eh, not a big fan of tribal, that's why I didn't like most of Onslaught.
I like a wide range of things. Also, any format where you can build a good control deck without using much blue is also great. (see Kamigawa 4-Cc in the regionals thread).

metaljesse eh, not a big fan of tribal, that's why I didn't like most of Onslaught. I like a wide range of things. Also, any format where you can build a good control deck without using much blue is also great. (see Kamigawa 4-Cc in the regionals thread).

Odyssey block is insane (U/G madness decks are ruthless, decks with Mirrari's Wakes are broken as heck, and there's always that Wild-friggin'-Mongrel) Plus I started MTG around Odessey block and Nantuko Shade was my first booster rare. Seriously. Torment's definitely my favorite set of all time.
