MINOR REVISION Character Name: Captain Proustite Reason for Revision: His weapon upgrade varied from his original concept-- mostly because I forgot what his original weapon upgrade was supposed to be. I'm posting here because I need approval for his captain and general stages. Captain click!Just a whip. My intention is to use it as a youma training tool, pretty much. General Also a whip! It's magical this time, though. Striking an opponent with the tip of his whip will induce a 10-15 second paralysis of a particular limb/body part, depending on where contact is made. It's concentrated-- in the sense that hitting somebody in the jaw will only give them a nasty case of lock jaw, without spreading to the rest of the face, and thoroughly impede their ability to speak while Proustite mocks them. Striking somebody on the elbow will, however, temporarily paralyze the whole arm. However, the size of the body is directly connected to the duration of the paralysis. The bigger the limb, the more magic is necessary to maintain paralysis, and the less time that limb actually spends paralyzed. So 15 seconds for something the size of a hand or a jaw, and 10 for arms and legs. He can only use this magic 3x per battle.

MINOR REVISIONCharacter Name: Avacyn Zak // Sailor Amytis, Dark Mirror Senshi of Karma Reason for Revision: Modifying the symbolism & changing the wording to the way I usually write attacks; also removing the delay between use and execution on her Basic/Super and adding to the radius on her Eternal, essentially making them a little stronger since I believe they're kind of underpowered as is! Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Amytis Consequence! Execution - Amytis shouts the name of her attack, raising clasped palms in front of her face, and opens her hands to reveal a dark energy triple spiral. The spiral appears on the target's chest and is then absorbed. Effect - This causes the affected party to receive a third of the affect of any attacks they preform. Use Limits - This attack may be preformed twice per battle and affects one person. Power Limits - The effects of this attack will be present for twenty-five seconds. Weaknesses - There is a two second delay between the appearance of the spiral and the absorption where the attack can be avoided. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Amytis Repercussion! Execution - Amytis closes her eyes and clasps her palms in front of her, whispering her attack's name. Effect - Those affected by the attack receive a boost in morale, as if reaping the benefits of their good karma. It increases their abilities to dodge enemy attacks or land their own. Use Limits - All persons within a five foot radius of her are subject to her attack. Power Limits - The effects of this attack will be present for fourty seconds. Weaknesses - This attack will affect both enemies and allies within the attack's radius. to Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Amytis Consequence! A shower of lotus petals* falls in a ten-foot radius around her, and everyone within the radius, friend or foe, receives a boost in morale, as if reaping the benefits of their good karma. It allows them a boost in dodging enemy attacks and landing their own. These effects last for forty seconds. Amytis can use this attack once per battle. *Wikipedia says "Lotus symbolically represents karma in many Asian traditions. A blooming lotus flower is one of the few flowers that simultaneously carries seeds inside itself while it blooms. Seed is symbolically seen as cause, the flower effect. Lotus is also considered as a reminder that one can grow, share good karma and remain unstained even in muddy circumstances." APPROVED

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Eternal Sailor Europa Reason for Revision: I was looking over these ahead of the WP plot, and realized that while they're not bad attacks, the descriptions are terribly worded and hard to understand. I would like to submit revised descriptions without changing the general effect of the attacks (although her second attack requires some nerfing, I think, and I am accounting for it). Quote: Attack #1 NAME: Europa Deep Ocean Pressure The enemy is overtaken by the sensation that they are underwater... except they're not, they're just being held down by several tons of pressure. It makes it difficult for the enemy to move and can cause momentary damage like shortness of breath, but Sailor Europa and her allies are not affected, nor is the actual weight of the target changed. (The attack is strictly sensational.) It wears off after about fifteen to twenty seconds. Attack #1a NAME: Europa Deep Ocean Blackout A "blanket" effect of darkness and and pressure descends on the field of battle in a radius of about fifteen feet, extending out from Europa at the time of casting. Only Chaos combatants are affected by the pressure, but other Order characters are affected by the darkness as well. Sailor Europa's brooch lights up, providing her with light to attack by but also making her an easy target should anyone be able to overcome the pressure paralysis. The paralysis wears off after thirty seconds, but the darkness can linger for upwards of a minute. If Europa uses this attack a second time, the radius of the darkness is reduced to about eight feet, and the length of the paralysis is reduced to fifteen seconds. Attack #2: (for Eternal and beyond for senshi) NAME: Europa Deep Ocean Terror Eternal Sailor Europa targets either a single enemy, or a group of enemies each standing within about two feet of each other. The target is seized by a sensation of extreme dread and begins to believe they can see eldritch abominations lurking at the edges of their vision, although observers will not see anything unusual. The effects of the attack last for a minute naturally, but can be dispelled sooner by a strong-willed opponent or one who realizes it's just their imagination. Weak-willed opponents may be left shaken after the attack's effects have worn off. to Quote: Sailor Senshi Attack: Europa Deep Ocean Pressure Sailor Europa singles out a target by pointing to them, and calls the name of her attack. The target is overtaken by a sensation of tremendous pressure, making movement nearly impossible, as well as causing momentary dizziness and shortness of breath. The effects wear off after fifteen seconds. Super Senshi Attack: Europa Deep Ocean Blackout When Sailor Europa calls the name of this attack, a blanket of darkness and pressure descends upon the field with a radius of fifteen feet. The pressure effect is diluted by how many chaos-aligned combatants are present - a single opponent will feel the full brunt, but it is divided by each additional combatant caught inside the area of effect - three opponents would feel only a third of the pressure each, for example, and would thus be impeded but not stopped outright. The darkness is total and unilateral, affecting everyone within the area equally regardless of alignment, and Europa's brooch and tiara gem glow for the duration, providing her light to work by but also making her an easy target. Both the pressure and darkness last for thirty seconds. If Europa uses this attack a second time, the radius is reduced to eight feet, and the duration is reduced to fifteen seconds. Eternal Senshi Attack: Europa Deep Ocean Terror Sailor Europa singles out a target or group of closely-spaced targets, with no more than two feet of space between each link in the chain, by pointing, and calls the name of this attack. The target is seized by an extreme sense of dread, accompanied by hallucinations of darkness and deep-sea monsters at the corners of their field of vision. The attack's effects last for a minute, and may leave targets feeling shaken, anxious, distracted, and nauseous, especially if they are not strong-willed enough to realize it is all in their head. It will always roll away from Tantalus. They will never quite be able to actually catch the apple - if they get close, it will start rolling again. Now though, the magic lasts for 20 seconds. Eternal Sailor Attack: Damocles Devoted ArmorThis is an even stronger version of the previous attacks. Now lasting 30 seconds, the controlled opponent is now inclined to follow basic commands such as "stay here" or "Protect ??? instead", aside from protecting Damocles. This does have its drawbacks however. The more against the opponents nature it is, the less likely they are to listen. MINOR REVISIONCharacter Name: Ariel Mishnah Reason for Revision: I've been writing her a bit differently, I feel, than her profile states. I'd like to drop a flaw & virtue that I think don't come up much to replace them with a dual one that fits her way better. Quote: Leader/Capable - She's good at organizing and when the situation calls for it, she can be an inspiring leader. She has a natural command tone to her voice and can make quick decisions when its time for them. While others might get flustered over sudden, chaotic activity, she actually thrives on it and finds it makes her senses and her mind sharper. She will always be the first in line to deal with any tough situation and she will do it with grace and capability. When not a leader, she can be a capable second in command, or even grunt, to someone she has respect for. Its hard to find a situation that would put her in over her head, but in the rare chance that happens, she usually defaults to seeking out the next highest in authority for guidance. She can, though, find it hard to play subordinate to someone she sees as less than capable. If there is no respect, she tends to want to assert herself. to Quote: Fearless - Ariel does not back down from a challenge and some of the things that would make other people baulk, barely make her blink. She knows what she wants and she goes and gets it. This can be a good thing, in that she doesn't shy away from hard work, difficult tasks or odds that are stacked against her. She won't back down from a fight she needs to win or let herself be scared away from something she wants by someone else. Fear is not to be indulged. AND Quote: Spiteful/Vengeful - She holds grudges for a very, very long time and trust, once lost, is never regained. She doesn't just 'get over it' and finds it nearly impossible to forgive. She might not be quick to label someone an enemy, but she will never really forget that at one time you did something wrong in her eyes. Its sort of the flip side to her blind loyalty to 'her side'. This could cause a serious issue in some instances where she could flatly refuse to work with someone because of something they said or did in the past. to Quote: Fearless - Having no fear becomes a flaw when its taken too far and more than once, Ariel has proven that she will take on things any normal person would have known better than to do. She is not afraid to stand up to superiors that are far above her station and she will jump into fights that anyone could tell you she wouldn't win, that it was the height of stupidity to try. Lack of caution has lead to some serious injuries in the past, and most likely a bad reputation with people she really needs on her side rather than against her. APPROVED

It's that familiar, pins-and-needles sort of feeling that makes it difficult to stand after you sit on your foot funny for too long. Painful, but not debilitating. Approved!
