Information Name: Hibiki Kirisho Aliases: N/A Appearance Age: 25 years old Actual Age: approximately 375 years old Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Personality: Over the years, Hibiki's personality has changed, often for the better. He is quite work-oriented, in that he considers it to be a priority even during normal day-to-day activities and will usually obey orders to the letter, but will not hesitate in disobeying them should the situation demand it. He does not care too much about work relationships, or any other kind of relationship for that matter. It is for this reason that he seldom cares about what others think of him, whether it be good or bad, though he does indeed wish for others to think highly of him, it doesn't bother him if they disregard him either way. However, some traces of his past personality are still present, despite his best efforts to remove them. This include, but are not limited to, his cowardice, his almost childishly short fuse, his penchant for yelling, his habit of avoiding personal issues or changing the subject of a conversation, and a personal bias to other people, as well as some form of prejudice and faulty or hasty generalization.
Immediately after his hollowfication, Hibiki has been quite bitter and hostile to nearly everyone. Thankfully, this has grown milder over time, and though he is still resentful and harbors bitterness, he has learnt to simply accept it. However, he is still not beyond to lashing out at those who he deems as responsible for his hollowfication, aside from that he has grown more casual and passive in terms of his personality, though is not afraid to speak his mind if he thinks it is appropriate to do so.
After the destruction of the Soul Society, and the recent theft of his own printing press. Hibiki has become much more immersed in his work. His work ethic has reached such a level that even his own personal health and safety have sometimes taken a back seat. This is to restore both his own Squad barracks, and the rest of the Soul Society into working order. Biography: Hibiki was a child born into a poor family. They were nomads relying upon the winds of fate to shelter them. One day they chanced upon an old abandoned building and took shelter, there they had a chance to live peacefully, but only for a week or so. A furious storm hit the area, lightning and winds tore apart the roof of their house and the rain brought about a tremendous flood. Their parents urged them to cross the raging waters, so they did. All of them went across, save for Hibiki, when he mustered the courage to brave the hellish winds, a strong gale, carrying a piece of metal ended his life as its force knocked him into the river unconscious where he drowned.
He woke up in the district of Rukongai #80. Scrambling to find his parents, his siblings, the young Hibiki eventually gave up. Over the years he lived in this unforgiving district, running, surviving, existing. He went through a lot of ordeals in Rukongai, some he'd rather not mention. In the district he forgot everything about his past life, his family, his name, and his cause of death, though they still continued to haunt him nonetheless, which proved time and time again to be a painful experience for him. Because he forgot nearly everything, he was forced to give himself a new name, he named himself 'Hibiki' during his stay in Rukongai, and later on, added a surname to it 'Kirisho'. When he enrolled in the Soul Academy, he left behind Rukongai, and all of the dreadful experiences he had along with it.
After being promoted as the 9th Squad Captain, Hibiki was stationed in the Human World to act as part of Seiretei's first line of detection against enemies. Though initially this did not bother him all too much, Hibiki became more and more irritated during the events concerning the Exaequeres, mainly because of the information he was supplied with, or lack thereof. Of course, this did not stop him from assisting in whatever way he could, even if it meant earning him the disdain of most of his peers because of his apparent desertion. After having done his best to clear his name, Hibiki left for the Human World once again as he waited for further instructions, there he learned to calm down a bit more, but has also learned to become a bit more cynical and sarcastic.
After the war with the Sephira, Hibiki left his residence-- or rather the Hakase's residence-- in the Human World to focus on the reconstruction of Soul Society, as well as his own Squad offices. Due to his battle with Zenos, he has sustained several limb fractures, though this has not hindered him in any visible way from performing his captain's duties. Voice: Suwabe Junichi Themes: Race: Vizard Affiliation: Soul Society Division: 9th Rank: Captain - Rank A Vizard Appearance Height: 6’4” Weight: 154 lbs Hair Color: White Eye Color: Hazel, yellow when hollowfied Usual Clothing: A sleeveless haori draped over a black dress shirt, a pair of dark-colored slacks to replace the hakama with a simple belt in place of the obi as well as a pair of black tanker boots replacing the traditional straw sandals. Reiatsu Color (body): White, black when hollowfied Zanpakutō Position: Tied to his left waist Other description: Not much else can be said about Hibiki, if there is anything to say about him at all. Despite his relatively work-oriented personality, he gives off a casual air around him, which causes him to neither stand out nor completely remain unnoticed in a crowd. Accessories: N/A

Zanpakutō Inner World Appearance: Hibiki’s inner world is a rundown village, bearing a similarity to that of a standard Rukongai village. The village is surrounded by an extremely dense forest, preventing both entrance and exit to it, and is void of all signs of life. The sky is caught in a perpetual sunset, and the clouds are suspended in mid-air.
Kazeoni (風鬼, wind demon) A standard katana featuring a yellow, rectangular tsuba and pitch black tsuka-ito. Kazeoni has an elemental affinity of wind.
Shikai: It is triggered by the command Kirikizu (切り傷, cut). Upon release, Kazeoni's katana form vanishes in a strong burst of winds, and a large, four-point shuriken with three-foot blades materializes in its place. The shuriken itself is made of tempered steel and can cut with the slightest of touches
Shikai Special Ability: Kazeoni's Shikai deals primarily with offensive maneuvers that utilizes both the speed and cutting power of the Shikai shuriken.
Tsume (爪, talon) By riding the air trail left by an enemy's movements, Kazeoni can follow its target until it hits it or until it is reflected or recalled by Hibiki. Additionally, Hibiki can control it in mid-flight using one of his hands, however, this must be maintained for the duration of the shuriken’s flight.
Speed is equal to target's Speed. Kuchibasi (嘴, beak) Hibiki throws Kazeoni in a straight line towards the enemy at rapid speeds, comparable to a pergrin falcon's dive (220 mph) This is it's most powerful attack, but its weakness is that it cannot be redirected and very hard to recall.
Cuts through 10/10 Armor/Hierro Hane (羽, wing) This technique allows Kazeoni to vanish on the spot and reappear in Hibiki's hand through a rudimentary form of teleportation, in that it will still move from its place towards Hibiki, but will do so at great speeds. If used correctly, Kazeoni can be thrown, then teleported across the battlefield and turned thus allowing for its trajectory to be changed and giving way to surprise attacks.
Obtained?: Yes
Bankai: Tenrai Kazeoni - (天来 風 鬼, heavenly wind demon) - Upon release, the shuriken will expand itself and shine brightly, creating a twelve-foot "X" shaped cross that still possesses the same cutting ability as its Shikai. It will then begin to turn in a windmill-like fashion, accelerating with each cycle until it is a complete blur. At this point, the winds it will generate start to strengthen until two bright, massive wings emerge from the center and begin to spin around perpendicular to the cross. This will create a tornado which will complete the activation of Tenrai Kazeoni's Bankai release. Though this process is a fixed prerequisite of Bankai, the rate at which it occurs can be changed, ranging from half-a-hour to a blink of an eye.
Bankai Special Ability: Tenrai Kazeoni's Bankai deals with using wind for both offensive and defensive maneuvers. It has a handful of modes which it switches in between one another to adapt from one situation to another. Though each of them is different to another, the main similarity is that all of them utilize a Bankai object as a medium for wind.
Fūjin (風神, wind god) This form of Tenrai Kazeoni is one to six large cyclones. Here his forms of attack are his cyclones, which are generated by six chakram blades. The chakram blades are either in the center of the cyclone or are revolving around a target, they are invisible. Generally he uses six cyclones but he can merge two, three or all of them to create a more powerful cyclone. Here the chakram blades merely create a singular cyclone by rotating around each other and have not actually merged.
One cyclone has 4/10 Strength which increase by 2 points per additional cyclone.
Kaban (鞄, bag) This can be activated only during Fujin mode. The zanpakuto appears to give the impression of being sealed, as it returns to its sheathed unsealed form. However, only part of it was returned, specifically the blades, while the winds were allowed to remain inside the scabbard. Due to this suppression, this mode is undistinguishable from the seal form, giving it the lethal element of surprise. Once the sword is drawn, even partially, the winds compressed into the scabbard rush out at full force, at the same time, a vacuum is created inside the scabbard that pulls inward at the same magnitude as the winds. This insanely powerful push and pull force of the wind effectively suspends everything around the sword. And though the duration lasts for only a few seconds, the stasis is immensely powerful.
Holds in place with 15/10 Strength Asa no Kiri (朝の霧, morning mists) This can be activated only during Fujin mode. The entirety of the zanpakuto is reshaped into three massive shurikens, each easily as tall as a full-grown human. These three shurikens rotate around a singular point each in a different axis. This attack is extremely powerful, and is Hibiki’s most powerful attack in terms of raw destructive potential. Once thrown at a target, it will follow the target until impact, provided Hibiki maintains both control over the projectile using his hand, and sight of the target. If either is lost, the projectile will simply continue on its last trajectory path.
Cuts through any level of Armor/Hierro Tengu (天狗, heavenly dogs) This form of Tenrai Kazeoni is one to six chakram whose blades grow brightly. Hibiki's attack style is reminiscent to that of Shikai, except here in Tengu mode, he wields any or all of the six chakram. The blades are twice as strong as the Kazeoni's shuriken form and the blades are now visible. Additionally, he can merge the chakram blades to strengthen their attack force, and he can also control them while they are in mid-flight.
Cuts through 13/10 Armor/Hierro which increase by 2 points per additional chakram.
Uchiwa (団扇, fan) This can be activated only during Tengu mode. One or all of the chakram blades are condensed into a pair of Wind and Fire wheels, or simply one of them. They carry with them the ability to create powerful burst of winds upon attack. When all of them are used in a single attack, the winds created can decimate an entire building.
Concussive force ignores target's defense Kizashi (兆し, harbinger) This can be activated only during Tengu mode. During any time, any chakram blade can be shattered into a hundred serrated blade fragments. On their own, these fragments hold no real threat; however they can be commanded by Hibiki to perform a specific type of movement.
Kensaku (検索, search) Here the blade fragments simply revolve around Hibiki, though they may occasionally collide with other objects, they possess no real force. Kakusu (隠す, hide) Here the blade fragments suddenly stop and disappear, they remain hidden for as long as they keep still. Tsukamu (つかむ, seize) Here Hibiki marks a specific target before uttering the command, then, the blade fragments rush in towards the target from their location. The fragments are enough to cause deep lacerations in the skin, and though this is futile in the face of those with iron-like skin, it can puncture through anything given enough time.
Reduces struck area's Armor/Hierro by 1 point per impact. Su (巣, nest) It can be activated at any mode. An advanced version of Hane in that the object being recalled now moves at a rate faster than Shunpo, making it appear that it had teleported. No longer is the recall limited to the weapon as Hibiki can "call" the weapon to himself and the weapon can "call" Hibiki to it, and the different blades can call one another to themselves as well.

Description It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside. Requirements
Hakufuku (白伏, White Crawl)

Description This technique muddles the consciousness of its target. Requirements
Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, Incantation Abandonment) A skill that releases Kidō without a spirit chant. While it decreases the time needed to release the Kidō, it drastically weakens the spell.
Agility Dashing This skill allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's atributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent.
Requires a 10 in Agility - Hohō. Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Steps) This skill is a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
Requires a 40 in Agility - Hohō. Senka (閃花, Flash Blossom) This technique is a special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back, directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
Requires a 100 in Agility - Hohō & a 120 in Zanjutsu - Swordsmanship & Lieutenant or Captain rank. Techniques Nadegiri (撫で斬り, Clean Sweep) This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.
Requires a 80 in Zanjutsu - Swordsmanship. Fear Reiatsu, at its most basic level can instill fear in others when it is very high (in comparison to the one feeling it).
Requires a 10 in Reiryoku - Reiatsu & the target's Reiatsu needs to be lower than the user's. Stunning High level of spiritual power can cause those of lower power to be stunned by simply being in the presence of a high level spiritual being. It is not uncommon for Humans and souls alike to get the wind knocked out of them by simply being near a spiritual being with a high level of spiritual pressure.
Requires a 30 in Reiryoku - Reiatsu & the target's Reiatsu needs to be lower than the user's Paralysis When a Spiritual being of high Reiatsu chooses to they can paralyze an opponent just by focusing pressure through their stare.
Requires a 80 in Reiryoku - Reiatsu & the target's Reiatsu needs to be 30 points lower than the user's.

Other Powers and Abilities Master Zanpakuto Specialist Hibiki is at his best when he is wielding his zanpakuto in its released states. His mastery of the shuriken, the chakram, the cyclone and even the dart-like blade fragments is very much noticeable.
Expert Swordsmanship Specialist Though he would rather be wielding his Zanpakuto in its released form, Hibiki is still quite adept in swordsmanship.
Kido Expert Hibiki is an expert when it comes to Kido spells, though he is not as adept as true kido masters, his level of skill is still quite noticeable.
Hohō Expert Though he is not nearly in the same league as the speed demons of the Gotei 13, Hibiki has a high level of speed and agility.
Master Hand-to-Hand Specialist Due to one of his zanpakuto’s forms, Hibiki has become exceedingly proficient when it comes to offensive strikes using his hands or feet. He is also quite masterful even when it comes to defensive maneuvers.
Enhanced Strength and Endurance Hibiki has a high amount of raw physical strength, and endurance. Though oftentimes, he is only able to fully utilize them in life or death situations.
Great Spiritual Energy Although he likes to keep his reiatsu in check, when it is let loose, Hibiki actually boasts a high level of reiatsu. True to his affinity, Hibiki's reiatsu is wind-based, inducing chaotic wind currents that zip through in random direction whenever it is let loose.
Expert Strategist and Tactician While not exactly a master at formulating plans, Hibiki is still able to create tactics and battle scenarios for a fight. However, more often than not, these plans rarely come to fruition either due to miscalculation or due to the opponent’s intervention.
Average Intelligence Given the fact that he has lived a fairly average life, Hibiki’s intelligence is fairly average as well. His brain is not that of a super genius, nor is it of an idiot, but rather somewhere in between.
High-Speed Reflexes A by-product of his zanpakuto training is Hibiki’s acquisition of high-speed reflexes in both the eyes and the limbs. Because of the fact that he wields projectiles that can reach speeds rivaling that of a Shunpo, Hibiki’s eyes and hands have been honed to see and react to high-speed objects.
Pseudo-photographic Memory Perhaps a side-effect of his daily schedule, Hibiki has gained a pseudo-photographic memory that works only on texts. For example, he can memorize every line of text in a book, but cannot do so with a photograph. Special Weapon/EquipmentMōkinrui (猛禽類 “birds of prey”) - A pair of heavily customized gauntlets designed by Hibiki himself. Though the mechanisms are a bit crude, the construct itself is an effective weapon. It has several modes for one to choose from when wielding it, and each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. However, because of the rather simple locks and latches designed for the modes, mode switching to one mode automatically cancels out the current mode, forcing it to go back into the gauntlets.
Tatamu (畳む “to fold”) - Refers to the first set of modes.
Nosuri (ノスリ “buzzard”)- The default mode of Mōkin-rui, a standard gauntlet, though it seems to be covered in relatively thick yet detachable bands of steel. It can deliver powerful smashes and can block rather effectively given its substantially additional armor. Washi (和紙 “eagle”) - This mode can be accessed by removing the bands of steel covering the gauntlets, which can then be placed in the upper arm for added protection. This lightens it allowing for faster strikes, but more importantly it displays the array of weapons that were concealed. Even though the steel bands were removed, the gauntlet itself still has considerable metal on itself, thus it is capable of dealing damage via punches, smashes and other such attacks. Fukurō (フクロウ “owl”) - This mode can be accessed by pushing down upon the knuckles of the gauntlets, causing several short spikes to appear on the outside of the gauntlet’s fingers. The spikes are curved outwards towards the fingers and are thus ideal for quickly inflicting grazing and painful wounds. Hagewashi (ハゲワシ “vulture”) - This mode can be accessed by pushing down upon the fingers of the gauntlets, causing a talon-like nail to protrude from the tip of each of the gauntlet’s fingers. The talons are sharp at the tips, and are serrated at their backs, thus making them ideal for ripping and shredding flesh or any other objects the steel can cut through.
Hirogaru (広がる “spread”) - Refers to the second set of modes.
Hayabusa (ハヤブサ “falcon”) - This mode can be accessed by pushing down upon the wrists of the gauntlets, causing two triangular steel sheets to appear on both gauntlets. The sheets will cover the palms and the backhands of the gauntlets, creating an impromptu yet effective katar-like weapon. Hariyā (ハリヤ “harrier”) - This mode can be accessed by flipping the upside-down claw-like weapon found at the gauntlets’ forearms, causing the weapon to spring and lock into place at the backhands of the gauntlets. There are three claws per gauntlet, with each one measuring up to a foot in length. Tako (凧 “kite”) - This mode can be accessed by flipping the lowered thin knife-like weapons found on the outward side of each of the gauntlets, left side for the right and right side for the left, this will cause the weapon to spring and lock into place, still on the same location but now perpendicular to its base. This gives the gauntlets a wing-like accessory measuring up to a foot in length. Misago (ミサゴ “osprey”) - This mode can be accessed by removing the shot band of steel found underneath the palms of the gauntlets, revealing a row of five small hook tips peeking out from each of the hidden compartments. Each of the small hooks is attached to a length of reasonably thin bungee cord, that is looped around the inner compartment of the gauntlets, between the base steel of the weapons and the final layer of steel above the skin. Taka (鷹 “hawk”) - This mode can be accessed by a quick flick of the wrist, causing two steel arrow-like shafts to shoot out from the outer two of three compartments, positioned underneath each of the gauntlets. Ammunition for this is stored elsewhere other than the gauntlets themselves. Another way to access this mode is to push down on the middle compartment, causing a single steel shaft to shoot out, while attached to a length of reasonably thin bungee cord stored in another compartment, thus allowing it to be retrieved and shot back again.
Hone Hane (骨 羽 “bone feather”) - The last mode, accessed when a string tied to the thumb is pulled, usually when the worn gauntlet is abruptly removed. This will trigger a powerful explosion, destroying the respective gauntlet and sending the steel blades and fragments flying at great speeds, effectively turning them into deadly shrapnel. Miscellaneous Information Likes: Punctuality, diligence, humorous or lighthearted comic books and television shows, financing and sandwiches Dislikes: Being completely disregarded or ignored, laziness, snob and arrogant attitudes, overly priced items and cucumbers Fears: Comically, he is afraid of Sudoku puzzles as it gives him a headache. He is also afraid of anything that reminds him of his past life. Special Skills: Pseudo-photographic memory and typewriter-like writing speed using only his hand Trivia:
His name roughly means sound cut sho-- a wind instrument that uses reeds-- respectively. Hibiki stems from a statement made by Kazeoni, asking him if he’ll either be the sound that the wind carries forward to die or the echo that defies the wind but continues to persist; wherein he chose he’d be both. Kirisho signifies the two individuals who know of his past life. Quite obviously, most of his Shikai abilities are parts of a bird. Additionally, his Bankai abilities revolve around the Shinto wind god Fujin, who is known for his role in creation for unleashing the powerful winds from his bag to allow the sun to shine. And the supernatural creatures, Tengu, who have been known to carry magical fans that either grow and shrink a person’s nose, or to generate strong winds. Point System Zanjutsu

HollowficationHibiki’s mask is disturbing, to say the least, a skeletal looking exterior, resembling that of a bird of some sort, with a single gash-like opening, revealing a horrendous set of teeth underneath. Like most, if not all Vizards, Hibiki dons his mask by swiping his hand over his face. His voice is distorted in this state, echoing both his and his inner hollow’s voice as they speak at the same time, his sclera also blackens, and his iris turns yellow. His reiatsu also turns jet-black.
Immense Reiatsu The insane increase in reiatsu his mask provides him with is outright shocking. This monstrous reiatsu, couple with his horrendous mask gives Hibiki a frightening aura. This manifests as a powerful singular wind current that predominates over the entire battlefield, its direction changes depending upon Hibiki.
Phantom Pain High level of spiritual pressure can make an opponent feel as though they are being attacked though nothing is physically happening to them.
A 110 in Reiryoku - Reiatsu & the target's Reiatsu needs to be 40 points lower than the user's. Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash,") Description This technique is an energy blast, it consists of firing a blast of concentrated spirit energy at the target. They are typically red in color, but the color may vary between Vizard.
Can damage those with a 60/100 in Armor and Hierro. Dual-type ReiatsuAside from his reiatsu’s intensity, it is also dual-natured, like all Vizards Minor TelekinesisHibiki barely benefits from the minor telekinetic ability his hollowfication gives him. Even more so, given the fact that it only works on his zanpakuto, something which Hibiki can already perform anyway. Point System Zanjutsu
