I got new glasses WOOT! New:  Old:  new ones: less round, less scratch. and I CAN SEE WOOT!! anyway, they're both transitional lenses cause my mom's insurance is awesome and pays for practically everything.

Heh, I saw an ad in the paper the other day that said, "YES, we have HER GLASSES!" and then a huge picture of Sarah Palin.

Yes and you could find that out pretty easily with a little research. How many other governors have run for president and done a good job. She is only Vice President. In the last election I don't even think I would have recognized either of the VP's faces. People are putting a lot more thought into them this term. You are going to discredit her just on one instance, where she said something silly?

 (Not really, I was just looking for a chance to use this mrgreen ) Last night I dreamed that there was this boy with the back of his head missing so his brain was showing, and I had to keep misting it or it would hurt, but then aliens attacked and we had to run away, and when I went back to get his mister the aliens got me and put bugs in my ears sad

Uber sketchy....
I'm so tired. I got a note yesterday night that was "inflammatory" [see: douchebagg(er)y] to say the least. Oh, you know, "f**" this and "queer" that with a nice dose of "go cut your hair and grow some balls". I know who it was now, and my respect for him is nil, and somehow still dropping. To think that I liked him.... God, but I'm tired of ignorance.

now that's seriously messed up. If they known you long they should know it's not going to change, my philosophy on the subject is if it makes you happy, do it, it's your life Drew. Don't let what others say drive you down, just because they can't grow up and deal with the fact that people are different them then. Like I said in this other discussion... if it was swapped, so that gay was the norm and straight was the odd man/ woman out, we'd still have the same damn issue, it's not going away, if it makes you happy then they just have to grow up and deal with it.

Guh... That sucks. And is technically a hate crime. You could report it, if you knew who it was. But I doubt you'd do that. You're too nice. wink

i have to confess that even though I wasn't harassed much during high school for my weight or my nerdiness I was however during middle school. F***ing 8th graders can be cruel... *sigh* but I turned them into the office, and no one bothers me anymore... I was smallish for my size while growing up but i had a growth spurt and my body style with my broad shoulders makes me look intimidating a bit... which is true, you fight me, i'll fight back, i don't care anymore.
just general concept i see know: some people grow up, some don't. and the ones that don't, get left behind, so know that the ones that taunt you and all that our going to be like working for you one day... possibly. mrgreen
