Satoshi was quickly relieved as his flip seemed to go off without a hitch. He landed safely on his feet his body no worse for ware. Of course he would have been a lot happier had he succeeded in his attempt to scale the tree using his chakra, but it definitely could have been worse. Satoshi slowly began to rise from a crouching position that he had gone into in order to absorb some of the weight that he would be placing into his feet during the fall. Satoshi gave a sigh as he moved away from the tree once more finding a familiar line in the dirt that he had made in order to hold his spot. He looked down at it reassuring himself that he would complete this training and move on to the next just like all the other ones before this. He had his worries about all his trainings so at this point nothing seemed to shock him. He knew even if it took him a million tries eventually he would succeed.

Satoshi allowed his body to relax once more having figured out that every time he failed his body tensed up. In order to help with this he used a trick he had been using during his meditation training. He began to breathe in slowly and for long periods of time allowing the simple and easy movement to put himself at ease. When Satoshi felt that he had properly gained control of his body he turned back to the target at hand. He sized up the tree allowing his hand to be comforted by the quickly growing warm metal that was held closely within his hand. Without a second thought Satoshi began to concentrate the chakra evenly throughout his feet wondering if he would be able to accomplish this time around. When Satoshi was certain that he had distributed his chakra well enough he rushed forward at the tree. Though he tried to keep his mind clear of all thoughts as he took every step nearer, he did wonder if this time around he would come out on top. Satoshi quickly figured that he would just have to hold out and eventually his dreams would become a reality.

Satoshi let out a yelp as he suddenly realized that he had lost balance. He hadn’t even realized it when it had happened. One second he thought everything was running smoothly the next his foot was just barely clinging on. Satoshi looked down everything seeming to go in slow motion. He watched as the chakra that lined his feet suddenly dispersed leaving him completely helpless on the tree. All Satoshi could do at this point was abandon the tree, leave his mark, and hope that he would be able to land safely without killing himself. With that in mind Satoshi went into motion his right hand going to once again make his mark on the tree. He didn’t even have to look to know that this was almost his lowest mark just a few steps below his first attempt. Satoshi then made a leap of faith off the tree. He wasn’t sure how well he was about to land, but he was hoping for the best as it occurred.

Satoshi lay on his back for some time a little exhausted from the small bit of training he had occurred. Not only did it take physical endurance to keep landing on his butt like he had been doing, but it also took away from his chakra. After all every time that was a little bit of chakra utilized incorrectly. On top of all this some of the times he was concentrating too much chakra which meant that even more then the average amount needed was getting wasted. He wasn’t horrifically discouraged by what was happening, not even the fact that he had just done worse then his first attempt made him feel depressed. He was more determined then ever to complete this training since in his eyes it was the most crucial skill needed in order to be a successful shinobi. Satoshi’s gaze moved towards the tree he had been thinking of admiring the several cut up marks that lined it, created by the kunai he was still holding in his right hand.

Eventually Satoshi was sick of simply lying on his back and wanted to make another attempt in hopes that this time he would succeed. He rose to his feet lightheartedly making sure to take care of his kunai. A few seconds later Satoshi was once more standing on that familiar line he had made in the dirt in order to mark where his running would begin. When Satoshi was situated enough to begin his training once more he allowed the chakra to course through him in order to move it better to the soles of his feet. Satoshi concentrated the chakra attempting to spread the chakra evenly throughout the soles of his feet in order to better latch onto the bark on the tree. When he felt that the chakra could not be channeled anymore he made his way over to the tree running at almost full speed. When he finally reached the trunk of the tree he placed his feet right on it planning to simply run up it. As his foot planted on it Satoshi could only hope that this time around he would succeed and stand triumphantly at the top branch of the tree his shinobi sempai had created.

Satoshi had probably made it no more then three steps up the base of the fairly large tree before he completely lost control of his chakra. Satoshi had been so utterly shocked by the sudden disappearance of his hold on the tree that he hardly had time to figure out exactly why he had messed up. Judging form the fact that his feet were not sinking into the tree it couldn’t have been because he had placed too much chakra into the soles of his feet. It had to either been something like him forgetting to keep concentrating or just not simply concentrating enough. Satoshi could only press down on his tongue a bit in anger as he moved to at least make his mark before falling. Satoshi did just that before moving as he moved to try and land on his feet once again. Hopefully even if he did land wrong this go around at least he hadn’t reached very far up the tree to injure himself seriously. As Satoshi fell back towards the earth he just kept believing that eventually today he would succeed in this training and be able to reap its rewards.

Satoshi smiled extremely relieved as even despite the fact that he had very little time to fix himself before the fall he still accomplished a perfect landing without hurting himself in the least. Of course he was still angry with himself for failing yet again, but as he had come to terms with several other exercises after failing so many times, so to did he realized this was only a matter of time as well. Satoshi straightened his posture stretching his back and hearing several bones with his back crack. He smiled despite the fact that he had just failed yet again glad that he had been given another challenging training exercise that would truly strengthen him as a shinobi and a person. Satoshi would now have to try once again hoping that this go around would be the time that he climbed up the tree with no problems. Satoshi gave a sigh as he moved his way back to that taunting line in the dirt so that he could once again make his attempt.

Satoshi performed a few of those familiar breathing exercises wanting to calm himself down and allow his body to remain relaxed so that he could more easily concentrate his chakra. Soon enough Satoshi felt light his body a lot more limber then it had been directly after his fall. He flipped the kunai in his hand just to assure himself that it was still on his persons. He then focused his chakra moving it and concentrating it to the soles of his feet. He attempted to do everything that he had been doing before, but this time also trying to once more find that magical amount that would allow him to move up the tree without worrying about falling off again so easily. When he was ready he rushed towards the tree moving at a slightly slower pace then usual hoping that this would help him keep his concentration and not loose focus.

Satoshi laughed triumphantly his fleet planted perfectly on top the tree near its peak. Not only that, but he was standing on it vertically a feet impossible to accomplish unless someone finally succeeded the art of tree walking. Satoshi faced his sempai making sure that he could see that Satoshi had succeeded, that’s if he hadn’t fallen asleep like he had done earlier. After a few seconds Satoshi leaped off the tree at this point deciding it didn’t matter if Zephyr-sempai had seen him do it or not. After all if his sempai had wanted him to prove it then it would be a simple matter now that he had mastered the exercise that his sensei had given him.

Satoshi stood before his sempai ecstatic that he had succeeded once more with his training and could move on to the next one. Satoshi bowed before his sensei wondering what would be the next task given to him. His mind filled with possibilities, but none of them were certain. After all he was still an academy student, but had already done a huge array of other trainings, besides the basic academy jutsus that the school tended to teach their students. When Satoshi rose from his bow he made sure to keep a straight posture as he said, “I have completed the training Zephyr-sama. What is the next thing you wish for me to do?” Satoshi then went quite still a bit riled up and happy that he had learned how to use his chakra control to move up trees.

By that time, Zephyr was partly snoring away on his rock. With a start, the raven-haired Sannin lazily cracked one eye open. “Oh, you’re done? Okay...” In his head, he quickly began formulating the next lesson. He could leave Satoshi in the middle of the Suna desert and challenge him to survive for a week. But then, an image of Yokou trying to kill him (if Satoshi goes missing) for being stupid made Zephyr rethink the idea.

He was a bit lazy to take the boy with him all the way out to the river so they could do water walk. Wall gluing right now was...not a good idea...with Satoshi’s current level of chakra control. Damn this was hard... He could leave the boy another Jutsu lesson... Oh, what the hell! Clasping his hands together, two wooden beams shot out of the ground and grew until they were slightly taller than Zephyr. And then followed by a third beam, which Zephyr literally pulled out of the ground carelessly. He would then balance the free beam equally on top of the two beams. “Your next lesson is balance. Simply cross this beam ten times. Oh, if you fall, it might hurt.

Satoshi cracked a very surprised smile as he noticed his sensei practically snoring on the rock. He was slowly beginning to understand that by Zephyr sleeping during his training it wasn’t an insult or a lack of interest, simply the way his sensei was. Though the fact that the Senju Master was not disappointed in Satoshi was reassuring it was still a little depressing for the academy student to see his sempai like this. Satoshi let out a sigh watching his sensei as the man easily put on an expression that told Satoshi he was deep in thought. Satoshi was a bit curious what was going through the man’s mind, but he didn’t pry. He was fairly certain that what was forming up there might either be something he didn’t want to hear or just be too confusing for him. Satoshi’s eyes shot open in surprise as he watched his sensei form small wooden beams out of the ground. At this point he should have expected no less from his sempai, but yet it still surprised him every time. He wanted so badly to take control of that power and use it himself, though he knew that he was still too inexperienced. A few seconds later and the beams were all formed before his very eyes. He then slowly began to nod his head attempting to figure out exactly how he could accomplish this training. He wasn’t the most agile man, but hopefully he would be able to pull this off.

Satoshi breathed in deeply as he began to do some light stretching. It was true that he had been doing such stretching in his previous training, but he didn’t want his failure to be in this lesson due to a cramp that he could have avoided. After only a few seconds Satoshi was confident that cramps would not be his problem during this exercise. Satoshi then slowly moved towards the beam attempting to climb atop it. After a large step he balanced uneasily on the beam. He then prepared himself for the walk breathing in and out. After a few seconds of preparation he began to move atop the beam hoping that he would do well in this first go around and reach the end without difficulty.

Giglamesh would come walking in to the badlands from the south exit of the village, he would go out to far, but far enough where the wind was begining to whip the red sand about furisouly. This was going to be where giglamehs was going to put yumi's determination and body literaly to a test, if she failed there was going to be a good chance she died. It was all going to come out to her own skills, luck and determination. This was going to be a very high risk game aginst the devil, win and glory and impresive strength was hers, lose and there is nothing only the black cold intregity of a coffin, high pay high cost this was all or nothing. giglamehs would stand and turn. (assumeing yumi is following close as she should be.) "Lets hope what i told you before rgins threw your ears like a explosion.......lets begin. ....Everthing i stated before about the flowing motion, full circle concept, everting gives a reaction and recives a reaction..all come to this......the stance." Giglamesh would turn his left side at her, then he would unseathe his top set of katana's, The sumassu-hashi. In his right hand he would hold the katana hilt at the top of his hand and the blade pointing upwards, in his left the hilt at the bottem of his hand and the blade pointing downwards. With his left side faceing her he would slide his right leg back and then bend knee bascily squating on his right leg, leg leg would remain straight out to left side. His arms he would hold out to the appotiate side, left arm straight out holding the left katana blade horazontile. The right arm he would bend at the elbo , placeing his right hand aginst chest basicly pointing the balde to his left where he was faceing, which in normal situation would be pointed at the opponent, with his head pointing same way. "This stance is what makes us capable to move in any direction, attack in any direction, the stance it what makes it possible to flow full circle. The stance has everthing to do with our motions and nothing to do with them. The stance is to be treated as a equalibrium....or a focal point it begins here and ends here, because of the stance any type of motion can be flowed from this one thus the purpose of the stance...........the stance will be your first traning step.....But to begin you must always assume the worst in combat, to begin first i want one hundred jumping jacks."

(Roll 20 20 sided dice.
Count each one that is below 8 and add them up.)

Giglamesh would wait for her to finish, the only point of this was to put her under the situation of stress and fatuige. those weights didnt fell like much before each only one pound on each or her limbs, but know after the stress and workout from the jumping jacks she was surely to fell the stress, as know each weight would fell much heavier than before and that was the purpose of it. "You have seen the stance and it would be goo to memorize it...but even that is not enough it will become instict for you to return to this posotion....and to do this is the purpose of this traning. To get you where you cannot forget, you cannot heed, where you cannot help but return to it by insticnt.....and there is only one way about doing this......pain......assume the stance."

(this happens after she assumes the stance.)
Giglamesh would begin to circle her as she stood in stance, this was the purpose of the traing to get her to keep it threw any thing, incudeing fatuige, pain, suffering everthing was to be resisted. Suddenly giglamehs would violently lash the Shinai across her body, the pain would seem to literaly burn her flesh from the horrible stingin pain from the blow, he would continue to circle her doing this.

Continue this untill giglamesh says other wise, if you get to 0hp the your knocked out, and must make 4 post while unconcious to regain full hp, then return to previous actions.

Reason why im doing it this way lately you have been getting on at alater time than i can so this way even though im not on you can keep doing as much as humanly possible. Yumi was following close to Giglamesh. When he stopped she stopped quickly. She looked at him as he spoke. Oh man what have I got myself into? She nodded along and tried to cling her mind to every word that he spoke. When he showed her the stance she was estatic in her mind about it. It looked so smooth and appealing. But her face remained serious as could be. It was almost eerie how serious her expression was. She set the Shinai's that she was holding down on the ground at her own feet. She started to do the jumping jacks that he wanted her to do. She still had the weights on her wrists and around her ankles. She hadn't noticed them. Yet. She would definetly feel it by the end of the one hundred jumping jacks though.

Yumi finished her one hundred jumping jacks. Sweat drops were falling from her brow and hitting the sand ground. She stared at her feet for a second and breathed heavily. She tried to catch her breath but realized that it was impossible to do right now. She grabbed both shinai's while she stood straight up. She then assumed the stance that Giglamesh had modeled earlier. Placing her right leg awkwardly behind her and then she squated into it a little bit. Her left leg would remain straight to the left side. Flipping the shinai in her right arm so that the blade pointed backwards and then keeping the left one horizontally across her body. She wobbled a little bit as she was tired and had never put her body in this kind of strain before. She looked to Giglamesh for approval as he circled around her.

Giglamesh did what he said he would in coming at her and striking her with the Shinai. She wobbled quite a bit in the stance but managed to deflect his blow. Maintaining the stance was more difficult than she thought it was going to be. She was still short of breath. At this point she didn't think she was ever going to gain her composure back. Everything felt much heavier than it was. The two pounds weights around her wrists and her ankles felt like a much more enormous burden than they were. And her fingers were red from gripping the two shinai in each hand. Yumi was fearful of letting them go and having them then drop to the sandy earth beneath her. Because that would leave her open for Giglamesh to knok her out or at least hit her. She prepared for another attack with the shinai from Giglamesh. Goodness I did get myself into something interesting.

But there was no better way to rember somthing than threw pain, while it hurts it somthing youll never forget even if you wich to it simply cannot be goten rid of. That was the purpose of the blows to make sure she was standing right and threw pain making her rember the stance, he hated to do it this way but this was flat out the best and fastest way to make sombody rember something.
