"Thank you," Angel would tell Gaby as she helped her up. "I'm sorry I didn't get your name before. I was too worried about opaj at that time to ask. Mine's Angel." She'd tell the girl.
However, Dzan pissed her off. "He's my boyfriend, so yes I was jumping in to make sure he was fine. Do you have a problem with that? I didn't think so." She wouldn't even give him time to answer before turning to lend a hand to opaj.
"I'm not sure what was happening. All I know is that I entered, it got really hot in here then some stone thing started shooting flames, cleaning off all of our clothing." That about summed it up.

"Blew up?" opaj stared up at the domed ceiling, noticing for the first time that the decorations had all either burned up or melted down. "Marius left?"
He lay there in silence for a moment, pondering the situation. There were hundreds of miles of ice between them and civilization, and he wasn't exactly planning on getting spotted with a group of pirates; his plan had been to raid a deserted city, then walk away from his life of crime as though it had never happened.
Well.
Perhaps it was time to play the hero card.
"You know, I hear there's a goddess or something down there," opaj said, wrinkling his noise at the smell-memories 'down there' elicited. "Maybe if we, um, fix things, or figure things out, she'll be ever-so-grateful and give us a reward? ...wouldn't be a total loss, and it has been bugging me not knowing what happened here."

"Well, that rock was going to make us either rich or invincible, but i guess it isn't now," Gaby explained. But the way thinks looked, if they had gotten the rock safely to the ship, Captain Marius might have taken it himself along with everything else.
She turned towards Angel who had introduced herself, "I'm Gaby. it's nice to meet you."
EDIT:
Gaby turned towards Opaj, "I guess you're right about that. But what if that Arturo guy is crazy and the Godqueen isn't really down there."

He listened to both of their explanations, and shook his head. "I swear..."
No idea who this Marius fellow was, but he watched Angel coming back up with few clothes... and groaned. "That still explains absolutely nothing."
As Opaj came out, he finally snapped back to reality, muttering to himself the explanations he was getting as a way to work things out. He hadn't seen any of the scholarly people he was supposed to be working with, probably his own fault. At least he was able to find a couple of people he half-knew.
"You three aren't together, are you? Like... in a party together?"

+++He would merely look back towards the man as he began to talk. He was her's? It made him chuckle, but he'd hide it behind a fake cough. He was waiting patiently for everything that was going on and he didn't know. GodQueen? Should he try and help the b***h? He honestly did not know. Though, he knew one thing. If they left this whole with s**t tied down getting to it someone or something may cut the rope or come in behind them and they would never know.

Sitting up, he nodded to Bleu. "opaj, nice to meet you. You must be the one who shined the light on me while I was down there? I appreciated it. Cheers."
Resting his cheek in his hand, he watched Gaby with a sigh. "Yeah, he could be crazy. But nothing here makes any sense to begin with, does it? He kind of made a good point while we were down there. If he really is from around here, then he would know better than we do, wouldn't he?
"...even if he is an impudent jackass..."
Listening to Dzan, he pinched the bridge of his nose. How was he supposed to react to that? First threatening Angel, then offering to help? "Thanks, I guess," opaj said. If Dzan acted out, opaj would be there to protect her.

Hey, it's not that Lazenca disliked the guy. It's just that... last time they met, Bleu didn't seem like a scholar. He scratched his head, then considered giving Angel his cloak until she found something else, but her boyfriend was there and apparently didn't mind her being in her bra, bloomers, or whateverelse.

Angel would smile at the woman. "Nice to meet you also."
After hearing opaj she would sigh. "We have to go back down there?" She didn't want to go back down if she didn't have to, but she had a feeling they were going to regardless of what she thought.
Angel would grit her teeth as Dzan spoke to her that way. Spinning on her heels, she'd point a finger at him. "Listen schizo boy, if you don't stop bullying people I'm going to serve you to this god queen for lunch, got it?"
Turning away from him, she'd grimace. This was going to turn out bad if she had to travel with this psycho. "Well, I guess I'll be the first one to go back down." She just didn't want to stand around Dzan any longer than she had to.

+++Dzan would say as he stood there. It seemed the s**t was getting ready to go down again, but should he have volunteered to stay up there or not? It would get boring, and it wouldn't get him fights any time soon. Though, he knew the others could probably handle their own he wanted to get into a fight and lose himself. It would greatly improve his mind at the moment. Since Khorne continued to whisper into his head. Though, he was being quiet all of a sudden. This slightly unnerved the Cyberpunk.

((Okay, I'm getting off soon. I had fun with you guys today.))
opaj was uncertain as to where he would be most useful. He wanted to meet this God-Queen in person and explain the situation, but he wasn't sure if leaving Dzan up there alone was terribly wise.
"Gaby, I don't mean to volunteer you, but there's a lot of water down there. Your skills might be useful." He looked to Angel. "And if you're going, I'm going.
"I guess that makes Angel, Bleu, maybe Gaby, and me. Anyone else?"

"Alright, then, i'll go down there, too," Gaby said. Going down the hole had been her intention anyway. If this Godqueen was really down there like Arturo said, she was interested in meeting her. And after learning that Captain Marius had possibly betrayed them, it would be better to see what the GodQueen had to say than to simply walk away empty handed.
