"So you were searching for our tribe?" Kin'iro asked, mildly surprised. She gave the vixen a warm smile though. "Well, I am glad that you were successful. My name is Kin'iro, and this is Nato and my sister , Yudoku." It was always nice to have new people around. Perhaps she could bring a bit of life back into the tribe.
On the inside Yudoku wanted to warn the new vixen to run far and run fast, but it was most certainly not her place to impose her feelings onto anyone else. After all, everyone had their preferences. The darker vixen simply gave a small nod of welcome to the fire-patterned one, choosing to keep her mouth shut for now.

Upon seeing nothing that needed his immediate attention, Ari turned to Thea. "If you wish," he said. Part of him noticed that there was something odd about the painted fox's manner, but he couldn't quite say what or how. He was too distracted by his own thoughts about his own problems, as well as those problems the tribe faced due to the season.
He bit back a sigh. But why was it, that whenever he thought things with his family had finally been sorted out, that all they ever did was go and prove him wrong?

Aara smiled at the two twins, noticing the simalarites and differences between the two. She blinked a few times, then uttered a few short laughs in delighted surprise. "You two remind me of my older twin sister and I!", she stated, coming closer to the group.
"My name is Aaraendorlia. But, since many have found too hard to pronounce down here, you may call me Aara. It seems to be easrier to remember, as well as to say!", she stated merrily, smiling caringly at them. She was quite trusting, a little too much at times, but still trusting none the less.

Rime wandered toward the group with a slightly confused and lost expression on her face. She was walking sort of slowly toward them, as she didn't know anyone. Her ears pricked up and she lifted her head when she noticed the crescent-shaped tattoo, recognizing it as the thing she was looking for. She hastened her pace slightly and approached the group. "I, uhm..." she began, unsure of how to ask her question. "I was... looking for , uh, members of the Lunarie Tribe..." She let her voice trail off, as she really didn't know how to continue.< Rea gave me permission to throw Rime into the tribe, so here she is! 8D;; -tries to hide the fact that she was totally stumped on how to include her- >

Nato chuckled ever so softly at Aara's introduction. "It's nice to meet you Aara." He was thinking of taking her to Ari himself as he noticed another vixen approaching them. It couldn't possibly be that these two girls from different places braved the winter to join them. Could it?
"Well you've come to the right place. Welcome to the Lunarie Tribe lands." Nato half bowed his head at the new darker vixen. Life seemed to be returning to the tribe. This was sure to aid in lightening the mood of the whole tribe. As he sat waiting for both vixens next words he sighed to himself as he heard the running paws of his daughter crunching the snow on their way to meet him.
"You're late." He said before Mitora had even come close to them.
Aw shucks. The moon was getting rather high and there was still a ways to run. Mitora knew she was incredibly late and that she had, without a doubt, been caught sneaking out. She kicked her speed up a few notches as she neared the caves and open ground. It didn't take her long to spot her father standing next to the twins and two unknown vixens.
"I know, I know." She replied as she got closer and slowed to walk up to the group. Mitora took a moment to catch her breath as she came to sit beside Nato. She gave him a questioning look before giving a warm smile and nod to the newcomers.

Rime bowed her head respectfully with a shy "Thank you" before she said anything else. "My name is Rime." she added, ears pricking forward at the fox who was now approaching them. "Pleased to meet you." she said with a smile.< Agh, lame response. DX But... I can't think of anything better. >//<;; >

Thea nodded, suddenly feeling a whole lot worse about this whole idea. But...it needed to be done, right?
She led her Elder a good distance away from the Tribe, tail twitching behind her anxiously as she turned back around to face him. Okay, time to bite the bullet, so to speak.
"Listen, Ari...You need to..." Thea sighed. "Stop sulking," She finished, meeting his eye. "I know you're having troubles, and I know being an Elder is hard enough, but when you're upset and distracted and more distant than you should be...it affects the Tribe in a bad way. Everyone's been walking around here like a zombie, and it's not because food's a little scarce. It's because they've got no reason to be happy, because their example isn't happy either. I know it's hard, Ari, I do,"
Thea did not feel good about this.
"I mean...Everyone's walking around like the battle's already lost," She said, her voice showing just how much she was worried about her tribemates, her family. "There's no way we're going to make it through this winter if nobody wants to make it through. That comes from you, Ari, and when we see you sad, it makes us sad too. We all know you have good reasons to be sad, but...We need more reasons to be happy. Just...I mean no disrespect, you know that, but...Ari, we need an Elder, not a concerned father and a concerned mate."
Thea looked down, feeling...Well, not feeling good. She had never been good at doing anything but doing what an authority figure was telling her to do, and now she had to go and open her mouth and scold her Elder. Greeeat.
"I'm sorry."

Aara was a little shocked as another vixen appeared out of the trees, claiming that she too had being trying to find the Lunarie Tribe."Well met, Lady Rime. Well met indeed!", she stated, smiling at the dark blue and gray colored vixen. Then a strange thought occured to the flame-licked foxxette, and she cocked her head to the side curiously.
"You know, if I didn't know any better, I'd say we were both..... brought here....", she said, her eyes widening slightly. She looked up at the moon once again, as if it had any answers. But it remained silent, as it always did. Still, it was calm and wonderous, awe-inspiring to say the least. It was still as wonderful as it had been all time ago when she had first laid eyes on it.

"I would say that is a definite possibility," Kin'iro replied, smiling at the two. "Perhaps you two have felt the pull of the moon fox and thus have been led here." It had been a while since they had had new members to the tribe. Perhaps it would help to lift the spirit a little. At least she hoped it could.
Yudoku remained silent, letting her sister and Nato do the talking, but it was struggle to even do that much. "I'm going to go search for some food. I'll catch you guys later," she said padding off into the forest to go hunt. She couldn't stand to watch this.
Kin'iro watched her sister leave with concern. This truly was unlike her. At least it wasn't how she used to be. The golden vixen still had no idea what the problem was, but all she knew was that her sister only acted more like her old self when they were off tribe grounds. "You'll have to excuse my sister. She hasn't quite been herself lately," she said apologetically to the two new vixens. "She's been going through a bit of a rough time it seems."

Ari forced himself to listen to what Thea said, although every word felt like a stab through his heart. Not because they were harsh, but because they were true.
He could see for himself how down the entire tribe was lately, but to think that he was the cause of it...
But, could he even pull himself together? It felt as if he couldn't remember a time when he hadn't had troubles in his family. How could he be happy when he could barely remember how happy felt?
But he would have to try, for the tribe's sake.
"Thank you, Thea, for your concern. I will do my best, for the sake of everyone here." After all, it was selfish of him, putting his problems before those of the tribe.
"Now, if you will pardon me, I'll go see what needs to be taken care of," he said as he walked away, forcing himself to hold his head up a little bit higher, to stand a little bit straighter than before.

Nato watched Yudoku walk off and felt a rush to find something, anything, he could use to soothe the hearts of the tribe. He needed something to relax them and heal the depression that had taken hold of them all. Turning to his dauther, he could see that she had caught her breath and ready for a task. "Well, Kin'iro and I were just about to go out to collect some things, since someone else was late." He gave a Mitora a stren look as she spoke the last part. "Mitora, why don't you take Aara and Rime to see Ari. He should be back towards his cave." Once he had given a task to Mitora, Nato turned to Kin'iro. "Shall we?"
Mitora was observing the two new vixens when she heard her father talk. She didn't have to look at him to know the look he was giving her. She knew she deserved it and accepted the new task assigned to her. "Sure thing. Aara, Rime," She smiled to them as she said their names, "I'm Mitora. It's nice to meet you. If you could kindly follow me, I'll take to see our elder, Ari." She hopped up and began heading towards Ari's cave. It was only a matter of steps before she caught Ari's scent along with Thea's. Glad that she was out of trouble, Mitora pranced up to her elder and carer.
"Ariiii, we've got company!" Mitora called in a happy tone.

Rime followed Mitora with some curiosity as to who Ari was, but she hadn't expected to see such a large fox. Holding back the temptation to stare wide-eyed, she gave a respectful bow and introduced herself. "My name is Rime." she said, looking up with a smile. "Nice to meet you." She figured that she should have said something different, but she wasn't sure what else to say.

Thea bit her lip as Ari spoke, repressing as sigh as she nodded. At least it was off her chest now...And she did smile just the smallest bit when she noticed Ari's change in posture. Maybe things would be better after all.
"Hello," Thea greeted Rime, smiling at the two girls in turn. "I'm Thea, Carer of Lunarie," She said simply before breaking into a large smile; she would know that coat anywhere.
"Aara!" Although it was most unlike the almost-always very-quiet fox, Thea couldn't help the joyous exclamation that erupted through her lips as she spotted her...not quite mate, as they hadn't spoken to Ari yet (and Thea didn't think he was up for it, and she was in no position to ask for a favor), but she was close enough.
Quickly recovering some of her composure, she bowed her head to the three foxes and smiled at Ari, silently telling him that he would be alright and quickly padded over to the vixen. Now, she didn't bother to control her smile.
"What're you doing here?" She asked, tail twitching behind her excitedly. "Did you feel the pull?" Thea pressed, feeling more...alive than she had in months. Aara had braved the snows of winter just to come here...She was finally seeing her!
"I missed you so much,"
Lila puffed out a breath of white smoke as she passed through what she told herself had to be the last snow drift. How much further could it be, anyways?
Sighing softly to herself, Lila brought her attention back to the horizon and saw -
"Sieg!" She exclaimed, her entire body springing up in excitement. Finally! It had been weeks, months, since she'd seen her mate, the love of her life, and she was finally here! She'd worked her way slowly, very slowly, though the snow, and now she had finally found him!
Springing forward with more energy than she knew she had, she ran into her mate and tackled him to the ground, nuzzling and licking his face profusely.
"I missed you!"

Kin'iro gave a small nod and smile to Nato and padded off with him in search of herbs. The two searched in amiable silence for a little while before the golden vixen let out a soft sigh. "It's so difficult to find what you need with all of this snow," she remarked casually, pawing through a few promising looking patches. No such luck. "It's a miracle any of the plants can survive at all really."

Aara watched the Elder in a mixture of awe and fascination. He almost seemed to... shimmer in the moon's light, almost as if the Moon Fox were apart of him. So this was the Elder Ari, the lighter sided Elder of the Moon Fox's following. She looked around eagerly, searching for the darker Elder, Kazuki. That's when she saw her.
"Thea!", she exclaimed breathlessly, simultaneous with the paint-splattered vixen's own proclaim. She beamed at the foxxette as she approached, amusement shining in her eyes as Thea was practically jumping with joy that the sight of herself.
"Obviously I felt the pull, Thea. And Lady Rime here, as well!", she stated as-a-matter-o'-factedly. She moved forward and nuzzled the vixen's cheek, her tail flicking behind her. "Not as much as I've missed you, Pretty One.", she whispered softly in Thea's ear, the joy she was feeling so great the she was almost to the point of crying. But she kept herself together, for both of their sakes.
It wouldn't look very good for them both to break down in front of her potential Elder. Especially since the Lunarie were known for their calmness and serenity.
