The corner of her lips tugs slightly as Zara lowers her head slightly in a nod, returning her gaze to the sheet in front of her. "I will make a minor specification that each of us can agree upon." she answers easily.

I, Matron Zaraun Gaundroth, have vowed to allegiance with Qu'ellar Tor'afin.
I, Matron Lariexith of Tor'afin, have vowed allegiance to House Gaundroth.
I, Matron Zaraun, have vowed to aid Tor'afin if this House should ever encounter trouble
I, Matron Zaraun, swear that neither I, nor any House member, are permitted to declare war on this House as long as this Contract remains untarnished.
I, Matron Zaraun Gaundroth independently agree to this Contract and allegiance with Lariexith of Tor'afin. Thus agreement and allegiance steadfast until one or both Matrons logically feels it is in the best interest of their own individual household to render this agreement annulled.

Once the Matron was done marking the parchment, Lariexith then reached across the coffee table and pulled the scroll up so she could read. After carefully reading over the last few lines, Lari then began to ravel up the scroll and place it back in her purse.
"So the agreement to our allegiance is official. Now my dear, I have one last question to ask before you depart. Who... was the attacker when your House fell the first time? Was it perhaps one of the Houses around here?"

Zara gives the parchment to the guard at her side, where he then sets the parchment on the coffee table between them. The Matron lifts her vivid ruby eyes to the other Drowess, her expression darkening as she gently shakes her snow white head. "That... I do not know..." she murmurs, "They were swift... I have tried to discover their identity, but to no avail."

"Tragic... and a pity. I'll certainly keep my eyes and ears open for that information. We shouldn't let a cowardly hidden assassin go loose. Take care my dear. I don't mean to run you out but I have another who wishes for my audience. But don't worry, you'll be hearing from me very soon," Lari flashed a kind smile at Zara.

"I agree in regards in both aspects. And if I had even a hint of who it may be, I would not hesitate to return the favor." Zara murmurs in agreement. Her eyes return to the other Drowess, her expression softening briefly as she lowers her chin in a slight nod. "We all have our duties. I hope I did not keep you from yours for too long." The Matron answers easily as she releases a breath, steadying herself as she lifts herself to her feet. The guard to her right doesn't hesitate to reach out in case she needs his assistance to steady herself. "Hopefully in our next meeting we can discuss the upcoming House that is forming."

Lariexith noted the last comment and added it up to what was said previously about Gaundroth almost being the lowest, "I will be looking forward to it, my dear. I hope you get some rest. That little drowling must be weary from its mother's rounds," Lari chuckled as she waved good bye.
The guards at the door bowed at Gaundroth's departure.
One of the guards stepped aside and began talking to Lariexith in dark elf silent about the newcomer who had killed the guard captain but now stood unarmed and waiting at the front gate. He also bore a package; a gift. Food from the surface. He had also requested the position of Weapons Master and claimed he had a base on the surface designed perfectly for raids.
How delightful, more gifts, Lariexith thought with a smug grin. - Have the food prepared for me in the Throne Room after I am done with all of these meetings. - Lariexith signaled back.
The guard then nodded and turned to one guard to have him retrieve the package while he stepped in line to see the Matron of Gaundroth out of Tor'afin's grounds.

By this point,Flamgra had been sitting up with his legs crossed on the mushroom. Petting his adorable new companion, no matter what he did; the spider would not leave his side. He didn't mind; he never had a pet before, this could be kind of fun. He turned his attention to the gate once more, placing Keeshe upon his shoulder.
"The meeting has got to be over by now.." Flamgra said impatiently, he was always in a rush to get these sort of things done. The more you prolong it; the more likely it is you are NOT going to be accepted. Flamgra didn't know why,but he no longer felt that this was a trap. He secretly slipped the dart he had saved out of his armor and flicked it into the distance.

The gates opened as the party of Gaundroth departed. Then slowly one of the gates closed and the other remained open as the same cloaked guard approached up to the disarmed drow who had been waiting for nearly an hour, "The Matron is ready to see you now. Follow me."

Flamgra nodded and walked through the gate, following the cloaked guard up to the guest house. His little friend perched on his shoulder, clinging to his armor and slowly rocking to sleep.
"Is the Matron in there?" Flamgra asked curiously,he would have expected a much larger place for a Matron of a house to reside.Never the less Flamgra followed the man down the path and to the door of the guest house.

The guard lead the drow up the path to the Guest House. Whilst passing the beautiful Courtyard as they passed it on the right side, the black mist that continuously moves around the establishment began to clear. The bountiful fungi glowed as Deep Rothe moved in between and grazed upon them. The farmer/ shepherd slaves could be seen scattered about. Along the path there was leaning stalagmites that still had archers inside them and peering down at the duo cautiously from their slits. But these slits were not easily seen, the windows glowing with enchanted faerie fire attracted the eye as shadows belonging to doppelganger slaves shaped like drow stood in them and peered about.
Further up the path it lead to a slope, which lead up to a hill, and on top of that hill was where the Guest House stood. Archers crouched in the rafters above as they starred at the drow and readied their weapons warily should the drow make any sudden movements.
The cloaked guard then stood aside from the door to the Guest House and made a gesture with his hand, "The Lady waits for you... in here."

Flamgra admired the beautiful work of the courtyard and the constant work of the slaves below. He was uneasy about the archers in the stalatites but trusted that this man would not signal an attack.
"I see, many thanks" Flamgra said turning the door knob and entering the building, it was a very nice place; he would be proud if he could call this home. Once inside he saw the matron standing there, once he had closed the door he got down to one knee. He placed his arm across his chest and bowed.
"Matron Lariexith of house Tor'afin, I am Flamgra lil Faern. I have requested your audiance with hopes of filling your weapons master position, should you find me worthy." Flamgra said as he slowly looked up at her,she was an exceptionally beautiful drow woman. All matrons seemed to be that way.

Lariexith smiled down at the male drow. She still wore her usual outfit that most Matrons wouldn't dare to wear. Most Matrons would wear dresses that are flowing, long, and slightly revealing. But Lariexith wore small mini skirts with a flare, high buckled combat boots, and scaled corsets. Most of the time she has a theme going on like snakes, spiders, and cobwebs. Today it was snakes. An embroidery of tiny brass snakes covered the green, purple, red, and blue scaled corset. She also wore a red flare skirt and just peeking under was a golden snake band wrapped around her left thigh. The same bands wrapped around her upper arms. Her boots were a dark tan leather with snake-like buckles. Her hair was up in pigtails with green snake bands wrapped around them. And she wore her usual style of makeup with the ashed eye shadow and loopy designs under her eyes. One of the things that stuck out was the tattoo on her right arm that looked like snake coils which matched perfectly with her outfit. The other thing was the mace that was hanging from her dark tan leather belt.
The Matron stepped forward with a grace that was soundless. Touching the back of a satin dark blue high backed chair with a black doily with her long red nails she then walked around and came to a dainty sit.
"Welcome to Tor'afin male drow. Please take a seat so we can discuss this... position you have requested.." a slow, smile crossed her lips.

"Ofcourse Matron" Flamgra slowly stood up,admiring her outfit. Hers was a special flare that was unique to matrons. The snake theme was an interesting touch, most matrons would choose spider ovr anything. Taking a seat on a nearby couch, keeping his posture and leaning slightly foreward; so not to crush the spider perched on his shoulder. As well he did not want to puncture the couch with the razor spikes on his plate armor.
"I have come with hopes to serve your household, as your weapon master" Flamgra said, slightly straightening himself,he wanted to look presentable for the matron.
"On a personal crusade to the surface, I lead a successful shock troop mission on a Sylvan city, along with four Dunmer we overtook it in one night. Our main objected was the house that governed the city, at first we had scaled the walls and stuck to the shadows, evading the guards. Dunmer, unfortunately are inadequit with the shadow blending ability native to the Drow; so they exposed us withing fifty feet of the master bedroom. Along with a lack of shadow blending technique, they weren't very battle ready; out of twenty guards I disposed of ten myself. Then I alone proceeded to the master bedroom, killing the head Sylvan myself. The greatful Dunmer gave me the title WarLord." Flamgra took a bow, he did not want to seem too proud infront of Lariexith.
"I wish you lend you my strength and talents with the blade." He said, placing his arm across his chest. giving another slow bow.

Lariexith listened carefully to the male's words while gently caressing one of the arms of the chair. Once he was finished Lari paused for a minute before continuing, "Yes... my guards told me something about that. And is this place still accessible? As a base camp perhaps to further raid the surface?"
