in his hand. "So you can listen after all." She said in passing, a delayed response to his comment about her identity, it was simply something she hadn't been ready to say just yet.

She extended a finger and began to charge a mass of yellow Reiryoku at it's end as she had the intention of firing at him. However, he moved away yet again, causing her to simply dissipate the Reiryoku mass and take it back inside her body, as well as make Shunkō fade away. Senka quickly turned to look at him as he prepared his next attack, and upon seeing the oncoming blades, she lifted another finger, this time from the back of her hand, causing a rotating wall of wind to take form around her body. The blades collided with the wind wall and the resulting explosions were sucked into the rotation as well before they began to dissipate alongside the wall of wind. Senka was now hovering a few feet off the ground using the excess reiryoku that constantly leaked from her body to achieve levitation. She quickly switched the vibe she was giving off; seconds ago she had been calm and focused on Fuyu, but now she was detatched, and seemed completely off guard. She floated slightly higher into the air and flipped upside down onto her back, craning her neck as she looked at the group of people surrounding Emrys, who obviously appeared upside down to her. She began floating towards them until she was just above the group of people, now looking down on them. Curiously, a fox's tail suddenly erupted from the base of her spine and slid out of the slit in her shorts, extending to it's full length which she began to flick from side-to-side absentmindedly as she spoke to them. "Nee-sama's the captain, daddy retires in a few months when he gets out... Acchan, you should probably go to Bicchan, I think he's having trouble with his opponent." She was, of course, speaking to Akane, and referring to Hibiki when she said Bicchan. It was her penchant for making up nicknames that made that exchange confusing, but anyone who was around her for a while caught on rather quickly. Senka then flipped over on her stomach, moving her hands to her chin and continued to wag her tail as she spoke. "And anyway nothing happens. It's as Emchan said, we came because we were supposed to. All as predetermined by the Powers That Beee~" She wiggled her fingers and drew out the last word as if to invoke a sense of mystery.

Meanwhile, now that Tsukiko was wide awake, Chachamaru had taken to explaining the situation while she had her Reiryoku restored by one of the nurses. Chachamaru made sure that she understood she wasn't to go anywhere, and that her responsibility was now to simply protect the people in the hospital room. Once she was sure she understood this, Chachamaru left for Yuki's quarters and entered a few moments later, searching the room for one of Yuki's haori. She found one quickly and sat down on the bed, laying it across her lap. Forming a V shape with her index and middle fingers, she extended a set of hidden blades within their sides and began to cut away at the Haori until it looked to be in shreds. she worked at surprising speeds, having great dexterity due to being mechanical, and was done in seconds, and then began to stitch it back up until at last it looked like a shrunken version of Yuki's Haori, fit for Senka to wear. Chachamaru left the quarters and quickly made her way to where her mistress was fighting. She arrived just as Senka finished talking, so she moved to the the group of people and held up the folded garment so that she could take it. Senka lazily took the haori from Chachamaru and flipped over before landing on the ground outside of the circle as her tail retracted back into her body, disappearing just as quickly as it had shown up. The way she put it on so fluidly caused the "一" symbol on the back to be easily visibly to both Fuyu and those behind her for a few short seconds before it was obscured by her long blonde hair. Senka quickly straightened the coat out, admiring the work Chachamaru had done, not that she had expected any less.

Akane Takashi

Akane sighed as the past versions of people she knew quite well continued to ask questions. Even at the young age they were compared to when she knew them they should know better than asking such things. “Quit asking about things that don’t matter. Who is captain of what could matter less. Worry about dying here and now and find out the answers to your questions later.” The look on her face had shifted to one of annoyance. as she snapped at Hideki. It was shortly after this that Senka seemed to grow bored with Fuyu and began to float down towards them, answering Hideki’s question. Akane sighed as she did this and also suggested Akane go help Hibiki. “Senka, please mind what information you give them, they need to focus on now, not later.” She smiled at Senka as a blue light erupted from her feet and she disappeared.

In her transit she activated her second Fullbring, Seirei Kari Ha, the blade appeared in her right hand while she removed one of her activated pistols with her left hand. It only took her a few movements with her Jinsokurei to reach her destination, which was directly in between Aceline and Hibiki, albeit in the air above them. "Sei." Instantly the blade erupted with electricity around it which Akane released in one gigantic wave straight downward as Aceline made her attack on Hibiki. The enormous wave of electricity should have been more than enough to nullify most of the attacks, along with delivering a strong shock to Aceline, however Akane only knew in theory what Aceline was capable of. Though she did know even if the woman was hit with a paralyzing shock, she would simply reverse it at this moment, since she had not yet been stripped of that ability.

At the time of the explosions Akane used her Jinsokurei to move 5 yards away from the woman. Though she had initially planned to use her blade in close quarters combat she allowed it to revert as she withdrew her other pistol, giving the illusion that she was unskilled in close quarters combat and that she needed to keep her distance, when the fact was that this was far from true. When the woman fired off two blades of air Akane smirked, directly in front of them she fullbrought the air, creating two small mirrors. The blades connected with the mirrors and shattered them, though at the same time the Mirrors shattered the blades were reversed and sent flying back towards where they had originated from. “I shall be your opponent now.” Akane smiled as she said this, she knew full well of Aceline and her personality and her statement was more of a taunt towards the woman than anything.

[Academy, on top of a building far from Roi]

"It was my pleasure..." Senna's voice trailed off as she turned her head to see how Roi's doll had fared against her attack. Unfortunately, she had moved them so far away that it didn't matter; the distance was such that she couldn't make much out. She didn't expect the doll to survive those explosions though, but she couldn't be entirely sure. Senna looked back just as Emiya unbuttoned her shirt exposing her ample chest bound by bandages, but didn't turn red or anything as it didn't really bother her. She could tell even with them bound that they were bigger than hers, and if she was like any normal teenage girl, she might have been bothered by the size difference. However, such things were none of her concern as she cared not for her body aside from being clean while not working as a mercenary. Her small breasts were apparently sought after to a lot of men in Japan anyway, as she still got clients that complimented her, although she thought it might be possible they were just saying that to not piss her off.

[Same, then Hospital in Yuki's room]

Senna raised an eyebrow as Emiya finished putting on the styptic and stood without buttoning her shirt, then proceeded to try and put water on Shisui. Senna swiftly closed the gap between them, taking the bottle in hand to stop her from doing so. "No, hiiobaasan. You are in no condition to fight, Shisui has taken your blood already, and that styptic is only a patch job. You need rest." She quickly took Emiya into her arms, who was looking at her in surprise, not at all unusual considering she had just spoken about Shisui like she had been stalking Emiya for years. As soon as she took a hold of her great-grandmother, she pulled her into their shadows as the barrier around them vanished. It was but an instant later that she and Emiya emerged from the shadow of the door in Yuki's room. Senna could tell by the fact that Tsukiko was already in here that Senka had already had her moved here. Senna released Emiya again and took the water bottle from it to use on her own Shisui, and moved away from her, slipping into a shadow in the wall as she spoke to her; her head was the last thing to disappear inside, just as she stopped talking. "Please, stay. If anything were to happen to my great-grandmother, I would be ashamed of myself."

[Academy, same building]

An instant later she was back on the roof, standing next to the container of styptic, which she bent over to pick up and put back in her hip pouch. After a quiet few seconds to herself, she spread her arms wide and began to black out all of the lights in Roi's vicinity, using her abilities to erase the light emitted from light-emitting objects. This basically consisted of her blacking out all of the lights in the nearby buildings, creating making it look like they had all turned off. It wasn't very noticeable outside, of course. She then made a fist with her right and extended her pointer and middle fingers, raising them in front of her face while she closed her eyes and sent out thought waves to Roi's shadow, using Genkagemi to create an illusory body of herself that was visibly transparent save her eyes. As soon as it pulled itself from the shadow, it drew a kunai from the holster on it's leg, flipping it to an inverse hold and made a slashing move towards his neck. It could not hit him, of course, but Senna was trying to observe how he reacted.

Sakura Yamamoto
Captain - Squad 8

Sakura cringed at the assault on her ears from the small child. The fight was getting nowhere fast, she could inflict all the damage she wanted, but the kid could just heal no matter what and now she couldn’t hear with a s**t either. With her hearing gone she let the blade that extended from her palm break as she disappeared into her own shadow. A moment later she popped up from the shadow of a nearby building. She wasn’t stupid enough to continue fighting when there was no chance of winning, and further more she had just lost her tag-team partner so to speak. A sigh escaped her lips as she resealed her Zanpakuto and leaned backward against the wall, her spiritual pressure almost disappearing completely.

The edges of her cloak fluttered in the wind as she slowly stepped forward, weaving her way through Seireitei. “Home sweet home, eh?” she commented quietly to herself as her hand reached up to re-adjust the hood of the cloak. While it would take some time, she still felt self-conscious about the fact that people would eventually recognize her, or at least, compare her to the ‘her’ of now. The hundred-year difference had not changed her much, except for the fact that she was older now, looking as if she was in her late twenties. Even her hair colour was still the same silver colour that she had become accustomed to over the years. All the thoughts in her head were abruptly interrupted as something exploded somewhere to the right of her location. Shuddering as memories of previous battles rushed into her head, she pulled herself together in a hurry, her feet automatically carrying her in the direction of the explosion. She moved as fast as she possibly could, but she found herself forced to take longer routes, which were safer than the main areas where the enemies were most likely going to gather.

Her feet barely made any sound as she silently moved towards the two figures that she saw on the ground, even after she had identified them as being friendly – one of them obviously a Shinigami, the other an old man and the last, who was not a Shinigami, but seemed to be genuinely concerned about the injured Shinigami. As the old man scampered off in pursuit of medicine under the direction of the unknown man, she quietly moved towards them, letting some of her Reiatsu leak out to warn them that she was going towards them and to inform that she was indeed an ally if they had not already known yet as she hardly fancied being attacked by allies or people that she might know very well in her own time. Emerging into view, it took only one quick glimpse of the Shinigami lying on the ground to know that he was quite severely injured. She knelt down next to his injured body, her eyes scanning him to assess his wounds and her hand simultaneously reaching for the dagger on the right side of her hip-bone, which served as her zanpakutou. Activating Bankai silently, she carefully pulled away his clothes to gain access to the injuries as she made a small slit with her dagger to allow the healing solution in her blood to flow onto his burns all over his body.

Having finished with her healing, she replaced his clothes in the exact same way as before, her cut automatically sealing up once more. She cast Iyashi quickly over him, not wanting him to feel any discomfort when he did eventually wake up. Looking at Datenshi, she retrieved a little container of pills from her pouch, placing it down on the ground near him. “He’ll make a full recovery in no time and even now he should be alright, although perhaps I’d advise him to not strain himself for a little bit. There shouldn’t be any pain but in case it wears off later, these painkillers will do the job.” Glancing at Seth, she sighed, knowing that she’d have to wait a little longer before going off to see the past version of her wife, since work always came before personal business. She rose to her feet, crossing her arms as she mused over what she should do next. “It is not entirely necessary to take him to the hospital and it depends largely on how he feels when he wakes up. I am headed in that direction, however, and if you prefer, I might be able to take him there as well.” Barely looking in the direction of Datenshi, she tapped her foot impatiently, feeling uneasy at staying still in one rather public place with enemies all around.

Hibiki Kirisho
- Squad Nine Captain -

================================================

User ImageThe gods trembled
The demons flocked

”That was… easy, too easy.” Hibiki commented under his breath as he felt Fujin’s cyclone tear through Aceline’s flesh and bone. He recalled his fight with the Sephira, Zenos, how it took him several relentless assaults before he managed to weaken the man’s defenses down to a level that he could finish him off with his Asa no Kiri. Of course the vampire managed to survive even that, but Hibiki counted it as an achievement to be able to vaporize someone like him, even once. As opposed to that, Aceline’s armor seemed almost non-existent, which struck the veteran Captain as odd given the fact that she was a melee oriented fighter, or at least that was what he hoped she was. Noticing the explosion, Hibiki’s anger went up a notch as Aceline was not only someone who did not care for the integrity of their buildings, but someone who also used explosives.

”Marvelous, simply marvelous.” spoke Hibiki with a frown. Picking up on Aceline’s sudden appearance, Hibiki’s face twisted in disgust but he was not paralyzed by it. The Captain had eviscerated his inner hollow, which was effectively a mirror image of himself, and created a cyclone inside his previous opponent’s brain. Of course, the sight of Aceline showing up with half her body’s entrails trailing behind her made Hibiki grateful that his dinner was no more than a mere sub sandwich, but it didn’t paralyze him in fear. Catching sight of her rapier’s trajectory, Hibiki quickly reformed an Uchiwa from the Kizashi fragments littering the ground around him and aimed to parry the blade with a quick and masterful swipe. The speed at which Aceline weaved her blade did indeed outclass Hibiki, but by aiming his strike to the tip of her blade, the Captain would be able to instead strike the guard, and hopefully the force of the blow would be enough to deflect the attack before the blade managed to slice through him.

However, before this could happen the abrupt figure of a dark-haired woman appeared directly between them, and before Hibiki could react, launched a direct counter-attack against Aceline, more or less nullifying her attacks against Hibiki. On instinct perhaps, Hibiki used the momentary distraction to execute a quick shunpo out of the immediate area, arriving a few yards away from Aceline as another explosion erupted where he previously was. Failing to notice the air blades Aceline once more launched against him, as Akane made quick work of them as well, Hibiki turned to face his rescuer. Looking at her, Hibiki could not remember ever seeing her amongst the Gotei 13. Given her skill, it was highly unlikely she was a mere lower sea. Sensing her spiritual pressure, Hibiki felt it was neither Vizard nor Shinigami, thus he deduced she was a Fullbringer, like Hiiragi Emiya ”No.” Hibiki spoke out in response to Akane’s statement ”I appreciate your timely rescue, but I believe your help is needed elsewhere.” continued the Captain. Glancing at Aceline, Hibiki could already see her body beginning to recover from the wounds ”Don’t get me wrong. I doubt I’ll be able to defeat her, but as of now I am most likely in the least amount of danger amongst the rest of the Gotei 13.” though Hibiki was not certain, the explosions and sounds of clashes echoing across the Seiretei were an indication that they weren’t exactly on the winning side. And though he was most likely going to get beaten up by his opponent, his sense of duty overrode his own fear ”Go. The academy is where most of the younger recruits are, I would prefer you safeguard them instead of I.” with that Hibiki conjured another Uchiwa from the one he was currently holding. Giving both of the chakram blades a twirl, the Captain scattered a handful of the familiar blade fragments around him as he readied himself for Aceline’s assault. The woman possessed an air of arrogance about her, and given the fact that he had more or less called her weak, Hibiki assumed she was going to strike back at him with much more force now.

Kougji Bushūgi

Division Four Captain

ourney o ore

Eden, after the attacks from both himself and Kazuhiko, seemed to fall apart, it was as if she was extremely weak suddenly, he felt something must have been off, she went down far to easily. He stepped back after both of the attacks rendered her a lump of flesh. He stayed on her, studying the remnants, more so when they began to move. He placed himself in a defensive position, wondering just what in the world would happen next, how could she be alive? But it went with his previous thoughts, something as amiss, she let them attack her on purpose, it wasn't because she was unable to defend herself. The lumps eventually formed an odd liquid sphere in the sky, Kougji, who was a person not often letting himself looked surprised or amazed, was just that, his face was blank, his sword lowered to the ground a bit, his eyes held a blank stare as if he had seen something completely unrealistic, which was what he had. This was a new experience, sure, the enemies before this one, they surprised him, but they seemed different, but, he wasn't aware that their odd ability could be used to this extent, her body had literally been destroyed beyond the point of recognisable identification, but, here she was, now emerging from whatever she had just created. She appeared completely unharmed, she didn't looked like she was drained of stamina, of power, nothing, she was new in every sense, it was at this point that Kougji doubted his, or, anyone's real ability to defeat these things, though he felt somewhat confident before, now, he lost it. Commenting now on Kazuhiko's earlier comment. "A plan? I'd suggest a miracle." He didn't know what kind of move to make now, would an attack work? Could this ability go beyond one use? Or was it limitless, too many questions that he couldn't answer without some proof, he knew that he'd have to try to get another fatal hit in. "Kazuhiko, we need to attack her again, to do what we did to her previously to some extent, we need to know if these powers are constant or if they can only use them once every so often." Looking back at Eden, he continued. "But we can't think it will be easy this time."

Suddenly, Eden began speaking, the manner in which was very old fashioned, though he didn't take kindly to her words. "Your ignorance will be your downfall." He spoke with a rather angered tone. Though, as she unleashed a wild ability, he had to cover his eyes, it was bright, blinding, he couldn't stand to look upon it. The scene that was now before him only made him more upset, she was hard to fight to begin with, now what? He didn't know what to expect at this point, maybe she'd be able to cripple all of Seireitei. As Kougji was trying to figure out what to do, he felt another presence closing in, turning, he so Rin, though his attention was immediately taken back to Eden as she waved down an attack, it was super fast and bright, he didn't have time to react, it hit something, behind him. Turning around he saw it was aimed at Rin, he seemed okay, he looked tired, but alright, the sword took the majority of the damage. "I'd hope you can keep yourself out of harms way a bit better than that Rin." He said it with sarcasm but a very stern face, he didn't need the extra burden of protecting someone now, Kazuhiko he knew could handle himself, but he didn't have the same reassurance with this one. Focusing wholly now on Eden, he looked to Kazuhiko, and even to Rin, he was here, he might as well help. "We need to try and attack her, and give her a serious injury, if you get chance to land a fatal blow, then fine, but try to inflict something serious, that way we can determine if her little regeneration trick is something that occurs more than once, at least something that happens when injuries to that degree are inflicted" He assumed it wouldn't be seeing as to be able to do something to that degree, would undoubtedly take up a lot of energy, but with the way she appeared now, he had his doubts on that too. "We cannot fail. Kazuhiko, take her from the right, Rin, from the left, I'm going to attack her head on." Kougji, of course, was speaking in a lower tone, seeing as the two were closer to him, he assumed that she wouldn't be able to hear, but at this point, putting something as simple as that past her would be a grave mistake on their behalf. Taking a step forward now, towards Eden, he lifted his sword on level with his chest area. "Sorry to keep you waiting, I seems you've put on a rather magical display for us, can't say I'm flattered though, seems rather superfluous." Kougji was attempting to draw her complete attention to himself, giving the other two a far better chance of landing a surprise attack. Kougji jumped into action, his sword was sweeping along the ground at his right, his body was leaning forward. His attention was mainly on avoiding any further damage and casualties on the hospital, his desire was to prevent them harm, most of all his sotaichou.
