Devil NightShade Agreement between myself and xNephilim Queen for Deception: Breeding:~ xNephilim Queen has full rights to choose a mare for his first breeding as long as she is of kalona race. DNS may reserve the right to request a basket from said breeidng should there be 3. ~ xNephilim Queen must let myself known when she enters Deception into a breeding raffle. ~ DNS has full rights to the 2nd breeding. xNephilim Queen, may reserve rights to request a basket from this breeding or may give up all rights for this breeding ~ In the event of a third breeding DNS shall have sole rights. ~ The act of Lifemating must only be approved by Devil NightShade. ~ Both Myself and xNephilim Queen have the right to relinquish breeding rights during any individual breeding raffle. ~ xNephilim Queen cannot choose a lfiemate for Deception, but DNS will discuss lifemate plans with her. Sigs:~ Both Devil NigthShade and xNephilim Queen have full signature display rights.
RP Rights:~ Devil NightShade has full in character rp and ooc rights. ~ xNephilim Queen has out of character rp rights only within the main thread, if I'm not already OOCing him in the thread, and must stick to his dictated personality.
Notes:~ Deception has a set personality, in rp and on his tag, xNephilim Queen must abide by those personalities in OOC rp. ~ xNephilim Queen may relinquish her Co-ownership at any time she wishes. ~ xNephilim Queen relinquishes her co-ownership for Deception if she breaks rules in the co-ownership. ~Should xNephilim Queen disappear for 6 months with no word to me of a hiatus I reserve rights to PM her a warning, should that warning be ignored and she still not return for another 6 months then I reserve the right to break cowonership. AGREEMENT BETWEEN KHRYSSIE__X AND LITTLE PANDORA FOR THIS BASKET! Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - khryssie__x has full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter BASKET into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Each owner gets one "full control" breeding. They have the choice of breeding partner (unless BASKET is lifemated, see below), and do not require the other owner's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to lte them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding will be worked out between khryssie__x and little pandora. By default, this breeding will be shared with both khryssie__x and little pandora, both with basket rights and counting towards them. However, one may "give" breeding rights to the other owner if they so choose. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither khryssie__x nor little pandora can transfer their portion of the ownership of BASKET to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner may then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

Co Ownership between Pale Mist and Sweenys_Revenge for Rockstar  RP Pale Mist has full rights to RP him ICly, and only Pale Mist. I am not, in any form, to RP him in a guild thread, PM, or IM rp while IC. I may, however, RP him OCly, if I so wish. RPs, however, must be PMed to me so that I may log them into his post in order to highten his stats in my tee pee. BreedingsBecause Pale Mist has all RP rights to Rockstar, it is up to her to breed him. I am not allowed, except with permission, to RP Rockstar at all. The first breeding belongs to Pale Mist. Any baskets there occuring are under her juristdiction and the owner(s) of the mare she bred him with. The second breeding falls to me. Any baskets there occuring are under my jurisdiction and the owner(s) of the mare I bred him with. In the event of a third breeding, the rights will be given via a dice roll. Evens go to Pale Mist, and odds go to me. Both Pale Mist and I have the right to request co ownership / sole ownership of any basket there occuring from any of the breedings. we are -only- to PM each other about this, and then the owner with rights will then PM the owner(s) of the mare and an agreement will be reached. Pale Mist and I have the right to revoke ANY breeding rights at any time. SigsBoth Pale Mist and I have acess to both the cert and uncert, therein giving us both equal right to make an uncerted picture of Rockstar with any combonation of Soquili, or place the cert in our signatures. Tee PeePale Mist and I both have Equal rights to have Rockstar in our tee pees' first post, as well as any other posts there in involving him. NotesShould one of us disspapear for six months without notice, the only has the right to assume that all aforementioned rights have been revoked, and are there for able to break the agreement without the consent of the other. Either one may relinquish thier rights at any time without need for a reason. If any rules are broken by any party, then the co ownership is broken and Rockstar is given to the victimized party. The temperment on Rockstar's tag is a guidline and that only. Should Pale Mist wish to deviate from that temperment, then she is able to without consent from myself, as long as it is in reason ie: He becomes more childish with his being annoying, instead of a grown up sort, or he becomes viciously annoying. However, should he turn evil, or shy, or anything else totally out of the ordinary for him for any length not considered a rut, then the other party has the right ONLY to PM the other about this. Shoudl the PM be ignored, the agreements are to be considered broken.

Kamiki has full rights over 2 of Jupiter's breedings. Therefore Sayuri will not receive a basket and it should not count against her breeding limitations for that month. Sayuri has control over 1 of Jupiter's breedings. As long as Jupiter is not lifemated, she may chose the mate. Kamiki will not receieve a basket and therefore should not count against her breeding limitations for that month. Any life altering decisions (lifemating, skinwalkering) must be agreed upon by both owners. Sayuri may not transfer her ownership of Jupiter, but may relinquish it back to Kamiki. If Sayuri goes MIA from Gaia for more than 3 months, and/or publicly announces she's quitting Gaia, Kamiki may terminate the co-ownership.
