The Jedi was like lightning in his movements - but to him, the world around him had slowed down - as he ran forward to Red. He hopped over the now falling tree in a single, graceful frontflip. He landed with little force and about as nimble-like as they come.

He rushed to Red's side and bent down to see if crashing through a whole tree had damaged her. The Force told him that while she was in some pain, she seemed alright for now.

"Red, what's wrong?" He asked about as kindly as he could. He was more worried about her mental state than anything else.

:: The ice shard went right past Furor as he side stepped. Furor was now standing over his weaken prey a look of evil shining in his blood red eyes. He looked down at the kitsune woman and smirked. He then noticed that the jedi. .Valin he thought his name was standing at her side as well. Furor placed his hand outward and above the fallen injured Kitsune.

He then pulled it back to his side and put it in his pockets. This entire battle she showed him no mercy, yet he was about to show her some. This wasn't like him to just do after someone tired to kill him so many times in one day::

"I leave her in your hands. Make sure when she comes to you tell her if I wanted to kill her I could have with that last attack."

"I'm not knocked out you overconfident twit." She rose to her feet as she heard his words. Part of her expected him to say something like that. She kicks his a** for the first half of the fight and then he pulls something like that and calls himself superior. At least she landed an honest punch. For the moment, that thought seemed to staisfy the voices.

The numbness in her body was starting to fade, likely being replaced with exhaustion. She needed to get home soon. Aasritha would be there anyway. As she rose to her feet she extended her arm, telling Valin to just stay away. She didn't want nor feel the need for any help. For a minute or so she just stood there and let her head orient itself.

"I'm fine. User's kid hits harder than he does." Without another word, she turned South and walked through the woods alone, looking dizzy as hell as though she might fall out any moment. Once she found her bike she'd be fine. It was a matter of getting there though. She only stopped to look back at Epithany. There was no reason behind it, but she looked anyway and then continued on her way.

He should have known that she wasn't going to accept his help nor really answer his question. She was too headstrong, too stubborn for her own damn good. Valin gave a great big sigh. The Jedi still had that look in his eyes - the look that was rare, that only came out when he was completely serious.

You focus so much on not being weak. On being so strong. Yet you're greatest weakness is that you let no one in and you push everyone away. Remember: I am here to help if you want it.

He wanted to add, 'And I walked down that road.' But what he had said was enough for now, no need for lectures. He gave his piece and his support. She wouldn't listen to him, anyway. Whatever her goal - which was probably to shunt those voices in her head into the nearest void - she wasn't going to listen to his advice. The Jedi jumped up into the trees, departing without words to others, and was gone from view quickly enough as he jumped tree to tree.

The cold whispers of doubt and fear crept into his mind... and he worried that in her quest to become so strong, so powerful and to find something in this power to take away the pain and hurt - that Red would only lose herself to it, making her into something she really wasn't.

And that... that was a road once well travelled by this Jedi...

Still perched within the tree tops high over the tortured forest she smirked to herself the scent of blood pervading her nostrils. The battle had long ended bu she had not left her position for what felt like hours.

Alot of good you were...Unable to help out in even the littlest way. succumbing to blood lust has clouded your judgment. You won't be of any use to him, her or anyone for that matter. That fool Furor kept his head longer than you....

A brisk breeze whipped through the tree tops causing the strained living wood to creak from her weight.

Hmmmph...its getting cold...or am I just going numb now.

Jutting through her lower back, piercing almost through to her rib cage was one of the spikes red had used earlier. She had done well to feign being uninjured. Perhaps she didn't realize it at the time herself. She had been careless and fool hardy on the effectiveness of her spell.

What the hell was that supposed to do? Cook her back to her senses? She's a bloody water user you dumb b***h! Ever heard of ground water? Its that type of holier than thou attitude thats going to cost someone their life. Hell it just may have ended you.

By now she had no idea how much blood she had lost. As the spike melted within her it not only caused more blood to flow freely it also acted as a local anesthesia against what should have been severe pain.

So....why am I not dead yet? Being half pierced through your abdomen should really kill you. I mean moving like I was when something had eviscerated so many muscle layers really should have killed me instantly. Hmmph, there I go again acting like I have all the answers. Reading theory in a book doesn't give you all the answers. Hell perhaps I'm dead and the thought that your soul rises is a crock. Perhaps our minds stay active long after the body has passed on?

She paused as if almost expecting an answer to her self query. Well perhaps a few months ago she may have gotten an answer, but at this time she had come to realize that one she was calling Anima was just her mind playing tricks on her. Perhaps it was the guilt of the thousands...no was it millions she killed over the centuries.

Hell probably those people got off easy in comparison to the people she treated as chattel. Their purpose was to adore her. Or at least thats what she thought they were doing at the time. What a foolhardy thought. Adoration does not come from fear. Perhaps the closest to such wishes existed from the people who existed on the eastern portion of the planet. Many still worshiped her form. It would explain the preference for their physical form. How ironic in her need to be loved. She was the one that fell in love with them.

Laughing she felt piercing spikes of pain travel through her entire body. She definitely wasn't dead. Smirking to herself she recognized why she chose such a form.

The pride of these foolish husks always seemed to rival our own. Even after my kind shunned me, they remained by my side. Perhaps I recognized this all those years ago. How else could they seal me away. I let them

Moving slowly and painfully she grasped the gigantic icicle that pierced her form. Screaming out in pain she began to tug at the obstruction. With a final hearty tug she screamed out in agony, her scream transforming into an inhumane screech causing the birds scatter from their nightly roosts. The sound of liquid, much of it blood gushed freely from the gaping wound causing her vision to flicker. Turning her head painfully to survey the damage she grimaced

Now why the hell am I not dead!?

As if to answer her question, the pierced flesh bubbled over issuing another out pouring of blood. Beginning to feel faint she sighed pressing her hand over the wound with a yelp of pain. Chanting an unsteady white glow issued forth from beneath, fading nearly as soon as it began.

Unless I want to die faster, I better forgo the spell casting.

Leaning against the tree trunk she gazed through a clearing through tree canopy staring out into the night sky.

Red perhaps if I can ever find my way off my moral high horse we could be friends. Hell maybe I'd have more

Grinning to herself her vision began to fail her. In the next moment she slumped as she faded to darkness.

The signs of the prior day still lay present upon the land. Forest had definitely seen better days. To anyone coming about, what had transpired would come across as a mystery. Despite the prevalent signs of destruction, life had a way of trying to right itself in almost any situation.

Already many of the animals which had scattered during the chaos had slowly began returning. Wafting in the late day winds the sounds of chirping birds could be heard filtering from above. A number of sprouts had already began to peek through the twisted Ash and debris that littered the forest floor.

On the cusp of the unnatural clearing that had been cleaved into the forest a tree stood considerably less battered in comparison than its neighbors. Like a macabre sap patch's of blood ordained its length giving some semblance of what had transpired the night before. At bases where a branch met the trunk the largest splotch of blood could be seen. Unlike the others large etchings had been gouged into the meat of tree as if some sort of beast had pawed its surface.

Higher up into the boughs of the bits of torn cloth clung to snapped branches. Streaming through the leaves sunlight glinted downward.

::Unks was now standing in the clearing where the battle took place the night before. He covered his nose as the scent of blood was very strong and all over the area. He looked around not seeing anybody.

He moved closer to the tree with the most blood on it. It looked as if it was attacked by something, and something not human. He had a strong feeling of his wife in the area, but of course she wasn't anywhere to be seen::

"This can't be good. .Pith was here, but where is she now?"
PostPosted: Thu May 10, 2007 7:28 pm

Cutting through the stillness of the quiet forest and psychic shout emanated from all directions reverberating like a power horn in the Saiya-jin's skull.

UNKS GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!! I CAN'T CONTROL IT YET!

Whether you had the sense to track energy waveforms or you just happened to be in the vicinity of a 50 yard radius, immediately you knew something bad was going to happen. At that time every bird and able animal in the area immediately began scattering from the area.

GET OUT NOW!

The next moment, a wind hitting like freight train exploded through the area causing trees to dance violently and small boulders and debris to be tossed air borne. As if this wasn't enough what exactly had caused all animal life to scattered approached. Like a beacon in the distance a blinding light approached from the east. In the next moment the entire clearing where the blood spattered tree stood vanished in the blinding light. Delayed a ear shattering explosion could be heard. Vaporized in an instant the entire 50 yard radius was reduced to a smoldering crater. What had been released was no where to be seen.

"What the hell?"

::Unks looked around the area seeing all the animals leaving by the sound of his wifes voice. He didn't know what was going on but it was gonna be big. ..Really big. He couldn't just leave her there though could he? He had no idea what was going on.

He was about to turn away but then there was a large flash of light and a strong wind started to blow. He braced himself for the impact and covered his eyes as they squinted to see what was going on if he could. When the light vanished he uncovered his eyes and tried to see something. .Anything::

"Whoa. . .What on Earth was that?"
PostPosted: Thu May 10, 2007 8:06 pm

Something happened. It wasn't the common kind of something that might lead to small and unimportant chain reactions. Rather, it was the kind of something that made the rest of the world wanna go on hold until the storm calmed. She knew that it was something she had done, though whether it was her anti-social nature, her sadistic behavior the night before, or something completely unrelated she did not know. Hell, it might not be her fault at all.

Not yet ready to approach the clearing she stood alert, her back pressed to a tree a safe distance away. It wasn't much safer she was aware and she might be facing certain death in the near future, but it was about 15 yards behind Unks, and despite how prepared she felt, she was remaining docile as things stood now.

Her mind was silent as though, the atmosphere threatened the very voices, and though she would have enjoyed that very much, she wasn't in a position to be aware of it. Voices or not she'd have to decide soon whether or not to flee the scene.

Converging on the spot as birthed of the devastation itself, a great shadow blotted out the sun for brief moment. The heavy concentration energy soon followed caused all light in a 50 yard radius around the crater to waver and distort vision.

"I STILL SENSE YOU! DEPART MY WARNING WILL NOT BE FELT AGAIN!"

Descending on the crater was none other than Epithany, But clearly there was something off. An aura of raw energy appear to flow off her being in waves. Musculature was much greater than normal as she seemed to look as though she should be entering a Miss Universe contest standing a 6'6 foot rather than her usual 5'6. Her normally olive hued skinned had taken on a scaly armored appearance accompanied by rows of bone like projections extending off her forearms.

Unlike her other Draconic form no wings projected from her back, but a large armored tail extended 4 feet behind her adorned in large bone like projections similar to her forearms. Rows of serrated teeth peeked from beneath her lips as a frightening valley like groove parted her in two halves like a shallow valley. A menacing glare arose from her normal calm amethyst eyes. This being was not the Mage that all knew.

Screeching in humanly the great beast's skull split revealing itself to house another row of razor sharp teeth where the normal human physiology should be.

Another psychic shout emanated through the air.

Dammit why won't you leave...I can't hold it back. I don't want you to see me like this

Lashing its tail the earth cracked under the weight.

"I SMELL YOUR LIFEFORCE...I SHALL END YOU BOTH!"

PostPosted: Thu May 10, 2007 8:48 pm

"Sweet mother of God. . .What the hell happened last night. .?"

::Unks looked at his wife who was now only a few inches taller then he was and more buff and toned. He backed away slightly but then caught sight of Red. Great now if she had anything to do with this transformation this beast. . .His wife would need to be stopped.

Unks looked at the draconic form of his wife and was still able to sense her inside. He tapped his mind with hers, it seems it was the only way to get through to her::

"I can't just leave you in this state Epithany! There has to be a way to bring you back."

Mother Goddess...what is that? It wasn't a question so much out of fear as just shock. She herself could not transform, at least not into whatever stood before her now, peeking from behind the tree as though wary of another shockwave.

For a moment she didn't realize it was Epithany until her voice projected across the psychic plane and into her own mind. Those words stung her a bit though, not really out of pride, but simple fact. 'I don't want you to see me like this.'

Goddess please protect my thoughts. She had succumbed to prayer after yesterday. Before she would pray every once in a while, but now almost everything she did she asked for blessing, especially in a world of psychics. I didn't want to be seen last night either, and yet rather than leave, more people came. It hurts when you have no control over others' actions.

She said so grimly and was determined to see this evening through to the end, though she was sure she didn't stand a chance against this new thing. There were so many perks to it being part beast and more powerful than she knew what to do with. Still though, she felt a heavy weight on her conscience and wouldn't ignore it.
PostPosted: Thu May 10, 2007 9:15 pm

Clearly not through with its transformation the beast unleashed another inhuman screech earsplittingly throughout the forest. Grasping its skull it attempted to grasp edges of portions that still remained human in appearance and wretch them away.

FEEBLE FORM BEGONE...THE MALE REACHS WITHIN. DESTROY HIM!! SPILL HIS LIFE FORCE!! KILL!!

Cracking away at the edges more of the golden scale emerged give her a more draconic look. Shaking its head its Amethyst eyes stared directly at Unks as if seeing him through his hiding place.

KILL THE MALE AND THEN CRUSH THE TRICKSTER!!

Grasping the edge of the crater with one its massive clawed hands it tore free a great boulder and heaved it in Reds direction as if tossing a pebble.

Returning its attention to Unks it raised its tail plunging it into the ground. Seconds later massive bone like projections exploded forth underneath Unks threathening to skewer him.

Idiots, why are you still here!?...I need time to control it! I need to think!

::Unks watched as she attacked and then jumped into the air as he was about to be skewered. He stayed in the air and looked down at REd. He used his mind to stop the giant boulder before it hit her and tossed it away.

"Red get out of here! She isn't right and can't controll herself! PLease leave!"

Unks then turned his eyes on the beast that was his wife, but also half way transformed into a dragon. There was nothing he could do but stall it at this time. Her power was way to much from hm, but he couldn't and wouldn't just leave her::

"Damn it. .My wife was hot, now she looks like she should be on the cover of a mucle magizine of somesort. ."
